They got right to work and were done within two hours and the carpet not only looked and smelled amazing but was dry in a few hours. Thank you so much Rodney! I hired DMV to clean a carpet that Stanley Steamer didn't do a good job on, and they did a phenomenal job. They took their time, listened to my concern about the carpet, made suggestions and really demonstrated they wanted to keep my business. I will definitely use them again.

Rodney showed up as scheduled and got right to work. Total time to clean 2 stair cases, a hallway and 3 rooms was about 2 hours. Carpets look fresh and fabulous! Rodney is a true professional!

It was easy to schedule and confirm a date for a future cleaning and, on the day of the cleaning, Rodney notified us when he was in route and provided his expected arrival time. Within one hour, he had completed three bedrooms, a hallway, and two stairwells! Impressive! The carpets look like new.

Rodney did such a great job cleaning all of the carpets in my home. We were putting our house for sale and he responded diligitenly while accommodating our schedule even though he has another full time job. We had six rooms, two sets of stairs, and a hallway cleaned. Rodney was very knowledgeable and professional. It only took him a couple of hours and our carpet looks 10 times better than before.
The products he uses doesn't have an overwhelming smell and it got urine stains from our dog completely out.

Got stains and dirt out of stairs carpet that previous carpet cleaners did not remove. Professional. Will use again.

He did the best he could on our old carpets. They had stains from the previous owner and we had not cleaned them since moving in 11 yrs ago. They look better now than they did before. I’ll try to maintain them now.
