Delivered several services, including cleaning limestone front steps and landing- poor, even after i showed the tech the remaining dirt withva finger rub, he did not clean; small deck in back had rose bushes that got sprayed or reflected spray, killed the 10 year old beautiful and unusual variety bushes. Should have and could have protected them. Very unsatisfactory. Back patio had dirt remaining.

I rarely leave reviews but I have to say I was really disappointed with the service, especially given all the great reviews about this company.

When I called for a quote I told them that I live in a townhouse where the front is brick and the back is siding. I was told it was no problem - they can power wash everything. I also mentioned that there was nowhere behind my house to park, and again was told it was no problem because they could park in the entry way to my neighborhood and had hoses that were long enough.

When the guys arrived this morning, they parked in my neighbor's space and when I asked them to move two spaces down, they said their hose wouldn't reach, which I found odd given that I was told they had hoses that were over 200 feet long. When another neighbor came out needing to get out of her driveway which they had partially blocked, instead of moving their truck (which was still in the wrong spot), they guided her out of driveway, an annoyance she shared with me when she returned. The guys then asked if they could park in the neighborhood next to mine when they were going to do the back of the house and I specifically said no since that's another private drive, and most service vehicles park along our side entry way, but they parked in the other neighborhood anyway, which I only realized after they finished their work.

The actual work itself wasn't great either. The attached pictures show that there was still quite a bit of staining on the gutters, doorplate and windows that didn't come off. In addition, the head of the crew told me they couldn't power wash brick. When I pointed out some of the spots where there were still noticeable stains the guy walked away frustrated and came back with a container of some kind of chemical to spot treat, but then none of that ever got rinsed off. Also, I had specifically asked for my sidewalk and front stoop to be power washed and was told a note would be added to the work order, but it never was. The guy did call his boss and get it approved this morning, but when they cleaned the sidewalk and stoop, they didn't wash the hand railings, which I was told they also couldn't power wash.

I paid for their premium package because their reviews made me think they'd be worth it and in talking to the guy on the phone when I got the quote it seemed like they'd do everything I needed, which definitely wasn't the case.

I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and think that perhaps they were having an off day or I got a bad crew, but unfortunately given the issues I encountered I won't be using this company again and wouldn't recommend them either.

I am very happy with the services Envirofresh has provided me to do power washing at my house. The crew did very good job, professional, very helpful! I cannot say thank you enough for the service they did. The house and my deck look very clean and spotlighted, and they clean the area afterward very well. Jean Cabrera power washed and sealed my fence even though he had to work in thick brush at times. Many neighbors thought I had got a new fence. He is exceptionally hard working and thorough. He communicates clearly via email or phone and adjusts his schedule to accommodate the customer's needs. He is punctual and shows up as promised. Over and above his outstanding work ethic, Jean is very cordial and polite. I highly recommend him.

I had a very bad experience with this company. They arrived late, had equipment issues, and worst of all, they blatantly lied about the damage they caused.

I hired them for power washing on 05/12/23. I had just installed a brand-new copper bay window roof on 04/19/23, and I provided the company with clear before-and-after photos showing the condition. After their “soft wash,” the copper roof immediately looked discolored. When I questioned the crew, they claimed it was “just wet” and that the color would return once dry.

It never did.

The roof’s color and shine were permanently altered. I contacted them on 05/27 with photos showing the damage, and instead of taking responsibility, they denied it outright — despite the photographic evidence.

This company was late, unreliable, and dishonest. They damaged my property and then denied it. I would not trust them again and do not recommend their services to anyone.

