FANTASTIC!! Midnight on a Sunday, my went out, the team was onsite within 45 min and fixed the problem in less than 30 min! Very professional, kind, respectful of property, knowledgeable. Also, Daniel from the HQ called and confirmed everything and helped coordinate the teams arrival - all at 1AM on a SUNDAY! Thank-you SO MUCH! I also had them do a quick survey of another non-emergency electric project I have and they are providing a follow-up quote! Overall awesome experience! I am a female and was home alone this evening and didn’t feel at all nervous to have the team come in. So that’s a plus!

The EMS General contractors team is beyond amazing!! If I could give them more stars I would. Edwin and Daniel have always been there when an emergency has occurred whether it was water damage, electrical issues, etc in record time. The EMS team can handle everything and any contracting needs. HIGHLY recommend!!

Really wanted this company to work because I have numerous projects I want to do, however, they never sent me the quote after coming for an estimate. I started with getting an estimate for French patio doors, something simple to see if they would be a good fit. Sadly, NO! There's been no communication since the free estimate. I sent text and called, no response. Didn't bother to email because at this point I don't think they want my business. Oh well! The only think I can say is they were on time and polite during the estimate.

My experience with EMS General Contractor’s, LLC on 4/13/24, Saturday.
I needed to replace two front porch lights with new lights. I was able to make an appointment for Saturday, 4/13/24. My appointment was set between 11:00-1:00. The company was very communicative and responsive in every aspect before arriving to my house. Edwin (owner of the EMS General Contractors, LLC) was here at approximately 11:36 and ready to do the work. But he had apparently received an emergency job call that he needed to respond to. So I was rescheduled between 2:00-4:00 within the same day. I called around 3:36 just to make sure they were still coming to do the job. As I’ve had bad experiences with other companies to do other jobs at my house in the past. I was explained that the technicians were running behind, but they were on their way. Joel and Yefri arrived at my house approximately 4:30 to do the job. They both were very friendly, respectful and showed me the utmost professionalism in every way possible while replacing my lights. I was very pleased with their performance with completing the job. I highly recommend and appreciate the great customer service I received today from Joel and Yefri. I’ll plan to call EMS General Contractors, LLC if I’m ever in need of any other repairs, or work to my house going forward. Thank you again for the great work of Joel and Yefri, as my new lights look really amazingly nice.

Great experience! Quick and easy to get them to come and give an estimate. Completed all repairs the same day. They did a great job and the cost was very reasonable. Office staff and workers were very nice and professional, communication was above and beyond expectations. Highly recommend, will definitely use them for all of our needs. A+++

My family is serving overseas and have enjoyed working with EMS General Contractors, LLC for more than 4 years on dozens of big, medium, and small projects. We like their system of setting appointments and paying invoices which makes it easier for me living away from home. They always arrive on time and are prepared for the job at hand.

My favorite aspect is their high quality work. We own several properties and have worked with many contractors and EMS is the best.

They consistently over promise and under deliver. Edwin is a nice guy, but I’ve had enough with their lack of dependability, inability to follow through on tasks, and lack of attention to detail. I’ve used EMS general contractors for several projects, and won’t ever be using them again.

This is a fly-by-night general contractor which does shoddy work and provides extremely overpriced estimates. We used them for two major products and both times the professionalism and quality were sorely lacking. The final straw was when we had an insurance claim and the men who came to our house to provide a damage estimate barely spoke English and didn't even know what the visit was for, spending over an hour trying to sell us a deck upgrade when we keep telling them the visit was for an insurance estimate. The only contact available with this business is a personal cell phone, they apparently don't have an actual office, and it's very difficult to get any sort of timely reply.

We have using EMS for over 10 years for all our Electrical; Plumbing and General Carpentry works. They are professional and timely at reasonable pricing.
Tasks included remodeling the Master Bedroom Bathroom; converting a Carport storage room into a fully equipped Gourmet Spice Kitchen. Constructing a storage/workshop shed in backyard.

