My daughter in law and son just purchased a new home that had been renovated. The electrical work was questionable. Since I lived out of town, I researched online and found jAR. They fit us in quickly and did the save work the save day. They were prompt, professional, explained what the cost would be and did a nice job. My daughter in law was very happy when she arrived home from work and saw that everything had been repaired. They feel better that they can trust the electrical repairs were done well.this time. It wasn’t cheap but JAR did warranty their work for three years.

Josue Espino of Jar Services was courteous, professional and high quality. He talked us through every detail of the job -- replacing a ceiling fan in one room and installing a ceiling fan in another. He provided options. He installed new switch panels, and correctly rewired a switch panel. In addition, he gave us his professional opinion on another future home project. We also very much appreciated that Jar Services listed their project prices up front on their website, so that we could be mindful of ballpark fees when getting estimates. Josue was very knowledgeable and professional in installing the new lights and outlets in my garage! He recommended I get LED panels instead of my original idea of just getting LED bulbs, he was absolutely correct in his recommendation! In the photo, the LED panel is on the left and the LED bulb I had is on the right. The difference is amazing. Will definitely be contacting him again in the future!

Our space heater was burning at the outlet and we wanted an electrician to come out same day to ensure we didn't have a potential electric fire. The team was so helpful when I called in panic and Josue made it out shortly.

Josue was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He replaced our outlet and inspected more of the electric issues around my parents (very old) house. He was honest about what would last and gave us suggestions for what should be replaced at some point in the near future. He also gave us a solid estimate to work with for future repairs, which helps with planning some of the big electrical upgrades this house needs.

Overall, great experience and will definitely be using JAR services for our electrical needs moving forward!

I used JAR Services recently for a doorbell installation. Josue was professional, responsive, and respectful. He was patient with me as I did my research and gathered information. He was not pushy towards any particular service and offered multiple options. During the installation he was clean and always wore a mask. Josue thoroughly explained each step of the process and made sure I was happy with the work before moving on. At the end he was careful and left the work area spotless. Horrible call center service. Called saturday seeking for electrical services, couldnt set up appt due to Saturday, no problem. Provided personal contact info, representative promise to call back monday. Waited all day monday, decided to call the service for follow up, no appt or return call was set. Then the rep lost patience and hung up the call. Terrible customer service. Iguess customer is not a priority.

These guys are amazing! They replaced my electrical panel box and changed wires. They also sent a guy patched wall for me as we pre-agreed on a very reasonal price. The job was complete 3 years ago and I forgot give a good review.

I could not be happier with JAR Services. Josue and another electrician (whose name I missed) came on short notice and repaired several nonfunctioning outlets in my kitchen. They could not have been friendlier or more professional. They assured me I did not need to spend $16,000 for a complete rewiring of my house, as I was told by a previous electrician, but they did recommend installing surge protectors, which I did. The assistant even pointed out that my car tags were expiring in a week, which I had not noticed!! That saved me a lot of headaches. So I'm very pleased with JAR!

10/10 recommend JAR. Josue responded to our request quickly and upon arrival was efficient, professional, and very friendly. If we need any additional electrical work in the future, he is our first and only call!

I believe in providing the best customer service in the line of work that I am in so I expect to receive it from all businesses I patron. My expectations were definitely exceeded . Superb, high quality, A1 level customer service is exactly what I received.

I received a phone call the morning of my appointment advising me that the scheduled technician was going to be late as they had a personal emergency and would not able to make it to work and that's understandable as we all have our own personal lives that may cause to unexpectedly not be available. It's what took place after being informed of that information that kept me smiling the entire day. This organization and their professional team was sure to stay in constant communication with updates on the status of the replacement technician. Even when I was a late coming from my home for the rescheduled appointment they were kind and gracious enough to wait so that I didn't have to reschedule. Upon my arrival to my home they respected my house with their protective shoe booties (+++)that's always a plus and explained things to me in clear/layman's terms to ensure that I understood what the issue was, how it arose and how it could be avoided in the future.
Their attitudes and demeanors were always positive and eager to assist, they took the time to make sure I understood the work that they completed and made sure that I had no other questions before leaving.
This organization is definitely one I would recommend to family friends and even complete strangers. I'm not one to write reviews; however after working with Josue and his team at JAR Services, a 5 star review was nothing but well-deserved. From Josue's back office staff to his field Team, figuring & solutioning (an entirely new main power line to my house into the originally placed core power panel, re-location of a previously placed meter and the installation of an entirely new disconnect to the property) in close coordination with Dominion Power & Fairfax County turned out to be a very streamlined process. Josue's attention to detail, incredible customer service, and daily coordination across the board got the job done likely as fast as such a job could have been accomplished. Likewise, not only did Josue drive the job to completion, he did so while exceeding expectation's across the board. From the customer service, cross-team coordination and quality of all work - I was able to turn lemons into lemonade with the project. Not to mention - after interviewing several electricians for the job, Josue won the job by his honest nature and very competitive structure. Unlike many -JAR Services does not do the typical beltway price gouge at the customer. Save yourself the headache - and give JAR Services a call. You're definitely in good hands, and likely won't find a more fair price for the 5-star job they will deliver-on. Thanks again, guys.

I had an issue with my HVAC breakers and called Jar Services LLC. They were able to come out the same day and replaced all of my breakers right away.

The work was done quickly and everything was explained clearly.

Josue and Mario were phenomenal! My husband was away during the entirety of their work (which was a ton of work) on our new house and both made me feel comfortable and informed. Josue was a fantastic communicator with all of their work with the why’s and options we had with the project. Mario was incredibly kind and helpful. Bonus- they both were so nice to my crazy kids. JAR Services provided me with excellent electric replacement/installation services for an outdoor light fixture and indoor ceiling fan. 1) Arrived on-time within the window given; 2) masking & wore shoe covers (not everyone does); 3) gave me other safety advice/tips to save money; 4) remove the discarded/trash items; and 5) explained in detail and provided an estimate for a future electrical project. Very professional and positive attitude which made it a pleasure doing business with JAR Services. I highly recommend and will use for future projects.