When I scheduled this service the reviews were 4.9 on Google as well as other sites. I’m not sure I can trust reviews anymore. My house wasn’t very dirty to begin as my siding is only a few years old. My goal has been to have it cleaned periodically to keep it looking its best.
First, the good stuff!
The envirofresh tech showed up right on time and was very courteous. I asked to have my concrete driveway and sidewalks cleaned including a walkout basement area and they did a good job with a lower pressure wand that I believe was safe for concrete cleaning. It all looks much better. I’m happy with the concrete cleaning. They cleaned my deck which turned out ok. They removed mildew stains on shade screens. However I’m not happy with the rest of the work.
1) Pretty much every dirty area I pointed out, the response was something like “that’s stained and can’t be cleaned off; you’ll have to repaint”. I’ve cleaned this stuff before myself and I knew it would come off. For example I attached a picture of one gutter AFTER Envirofresh cleaned it today. The gutter is a black mess. They told me it could NOT be cleaned off. After they departed I used some dawn dish soap and a garden hose to rinse the black mess off my gutters. See second pic after I CLEANED IT. As you can see, the gutters cleaned up fine with a hose and basic soap. If they can’t wash off this dirt—basically like soot & dust—I don’t know what I need them for. Really appeared they didn’t try to clean it at all. If they tell you something is “stained” or permanently “oxidized” take it with a large grain of salt.
2) Their cleaning products smell VERY strong of bleach! We have a lot of landscaping plants near the house. They covered NONE of our landscaping so I expect to have dead plants to replace in a few weeks. The Envirofresh website says they use: "Soft Washing" technique to prevent damage” and “Eco-friendly detergents”. Anything that smells strongly of bleach can’t be environmentally friendly; nor would it be safe for my aluminum siding & trim. FYI there was also no warning that this cleaner might damage plants or aluminum trim, or that it contained bleach. Disappointing
3) My windows were clean before they showed up to clean the siding so I did not ask for window cleaning. However, whatever they use to clean the house made a mess on the windows. I’ll need to clean them again, which is no small thing. If you plan to have them clean your home expect to do your windows after. The “soap-like film” on the windows also makes me wonder how clean my house really is. Maybe not rinsed, or maybe it’s the cleaner they used. It’s difficult to capture a dirty film on camera but I tried with the attached photo. It looks worse in person but you can see the issue.
I won’t call this company again.

Showed up on time, charged what was quoted and the work looks great. Will be using them again in a couple years when it needs done again.

It was a great experience. Brandon was very professional, arrived on time, and explained exactly what he was going to do. Our house looks great!

Brandon and Matt did a great job. They are very efficient moved some items for me and listened attentively to all the things that I needed to have done on the house. I’d love to have them come back again next year.

Jeff was great to work with. Hands-on business owner who is very responsive and takes pride in the work he and his crew performs. Would recommend and plan to use his services again in the future.

We’ve always relied on a power wash company to wash the exterior of the home. Someone getting up on a ladder and blasting the siding with simple high pressure water.

We wanted to try something new. There are plenty of soft wash companies in our area. Trying to weed through the soft wash companies to choose one wasn’t easy since we didn’t have the benefit of knowing someone who could recommend a company. We relied on reviews, informative website content and photos, and communication. Pro Exterior Wash Plus rose to the top. We had some preliminary questions, which Jeff, the owner, answered promptly. We got on their schedule within 9 days. They arrived on time (Jeff was one of the crew) and they got right to work. Jeff even gave me a quick tour of the truck - a very impressive and efficient operation.

Our home looks new. We have white siding and brick front. The siding and our white vinyl garage doors shine and the brick is now free of that pesky black staining that happens over time. Even the white wood columns look like they’ve been freshly painted. Part of the package included doing our porch and steps leading up to the home (they also washed our small driveway which I’m not even sure if that was a part of the package). Everything looks great. From the timely communication to the final professional service, we are 100% satisfied and can highly recommend them.

From start to finish, Pro-Exterior Wash was a great experience. Communication was clear and easy throughout the process, and the team was professional and responsive. They were thorough, did an excellent job and left everything looking so much cleaner and fresher than I even imagined. We were so impressed that we went ahead and set up a recurring schedule. Highly recommend!

I am very happy with the power washing Jeff and his team did today. They we even cleaned behind my shed and a tall bush. The price was very reasonable. They were very polite and professional.

They showed up on time and began by covering electrical sockets, door handles, etc. Their work was outstanding too. The algae, dirt and grime on my siding, front walkway and bottom of my gutters is gone. Great job, very happy.

Company was very responsive, got us on the schedule fast, explained that washing our fence would do more harm than good (rather than just taking the money). Arrived on time, took great care with the surroundings, and did an excellent job. 100% recommend and will use them again!

They rolled up a little behind schedule to no disappointment because of their awesome communication system! After many years of "DIY" power washing and getting soaked and shriveled skin I decided to have my house washed professionally. Pro Exterior Wash Plus was easy to schedule, arrived on time and brought very impressive professional equipment to do the job. Definitely not a little pressure washer out of the back of a pickup truck. I met the owner, Jeff, before they started the job. Very personable and you could see that he was proud of his company and his work was going to reflect that. I had the house, deck, sunroom all soft-washed. I had them do the driveway and sidewalk also. It took a couple of hours for Jeff and his assistant to make my property sparkle like new, even the gutters. My exterior windows are probably the cleanest I have seen them in years. The bottom-line - if you want a great value professional power wash of your property, that you will be proud to show off, go with Pro Exterior Wash Plus.
