Team Magnolia and Janey are the best. I want to thank them for 15+ years of service. In a few of those years, I had some difficult times, and it was comforting that they kept my place clean when I was unable. They always exceeded my expectations. Thank you team.

We used Merry Maids at a different location and they were excellent but I can't say the same for this Woodbridge location. Avoid the Woodbridge location for service if at all possible until they get their act together.

Great team - come right when they say they will, never cancel and are quick and respectful of your junk :-)

The overall service was fantastic with one blemish. I told them that my wife wasn’t feeling well and will be sleeping through most of the cleaning until they need to get to her room. However, she was awoken by one of the maids and was asked to pull out the food from the fridge to assist with their cleaning efforts. I’m confused as to why this would happen, she normally would have been at work, leaving just the maids there. Other than that, the cleaning was completed at a very high quality

I have had the same cleaners for several years, other than this year during the pandemic, and have always been very happy with them. After we were fully vaccinated we were very pleased to be able to get the same team back. They are prompt, pleasant to have in my home, and do a good job. I was very happy to see them again.

The 2 ladies did a great job overall. Although ...I do wish they would put things back the way they find them instead of rearranging things on the counters and in the room such as moving the step stool across the room to a new location etc... or rearranging the bathroom counter items... and not cleaning dish for soap or toothbrushes etc. Otherwise things were definitely clean & spiffy looking...and smelling nice too. The thick shag rugs were vacuumed really clean also. & the glass shower walls were amazingly clean.
I really enjoyed coming home to a very clean home ready for our special graduation event. Thank you

Just set up regular service at my home and it has been great!

I had a one time deep cleaning of my home. The ladies were on time and started immediately. I have 2 dogs and they worked with me so I was able to keep the dogs out of their way. They did a thorough job and were in and out in 2 1/2 hours.

Nuria and Mildred were fantastic! They made everything shine and even left me a gift bag that included treats for my dogs!

We hired Merry Maids to clean our home before it goes on the market. The team arrived promptly and worked effeciently. They were so sweet. My house is sparkling clean (special attention to door tracks on the shower doors) and smells wonderful. I had them clean the inside of the oven and the fridge and those look brand new! I recommend Merry Maids without reservation! If I were staying in the area, I would be using them regularly.

We have been using this maid service for a while now, and We can honestly say they feel like family. From day one, they’ve treated my home with such care and respect, just like it was their own. DO NOT use as a rental move out cleaning service. They Left tons of dirt spots on the floors, i had to re mop the living room/kitchen. Left gunk on the floors in bathrooms as well. This is all after their manager came to inspect, and gave it the all clear. They WERE NOT supposed to do the base boards or walls. but did a pretty bad job everywhere else. I didnt look around because i assumed the manager doing the inspection would have caught these types of errors

I’ve been using Merry Maids for a little over two years now and they have been great and accommodating this whole time.

For a deep clean I feel like I shouldn't find silly string(from a party months ago) left behind on my kitchen cabinets. blinds and window sills not cleaned well, dust and marks left behind. Marks left behind on walls/doors. My house is pretty well maintained, I wanted a deep clean for the blinds, cabinets, walls/doors. I had even picked up and washed all my area rugs, so all they had to do was sweep and wash the floors.

Merry Maids always delivers! They have been great for years and are always on time. Quality of work is truly unmatched in NOVA!

I cannot express how disappointed I am in this service. I paid $330 to have a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms cleaned, plus wiping out the appliances. This was an empty home - a small townhouse- that was already reasonably clean. I could see the cupboards and drawers had not been wiped out and wanted the extra comfort of having had them cleaned again. I don't know what I paid for. Despite paying $90 extra for the appliances to be included, the freezer had not been touched at all. (I did contact them later about that, and they said having the freezer wiped out is an additional charge from paying for the appliances. Not defrosting, just wiping it out.) When we began to unpack the kitchen, it was clear that the drawers and cabinets and not been touched. For several hundred dollars these rooms should have been spotlo. I have paid less to have my entire home cleaned. I cannot recommend this business.

We had a move-out cleaning. Rosario and her partner were AWESOME. The place was beautifully clean and sparkling.

We’ve had Merry Maids for years and they’ve been fantastic. Janey and Magnolia feel like part of the family and always leave our home sparkling. It’s such a gift to get that free time back. Highly recommend!

I really liked getting my apartment cleaned out twice a month and you all did an excellent job and you knew what I wanted done. I highly recommend you.
