Mr. Hernandez and team have been taking care of my lawn this year and have been wonderful. Fair price, easy to communicate and pay, and they keep a good schedule. Highly recommend.

I just called for snow removal service and was mysteriously told that all of their snow trucks were "frozen". I really didn't understand this excuse. If the company didn't want to be bothered, they should have just said so. So very disappointed.

I called this company to help with the storm coming since I’m going to be out of town. I called them days before the storm to see if I can get an estimate. They are charging $250 each for a small townhouse as well as my parents single-family home. When I asked if they were sure because it’s a huge gap, they asked for my addresses to give me a better estimate and that they would get back to me. This morning (the next day) I followed up and someone answered and said that they won’t take any more calls until Tuesday. Two days after the storm. Terrible customer service even for people who tried to prep very early. I think what happened is they forgot to give me an estimate and kept booking people. This company isn’t professional or organized. Had they been organized, they could have gotten back to people who called first and got me on the route. Don’t use this company. They’ll forget about you and that says a lot about their attention to detail.

B&A Landscape is the best landscape company I have used. They have done mowing, trimming bushes, and power washing. Brayan and his crew always do great work. He is easy to communicate with and always returns phone calls.

These guys are careless and disrespectful. Came out to my car covered in mud thanks to BrightView.

I was at road crossing, and traffic was heavy. The drive of one of their vehicles was very rude; repeatedly blowing his horn for me to go, but traffic wasn’t allowing for that to happen. Just because that driver didn’t care about his life, I care about mine.

I can honestly say that the Lorton / Woodbridge branch is a hard working, dedicated, and professional outfit. Glad to be associated with them and would highly recommend.

So I usually never take the time to write reviews but I thought I needed to this time. I would give this company zero stars if it was possible. This company is the most unprofessional landscaping company I’ve ever seen. We live in a community who uses this company and this community by far looks the worst it’s ever been since we lived here for the past five years. They are sloppy with cutting the grass and leave the grass clippings all over the lawn. They don’t even bother bagging it. They leave trash in your yard, and when they weed wack they miss spots. At times driving through my neighborhood I see them sitting around on their phones not working and resting on trash cans mine in particular. We live on a super busy street so we have a sign in our yard letting people know to slow down. The first time they came to cute grass it was just laying in our yard like it was taken out of the ground and not put back even if it was taken out to cut the grass. The second time which just happened yesterday the sign was completely destroyed like the weed wacker ripped it up or the mower snagged it. Many I mean many people in our neighborhood have constantly complained about this company on our next door app we have and I feel like nothing has been done. It’s absolutely unacceptable that we are paying for this type of lawn service. Whatever you do do not go with this company. I definitely recommend Shanendoh Landscaping instead.

One month before the guy name JAIME came and his gave us estimated my tree about $400 and said they will come after 3 days but no one come I did call them they said tomorrow we will come this one keep going when i called them they were saying tomorrow , next week etc ,we will come . I asked them if you don’t come or don’t want to do it let me know so, we move on and I can find out someone else but they said no we will come definitely. After one month they came today and said we will charge $750. The guy said I am owner I have to decide Amount the another person who came early and his gave you $400 he is my employee he supposed to be not give the amount. So he should know his job why his waste our time. This company has really bad customer service I never ever see.

They were hired to do the landscaping in our community. I believe that a group of teenagers could do a better job than they did. I asked the supervisor if they were going to weed wack along the fence, he said yes. I think that he forgot to mention something to his workers. He also forgot to mention to them that they needed to clean up the wash area. He said that they would get that done. Nope, never cleaned up. Based on their first try of doing landscape in Cayden Ridge, they flunked. "F"

Mahesh is a pleasure to work with, and his team is professional. He mows weekly and has provided additional services such as weeding and trimming for our yard. Our yard looks great thanks to his work.

Mahesh is very responsive and his crew does a great job with yard cleanup. My yard gets alot of leaves in the fall and became overwhelming very fast. Mahesh's crew cleaned up the yard in a few hours and my yard is over 1 acre. His prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend.
