The unprofessional workers are disrespectful, they disregard neighbors property. They walked and were laying against my house on my property and scared my daughter and did not care. The worker was not happy that I said something to him and throughout the project continued to show a total disrespect towards me and my family.

Listen, I am not the type of person to leave bad reviews, especially one on the "working man", however when a business does not fulfill their end of the agreement well people have to know.

Campos prices are fair and for the most part he did good work. He even cut down a tree that fell in my yard during that horrible storm we had in late May. I used his services for half of the season. I was planning on using him for the entire season but I guess he had different plans. He cut my lawn in mid July. 3 weeks later, when I as inquiring as to when would my lawn would be cut again, I was instructed by him to find someone else. Now I am scrambling to try to find another landscaper to cut my lawn

Very disappointing

Our family has been working with Campos for over 3 years in a residential and commercial capacity. The team has done everything from yard rehabilitation, maintenance, patio design and build to planting mature pines. He is knowledgeable, dependable and resourceful. The team has always been respectful and all of the contracted work has been completed in a shorter period of time than it was expected. Highly recommend Campos for your landscaping needs.

We initially had a contractor who did great work but it was always a hassle to get in touch with him, schedule and / or hear back. So we googled and came across Orellana Landscaping and figured we’d give them a try. The initial meeting went great and they were very responsive and quickly got back to us with quotes. We did advise of previous issues with not hearing back and the lack of communication with previous contractors so we STRESSED that if they are busy, unable to do a job, running late, need to reschedule, etc. we are reasonable please just communicate. The one project they did they showed up 2 1/2 hrs. late and when I texted to inquire, he mistakenly texted me instead of his employee that they were getting lunch. We got tired of waiting around and just as we were about to leave the house, is when they showed up. The job got done and for the most part we were happy with the work but not that they were late and didn’t communicate that with us. There was a small issue that we needed them to come back out for regarding that job that was done and he texted “no problem” it then took five days before I had to reach back out asking when he was coming, to which he replied there was an emergency. Now things happen I get that, but if you have a business and you’re unable to follow up with a customer there should be people in place to assist with that. Nevertheless, since he said he had an emergency I let it go. My last straw was when (per his request) I reached out way in advance for much larger project that I wanted to hire him for. I not only texted but left two voicemails wanting to inquire about scheduling this project and as it stands it’s been ELEVEN days with zero response which in my opinion is highly unprofessional. I am not in the business of begging people to take my money, so it is safe to say we would no longer be using their services.

I Could not be more impressed with the work provided by Orellana Landscaping. Mr. Orellana is very professional and delivers great service. His staff are very kind and knowledgeable.
I look forward to having him do more yard work for me.

JSA did good job of removing my old hardscaping, tree stump & roots and planting my new tree and laying sod. Excellent service all around!

Jose and his team at JSA Hardscaping did a fantastic job for us “fixing” our loud plumbing pipe noise in our living room. They were courteous and kept us informed throughout the project. They cleaned up each day and made sure everything was covered before beginning the dusty work of removing and replacing our existing drywall was a sound proofing product called Quiet Rock. They will 1st on our list to call to complete our other projects around the house.

Jose and his team removed 14 Leland Cypress trees and ground 6 stumps last winter and one medium Red Maple this spring. Jose and his crew returned in the spring to reseed significantly damaged lawn areas due to the extensive tree removal work done last winter. I have no hesitation in recommending JSA Hardscaping as they are very responsive, reasonably priced, do good work, and are very trustworthy.

Jose was power washing a neighbor’s home and left excess debris on my property—leaves, mulch, branches, etc. When approached about the issue; he was dismissive and flippant. He admitted the debris was from the power washing, but did nothing to complete the task! Ultimately, I cleaned up the mess he left behind. Jose returned to my neighbor’s property a few days later to complete additional work and was found on my property trying to steal electricity from my outdoor outlet! He must have triggered the neighbor’s GFI power washing! (They have been out of town and have not been around to supervise his sloppy work!) Jose did not ring my doorbell to ask—he was found “sneaking onto my property” via my Ring device. The second interaction, my husband confronted Jose and he admitted his wrong doing!

I wanted to contact the Fairfax County Police for trespassing and stealing, but my husband felt like it would be a waste of community resources! In hindsight, that was a mistake!

Jose is unaccredited with the BBB and has a D+ rating! He’s a misogynist, sloppy and lacks integrity! In addition, I suspect Jose’s Google rating is inflated! Two of his 5 star ratings have no review and happen to have his last name—Argueta-Blanco (which is posted on his truck!). There are better businesses out there that will complete the job and more deserving!! Hard pass on JSA Hardscaping LLC!

Today was awesome. We witnessed Jose and his crew transform our yard into a showcase and it was a mess. He was professional and his work performance was outstanding. I would recommend him for sure.

Jose and his crew were hired to install a retaining wall around the flower bed in the front of our house and around the flower bed around the patio. He completed the work in 2 days. My husband has very high standards. We were so happy with the retaining walls, we decided to place the same design around our trees. They were also completed within 2 days. They arrived on time, worked all day. JSA also repaired the sprinklers and made sure the sprinklers would cover the new flower beds. We would hands down recommend this company for great work, professionalism and great craftsmanship. Excellent job!!!!
