The only positive thing I can say is that Celina was available on short notice. Otherwise, I honestly feel like I was entirely ripped off. I paid $400 for a move-in/ deep clean. The house was completely empty and already generally clean (fridge, toilets, etc). I told Celina that I was looking for a deep clean where doors, cabinets, etc were deep cleaned (which she assured me she would do). I had to keep showing her doors that still had dirt and grime all over them after she had told me a room was done. I brushed my hand through a cabinet and it came back covered in dust. There were still marks in the tub that she tried to say was broken, so I had to show her that it was not broken. The backsplash in the kitchen is still dirty, the cabinets are not thoroughly cleaned, there are still cobwebs throughout (the house was vacant for a couple months), the fireplace mantle was not even wiped down! I had to ask her twice to wipe down the countertops. I can’t believe I paid $400 for such a poor cleaning. This was NOT a deep clean. I would absolutely not suggest Celina.

Celina is awesome! Easy to communicate with and very thorough. It always leaves me feeling so good to come home after she has been through.
