Very professional and completed my 3 story home fast. My carpet feels and looks new. The company notified me when they were on the way to my home and constantly kept me informed throughput the enitre process. I highly recommend their services.

I decided to leave a review to hold DMV Carpet Cleaning to the standard, integrity and accountable to their service, clients and prospect clients time and effort.

After reviewing the reviews on different carpeting cleaning services, DMV Carpet Cleaning stood out for it’s 5 star review and positive feedback received from clients displayed online. Additionally, the cleanliness of the work showcased on the DMV Carpet Cleaning website was a second driving force to making a decision to reach out and inquire about their services.

I am disappointed I did not receive the quality customer service, communication and commitment I was hoping to receive as a new prospect client.

Mr. Rodney did call me back upon my first call and we exchanged a conversation on what I was looking for, pricing and the room in need of service.

I sent him pictures of the room, he replied by asking me my email address and home address. I never got an email from him despite having agreed to a time for the following week.

I messaged him on the Monday before our scheduled appointment to confirm payment method of acceptance and our time for the upcoming service. I did not hear back from him. He did not show up for our 9 am service scheduled for today.

Lastly, I messaged him once more today and he replied by saying he was out of town and could come in the evening if I still wanted, without asking if I was available.

Please find the pictures below of our belongings that my husband and I prepared for to have the room ready for the service that never occurred.

I found this disrespectful of our time and efforts.

We've been using DMV Carpet Cleaning for 10 years. They are very customer oriented. They make it easy to schedule an appt. They arrive on time and do a great job - our carpets always look great when they're done!

With 4 grandchildren, my carpet was filled with spots and stains, and I didn't think It was hope for the carpet.... It came out better than I expected and could hope... great job!! 100% better.... timely and professional..thanks

Rodney was very professional. He explained throughly how he would be cleaning the wood floors and wool area rugs. He also suggested the wood floor product we should be using in the future. We were very pleased with the outcome of his services. The time it took and the price were reasonable.

The individual who came to clean the rug was aggressive, had a poor attitude, and refused to listen to any of my concerns. I repeatedly tried to explain specific instructions regarding the rug, but he dismissed everything I said, insisting that he had been doing this work for many years and knew what he was doing. He proceeded to clean the rug inside my apartment despite my warnings that this could damage the wood flooring. He refused to listen and completed the cleaning in less than five minutes. As a result, my wood floor was severely damaged, and the rug was left completely soaked with water. When I asked him to dry it, he refused, stating it would take six hours, and then left. I contacted the apartment maintenance team to assess the damage, and after their evaluation, they informed me that I would be responsible for paying for the floor replacement. I reached out the customer service team and they asked me to send them a picture of the damage and I did but no response. Instead the person who did the cleaning service called and started insulting me. This is something I never seen from a professional cleaning company.

Girons carpet cleaning did a great job repairing and washing my oriental rug. When I got it delivered, it looked like new. I definitely recommend them!

I got a very beautiful oriental rug for next to nothing because it needed cleaning. It was huge and HEAVY. Giron's picked up the carpet (it was amazing how he could do it by himself) and returned it and it was beautiful! They were very good about staying in communication with price and completion info. Wonderful job.

We called Giron’s to schedule a carpet cleaning and they were able to come out same day. We have a 6 month old puppy so we desperately needed a cleaning. They did such a fantastic job! So happy! Will use them again.

I am satisfied with the service they really know what they are doing. The one thing that was kinda much for me was the price but after all the professionalism is not cheap.

Everything is handled perfectly and I have no remarks regarding how they are doing the job. From the customer service to the real job at home. Well the carpet cleaning was very ordinary. They even missed some sports and I am not really that excited of the carpet cleaning service. The phone number was given to me by a friend no idea if it was just a single time thing. That's why I would give them one more try whenever I will need the carper cleaning but with a dog in the house it shouldn't be that long.

Ameraclean is an amazing company with a lot of experience. I had no idea it is possible to remove that old stains out of the carpet in my kitchen. Thank you for the carpet cleaning and would gladly recommend you to my friends.