This was about the 8th time I'd hired EMS, within about 6 years. The first time I hired EMS was to move the electrical and gas lines coming into the house to make room for an addition. I then hired EMS to move the main electrical panel out of the garage into the house for that addition. While they moved the panel, we also increased the power coming into the house. I hired them for more electrical work, to move or install ceiling cans, move light switches. In Jan. 2024, I hired EMS to remove the drywall on an interior wall, install studs and insulation, create a framework for hanging a large tv on it, then re-drywall, finish, prime, and paint, as well as install ceiling cans in two more rooms. I have been impressed with the technical workmanship each time that I hired EMS. I've been in the situation where the contractor failed county inspection, and the EMS work is so superior, even the county inspectors know it. The EMS work easily passes inspection the first time every time. The permits are always in order and closed out on time. Edwin usually comes in to give the first estimate. I have found his advice valuable. He has done all these tasks many times, seen many homes, and he instantly has excellent recommendations for where to put switches, plugs, cans, ceiling fans, studs, framing. His work crew really does treat my home as carefully as if it was their home; protecting my stairs, walls, wood flooring and air (from dust). They bring their own floor wrap and cellophane and take all the trash with them when they go. They document their progress with photos and share them with me, so I know where all the electrical lines and studs are. EMS is now the first one I call for renovations. Edwin's crew is the kindest and most thoughtful crew I've had the pleasure to encounter, and I have hired a lot of contractors. These guys are the best.

My husband and I have used EMS General Contractors before. Edwin and Daniel did such an excellent job on the first project, which was a basement bathroom addition, full installation a few years ago. The job was done so beautifully we decided to have them do our second project. And they never disappoint, they are always so professional, kind, polite and they clean up after themselves. Edwin and Joel came early, and they did not waste any time once they were here. The process was explained to us and an estimated time of completion. With that being said everything ran smoothly. My husband and I are very pleased with the outcome of the project and the price. With EMS you will get a written estimate emailed to you and you can make changes as needed before they start the work. This company is very honest, they take pride in their work, and we recommend them to anyone that needs a contractor, you will not be disappointed

The electricians showed up on time and were very professional. They installed the light fixture and new outlets, once they finished, they cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely consider using them for other tasks.

EMS General Contractors is a small family owned business that stands out to me for several reasons. They truly are general contractors in the sense that they have done many different projects for me since 2020 to include plumbing, electrical, roofing, decks, and remodeling. EMS General Contractors do phenomenal work but one of my favorite aspects of this company is their communication. They take the time to answer questions and explain in further detail when asked. They also communicate throughout the entire process which many companies don't often do. Recently they reacted timely in an emergency with a basement flood that we had, and took action which resulted in no damage to the basement. Once you work with this company, they will quickly end up on your speed-dial.

I’m very impressed with the quality of workmanship from EMS Contractors. They offer terrific value, great attention to detail, and excellent communication throughout the project. I highly recommend this family-owned business and would gladly use them again.

I learned of JAR via with all of the 5 Star ratings on Google. I tried another company but they indicated lack of manpower. (TBH, I think my job wasn’t large enough) JAR/Josue confirmed my appointment, notified me when he was on the way, was on time. He and his assistant arrived in a professional van, masked up, wore shoe covers and worked very neat and clean. When they left, you couldn’t even tell they were here. I had a new range hood installed and the installation was perfect. They were both extremely polite and respectful. Josue even inspected a few things for me and gave me recommendations. Too bad for the other company, I’m now going to have numerous outlets changed, ceiling fan and chandeliers changed, ring and nest system installed. I’m in sales myself, and usually the small jobs turn into something much larger with a little TLC!

JAR was able to schedule a time for us that worked well, and in a timely manner. And then they had an appointment come available earlier than planned and called to see if we wanted them to come ahead of schedule! They did great work, and we're very professional!

Josue was fantastic! Professional, friendly, on time and worked his tail off. He went above and beyond and fixed a few things in the area he was working free of charge. He stated he was working in that area anyways so it was no big deal. To a customer, those actions are a huge deal and create customers for life. If you're in need of electrical work done in your home don't hesitate to call these folks, their customer service alone is worth every penny.

JAR did a fantastic job on a recent project for me. Josue was super responsive and got my switches rewired in less time than I thought possible. He even went out of his way to give me advice on doing future projects myself and educated me about electrical things. Their rates were competitive. I would highly recommend JAR Services.
