Super nice when I called to set appointment. On time and everything asked of then was knocked out of the park.
Best part for me, they did the work when I was at work. Which I won't lie, I was a bit nervous about. However, the work was great, and nothing was missing.
Highly recommend this company.

Very disappointed in the service that we did or did not receive. The two ladies were very nice; however, our first time cleaning was supposed to be a thorough deep cleaning. I personally think that because our home was pretty clean already we got a very mediocre cleaning. I personally walked up and down the stairs from room to room showing the cleaning ladies general areas that were totally missed or barely cleaned. Even after identifying the deficiencies with the cleaning ladies and a supervisor who stopped by, not all areas were corrected. I know if we received this type of service for a first time cleaning the general cleaning would be totally unacceptable. We were very disappointed and out of almost $400. Our experience was very disappointing.

Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I especially appreciated that two of the ladies from the office came by to check on the work that was completed in my home before the ladies who did the cleaning left. They did see some of the same issues that I saw that needed to be taken care of before leaving. I noticed a few other things later, but I don't think it was all worth having them return to my house. Truly, I've had better cleaning service for a couple hundred dollars plus less and much more cleaning - they don't do windows or walls and a few other things. I am particular about how I clean my home, so I guess the only way to get it done the way I like it is to do it myself, but lately no time or energy, so overall, I'm good with the whole experience - my house IS cleaner than it was before.

For the first few months, I was not satisfied with the cleaning at my house; and I felt like it was a waste of money. But since I spoke with the supervisor who sent a new cleaning team, I am happy with the service. For the past two months, team# 6 ladies have been doing a good job. I didn't need to clean after Them. Thank you, Ladies.

Excellent service. House was spotless. They literally cleaned every crack and crevice. I was most amazed with the office manager. I believe her name was Rocio. She is the most polite individual I have spoken with. Her customer service is through the roof. She handled every issue and question I had. Wish more establishments had people like her.

I am very pleased with the level of service provided by my Merry Maids team in Woodbridge, Va. They are super fast without sacrificing quality.I appreciate the fact that they don't use furniture polish when dusting. The ladies are always very professional and happy. Great service and quality work!

We had a very unfortunate experience with Merry Maids. The home was not clean, I made several complaints over our time with the company (attempting to give benefit of the doubt), and our Ring device let us know the cleaners were in the home for less than 30 minutes each visit (on more than one occasion). I would rather know I can trust a company than go through this experience.

The first time they came out, the bathrooms, kitchens, and appliances were spotless but there was dust and hair on the window sills and living room floor. We called the next morning and they sent someone out that afternoon to clean up missed spots, for free. After the second visit everything was great. First visit 3/5. Second visit 5/5

I’ve used Merry Maids for a year now getting monthly cleaning. The ladies who arrive to clean are always lovely and friendly. 50% of the time the areas of the house I have them clean are great! It’s the other 50% of the time I have an issue with. Either they just go around items instead of cleaning under them leaving dust/pet hair etc. Dusting the fire mantle and some china cabinet tops have not been done. Spiderwebs on the hallway chandelier have been left. A few times they didn’t sweep/vacuum first and just wet swifter/mopped the hardwood floors causing dust/hair/dirt to be caked onto the flooring. When it’s something minor I’ve just let it go, however when it was more major like entire floors I’ll let the company know with pictures. They have offered to send the ladies back to redo the work or given me a small credit on next months cleaning.

My home always looks great after a visit from Merry Maids! The team is friendly, thorough, and always arrives within the service window. The products they use smell fresh and clean well. I’m very happy with Merry Maids and plan to keep using them for monthly cleanings in the future.

Hired Merry Maids to come clean our place before hosting a Super Bowl party. The staff was polite, friendly, and did an amazing job!

We got the service for my parents who have a large house. My mom loved them! They did a great job cleaning the house. I gave 4 stars because my mom did have one or two problems with how things were cleaned. The company responded to my emails in a timely fashion. They made sure that I had all the information I needed to make a decision of the services they provided. My mom really loved the clean oven! Thanks guys!

The office staff cordially coordinated with me to let me know when to expect the arrival of the pleasant team on my cleaning day. And it is such a delightful to return home to such a neat and clean house!

My experience is probably not typical, but - I hired Merry Maids from another state to do a move in clean for a friend in Virginia. The communication with Tom was fantastic and he was so helpful in helpibg this process go smoothly. My friend sent me a before and after video and the change was incredible. We did the deep clean package and you can tell they took it seriously.
Their help was a huge huge blessing to my friend and her move. I can't praise them enough.

Fairly easy to book, though I wish they had an online portal and way to book yourself. I had to contact them for a quote and someone had to call me back and book for me after I accepted. They make you pay half of the cost upfront and bill you the remainder after the cleaning. You also have to cancel or resched a few days ahead or they will still charge you for the half. They don’t tell you what time they will show up until the day before they come out. There is a 24hr window after that where you can complain and they may send someone to rectify and do a better job. The cleaning itself was good, but nothing above and beyond. My laminate floors were left wet and they dried with water streaks all over the entire house. There was no wax or polish of any kind, or at least drying off beforehand. My windows didn’t look very clean. All in all, however, cleaning homes is an intensive job. They completed their work and did an empty house of 2 levels, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths in about 3hrs. Can’t complain too much. Two cleaning people, 3 hours, $460 (oven and fridge cleaning included $40/ea when both done together). Note: I did not call them back to redo their work as I am no longer living at my property and it would be too much of a hassle for me to come out to unlock the door for them.

I was able to take advantage of an excellent spring cleaning promotion by Merry Maids right before the holiday. They did an amazing job and I know when my family visits this weekend for Easter they are going to be amazed at how clean our place is. Couldn’t have asked for a better deep cleaning!
