Team #3 Nora and Gladis were really great! I'm a full-time caregiver for my parent in my home and don't have time to keep up with my house cleaning. They did a deep cleaning for me and I was so happy; they did a great job!

Karina and Gladis (Team 13) always do a fantastic and thorough cleaning of my house. They arrive in the quoted time period and are efficient. They pay attention to small details and even cleaned the interior sills of my windows this last time. They make my home sparkling clean and fresh smelling each time! I can always count on them to do a great job!

Needed a first time deep clean. Called and set up the appointment which was quick and easy. They communicated with me all the way to showing up. The 2 ladies were very professional and did an amazing job. We are going to setup a monthly cleaning going forward.

So grateful for her superb service. Walking out of my home office, to everything sparkling and clean, and I didn’t have to go behind the team to point out missed areas was refreshing and such a relief.

From my initial phone call for a cleaning estimate to choosing a time and having the team do the cleaning, the Molly Maid team was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. I also highly recommend cleaning crew #6 Milagro and Isabel. They did an excellent job!

We are customers of the Molly Maid of Woodbridge/Burke. Our experience has been excellent to date over a number of years. This includes a thorough cleaning every two weeks throughout the year. Team #12 does a great job for us.

We have appreciated the cleaners being flexible in working around us if we are at home sometimes during the day. There is some fluctuation in arrival times, but I understand that commuting in this area can sometimes be unpredictable.

The cleaners seem to work well together and move through the necessary steps quickly. They are cheerful, considerate and organized and I have appreciated their work. Communication is somewhat hindered by my lack of Spanish but overall we communicate well.

Team 6, Milagro and Isabel, were amazing! They were so pleasant. After discussing what needs to be done, they got right to work. They cleaned all the bathrooms, dusted, vacuumed, and mopped. Initially we scheduled them for 4 hours, but they only took 2.5 and were really proud of it! We are surprising someone for Mother's Day while she's away and I'm so excited for her to come home and see it spotless and beautiful. I highly recommend these ladies and would use Molly Maid again for my cleaning needs!

Molly made is a scam. I contacted them for an estimate only and after that they don’t stop sending me messages and emails confirming an appointment that I have never made. I keep answering them saying I only asked for an estimate and telling them to cancel the appointment that I never made but they still are sending me notifications about my upcoming appointment 🤷🏻‍♀️

Team #3 Nora and Raquel did an awesome work. My house is very clean and smells good. They are very professional and very respectful. They are also so polite. They know what they are doing. The best I have had. I wish I found Molly Maid cleaning service earlier. I will recommend this service to anyone without a doubt.

We had to do our first ever professional home cleaning to move out of our townhome that we are renting. I looked at a few different cleaners and found Molly Maid to be one of the best reviewed and cost effective options. We had Team 4 with Leonor and Ruth come by today and they did a great job. They were quick, efficient, and did a stellar job getting the place clean.

THEY COMPLETELY NO SHOWED! GHOSTED LOL. I was scheduled and they just chose not to show up. They said because I did not answer their call or text that morning to confirm because I, like most functioning adults, was working and have zero seconds for personal calls. They never told me that they would cancel if I do not answer their call a few hours before an appointment I scheduled. They did not warn at any time in their message that it will be canceled if I did not respond. No one even contacted me to tell me they were canceling. Wow! this is the worst service I've ever seen. Given these other reviews, I surely dodged a bullet!
