Once again we had the pleasure of working with Pro Exterior Wash Plus. We really like that they are a soft power wash company and they don’t use harsh cleaning solutions.

We had them power wash our 3 level single family home and a 4 level townhome the same day. As always, Brandon did a great job! Brandon never disappoints; he goes above and beyond from prepping your house to power washing it. He is very considerate of my plants and rinses them before and after the job is done. You will not find another power wash company that takes such pride to ensure their customers are happy with the job. They have an amazing owner (Jeff), great customer service and professional employees that care about their customers and their attention to detail. They are ALWAYS very respectful to us and to our properties. We highly recommend them for your power washing needs and their prices are very reasonable too. Thanks Jeff and Brandon…GREAT JOB!!

Service and work were outstanding, from my initial phone call to schedule an appointment until the work was finished. And Jeff was extremely prompt and helpful with the advice and information he provided.

I spoke with 5 companies before selecting these guys. These guys run a very professional operation. They washed my entire house, cleaned out all my gutters and washed all the exterior gutters. They went above my expectations and cleaned the walkway leading up to my front door. If I had to give any constructive feedback it would be that I suggest that they disclose that they pass the credit card processing fee on to the customer increasing the total agreed cost. Job well done.

This was our first time hiring someone to power wash our home. After googling several companies, we came across Pro Exterior Wash Plus and the many positive reviews they had. I must say they did not disappoint. The estimate process was straightforward and very easy. Jeff was very pleasant, personable and answered all questions I had! He especially put us at ease to let us know that they take great care cleaning up so that our fur baby would safe. Last, but certainly not least the house looked AMAZING! It quite literally looked brand new! The front, side, back, walkway and the windows! Even more shocking Jeff and his colleague did this in about 45 minutes!! I have been in customer service for over 50 years and today was my turn to be the customer. I can honestly say, Pro Exterior Wash Plus did not disappoint me. Not to repeat what other clients have said, here is what new & repeat customers can expect on their service visits.
Via electronic communication, they sent a reminder notice the day before my appointment, notified me when they were heading to my house, notified me when they arrived (and on time). Brandon arrived well groomed, in a clean company uniform, driving a well marked company vehicle. He met with me, walked the property to address and answer any concerns I had, & explained what he will be doing. I asked him if he wanted me to stay outside and tell him how to do his job, or would it be ok to leave him alone & work by himself.🤣😂For safety reasons, he recommended for me to go inside. He also said he would be covering my accessible cameras and outlets to protect them from the products he used & he would remove them before he left my property.
He worked hard & steadily. About 90 minutes later, I received another communication stating he was completed with his work. I found all these communications to be very helpful, especially if the home owner was not available on site or like in my case to be dozing off watching Matlock reruns.
When I went outside to meet him, he was providing a few little extras to my property to help give the finished job a WOW appearance. In customer service we call that “LAGNIAPPE “.
In closing, I want to thank Brandon and all the other team members at Pro Exterior Wash Plus the best compliment I can think of... You’re the Cal Ripken Jr.… the Iron Man of your profession… You made my 42 year old aluminum siding home look young again. Best wishes for your continued success.

They did a very professional job washing my roof and house. They are a veteran-owned business and give a great military discount. I had another company quote me twice the price for just the roof cleaning and Pro Exterior washed house too.

Pro Exterior did my whole house and driveway and the outside hasn't been so clean since the day it was built. Scheduling was fast, communication excellent, answered all my questions, and professional throughout. Jeff personally made sure everything was done right.

I own a warehouse unit in a 75,000sf flex commercial building. Our board and managment company decided to have the building exterior cleaned due to black algae stains. The building was built in 2003 and we have been advised to have the stucco repainted. After meeting Jeff on the property, he felt confident his company can provide a soft wash and clean the building. We decided to give it a shot in hopes we can prolong without painting. What a significant difference. We are completely satisfied with the results and couldn’t be happier. Absolutely surpassing our expectations.

Pro Exterior Wash Plus did an absolutely amazing and incredibly thorough job. Every detail was addressed—from the siding to the walkways—and the results were spotless. Very good investment if preparing to sell your home. Top quality, great communication, and thorough work if you get the premium roof package (currently $2000 for roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, whole house, and about $100 for a small patio in late 2025). The price is a bit high for this top option, but very reasonable for just a two story exterior wash ($800 or so). I highly recommend if working to get top dollar for a real estate property.
