EXCELLENT SERVICE. I was completely impressed with this company. I moved into a 25 year old home and the carpet was in poor shape in our basement. At most I expected for the stains to be lessened, but they were completely removed! On top of that, the once dingy carpet looks brand new. Thanks for the excellent service!

Great service and quality work. Very friendly and personable. The roto cleaner is fantastic and is by far the best cleaning tool I've seen used. My carpet looks brand new. Very reasonable price. 5 stars!

Kangaroo carpet is by far the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used . What I like best about there service is you can actually see the dirt going down the toilet as he is cleaning the carpet. I would definitely recommend this company.

We are renters, the carpet that was in our house was just ridiculously filthy. Our land lord offered to replace it. Instead we had it cleaned. They not only cleaned it to look like new, but sanitized it as well. Amazing job! Thoroughly impressed and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone use their services!

I have 5 aging pets and a lot of kids running through the house... not a good combination with light-cream colored carpets. Once I year I have Kangaroos Carpet Services come in and they do a great job getting all of the stains and smells out. When they say "Service" in their name they mean it! They are on time (or early), friendly, and do a great job!

Jeff is one of the nicest person I have seen.i called him after so many people . He did excellent job.couple of rooms very dirty and color carpet. He did removed whole thing. Now it looks like brand new carpet.
I recommend all of you take his services. You really appreciate his job.

We had all of the carpets cleaned throughout the house. They did such a good job and the carpets looked like new when done. We were so happy that we had them come back and clean the tile floors. They did an equally good job on them and the grout was nice and clean. Highly recommend for quality, service, and timeliness.

I had to jump through grommets to make a house ready for sale . My renters had absolutely destroyed my carpet which was brand new when they moved in. There were stains everywhere . Jeff started at. 230 and finished up 5 hours later - his work ethic cannot be questioned - the carpets look brand new, and the house smells great - this was a lot of carpet to clean but Jeff cut zero corners - the carpet cleaning solution is bio, smells good and works - He is a conscientious and very hard working guy and I cannot be more pleased with the quality of his work and the end result. In reality I should have had to pay twice what he charged me for the time he spent working. I rarely leave reviews but in this instance I cannot recommend Jeff enough - call him.

Great service, fair pricing. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He removed stains that we were sure would never come out at no extra charge, and made our old carpets clean and fresh. Love that he charges per room, not per square foot. Definitely recommend! Just don’t fill out the form on the website as there are some technical glitches — call and leave a message or text him.

Had a couple guys come by a week ago, and waited to write my review after it dried completely and was able to see results.

Definitely a great experience. They gave us a call and their ETA which was very helpful. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and were very personable. We had our entire basement floor cleaned (I think the same size as 4 rooms). The service lasted for a few hours for just two guys so that was great. They were very mindful that we had animals and ensured the doors closed when coming in and out. They were also respectful of furniture and items in the basement. The floors were very clean and dried overnight. The work was very thorough for the floor and staircase. I would highly recommend! We will be calling them again for another cleaning in 6 months or so. Very happy with this service and the price was better than others that were not as efficient.

Jeff at Kangaroo Carpet Cleaning Services does a terrific job of cleaning my carpets. I've used his services for five years and never had a negative experience. I have shell pink wall-to wall carpeting in my downstairs level, installed approximately 30 years ago. Jeff keeps it looking new. I think part of Jeff's success is the roto-vac system he uses for cleaning - it's absolutely superior to steam or dry chemicals. He also takes the time needed to do the job right and uses non-toxic solutions. This past year Jeff power washed my decks and house and I was equally pleased with the results.

This is the second time I hired Jeff to clean the carpet at my property. Like my experience from 2012, Jeff did an excellent job removing stains, deodorizing the carpet, and leaving the place like new.
