The technicians who came to my house were really professional and courteous. While installing the chandelier, they handled everything with great care and respect, making sure nothing got damaged or dirtied during the installation. Even after finishing the work, they checked and cleaned everything. I am impressed, and I already have my next project planned for this team.

Jaime is one of the most professional, nicest and respectful people I've met and his crew follows suit on this!
The guys were super professional and ultra nice, and I really appreciated them taking the time to ensure that while they were working, they were neat and in order.
They were working on multiple floors at the same time and was very careful not to track dirt or dust between the floors and promptly wiped down everything when they finished working on something.
They made us feel that we weren't just customers!
And the work is IMPECCABLE!!
I will be moving within the next eighteen months and any work that we need done for our new house we will definitely call them!

Cesar stopped gave us a great quote than Kevin came like 1/2 hour later. Installed 3 new light fixtures and did home electrical inspection. Their price was great and we are definitely going to use them again.

The Make It Now team did incredible work on my home. They replaced all the rotting wood trim with high-quality PVC, repaired additional damaged areas they found along the way, cleaned the gutters and repainted the fascia, and caulkted and painted all the trim with real attention to detail. They also power-washed the entire house, painted the garage interior, and installed new garage cabinetry. Everything was done perfectly.

The team was extremely professional, communicative, and easy to work with from start to finish. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding, the crew was meticulous and respectful, and the pricing was very fair for the level of work they delivered.

I’ll be recommending Make It Now to all my neighbors and friends, and will absolutely be using them again for future projects. Truly a top-notch experience.

I rarely leave a review but our electrician Kevin and crew have done a phenomenal job replacing our ceiling fan. Scheduling was easy and they were pleasant to work with. They were always on time and responsive to questions. We will definitely use them for our future projects. Highly recommend.

I cannot adequately express how grateful I am for Make It Now. What started out as a simple vanity install turned into a full-blown bathroom remodel because of corroded pipes. Jaime Immediately assured me that they could fix it all. Marvin was the lead contractor and did an incredible job! They had to replace the pipes, remove and repair the ceiling downstairs where the water had leaked, put in a new floor, install a new toilet, put up new drywall, paint, and then install the vanity and new light fixture. Marvin and his team did it all in just 3 days!

I could not be more pleased with the results. Truthfully, I have never had a more professional, hard-working, dedicated team of contractors. Going forward, this will be the only company that I will hire to do any work in my home. Do yourself a favor and hire Jaime and his team!

Excellent job! They figured out there was a major leak outside from the house to the meter. They completed the job in the estimated time. Five stars!

They took over a major electrical upgrade that a prior contractor abandoned. They were very persistent in working with Pepco and the county in seeking permits, overseeing inspections, correcting issues and managing the project through completion. No issues and highly recommend.

We have been using EMS General Contractors since 2012 when they first performed some major improvements to the Electrical Grid at my house. We were extremely pleased with their performance and, of course, since then they have performed several electrical improvement projects at my house-running underground extension to the workshop shed at the back-installing new LED Lighing throughout the house, installed new/updated outlets throughout the house.
In 2013, EMS built a new workshop/storage shed (a replica of my house) at the back. In 2018, they modified the Carport storage area and installed a full (gourmet) outdoor second kitchen-heated-full hot/cold water-fully tiled and lots of storage (a real gem). And last year, they modified and installed a new updated master bathroom.
They have installed attic fan, realign the basement plumbing/laundry room water lines; installed a new hot water heater and several smaller on-call maintenance tasks.
We have been extremely pleased with their family friendly performance and will continue to use them. Over the years, they have begun to perform electrical and other maintenance work at my Kids' homes.
We highly recommend them for their outstanding and professional family friendly performance.

The worst company.

While attempting to exteriorize, they only made matters worse.

Awesome service and flexible, when they arrived I requested additional work and they quickly quoted and completed all work needed (3-way dimming switches), they also went above and beyond to help me with a payment issue, highly recommended.

When we moved into our new home we decided to install a new half bath. EMS guided us in our decision and did an amazing job completing the job. Thank you!

I used this company in an emergency and was shocked by the estimate! While I was in a bind and the $225 fee just to come out had already been paid (and I would lose if I didn’t let them complete the job). It literally took him less than 15 minutes and I was charged an additional $500. Look elsewhere for your plumbing needs, even in an emergency situation! To replace one shutoff valve….
