They quoted $199 for me over the phone and when the technician arrived, he was singing another tune. Even though I told the owner the house is a SF house and my carpet is not dirty but I want to clean the heavy traffic area. We agreed on $250 to do 75% of the house. The next day after the carpet was dried I noted that the carpet was not properly cleaned and you can visibly see that the traffic area still needs cleaning. I called the owner to let him know that I’m not satisfied and he immediately started attacking me over the phone that I lied to him that the carpet was not dirty. He was very rude and unprofessional. He hanged up phone on me. Before he hanged up phone, I told him to stop by to see it himself and confirm what I was saying. He continuing to say I lied to him over the phone about the status of my carpet and he never gave me a receipt for $250 that I paid. The technician told me that the owner will e-mail me receipt; well I am still waiting. I’ll never use them again. The business owner is unprofessional and the technician obviously needs additional training on carpet cleaning.

There is not enough parking lot free

I regret hiring these people I don’t know why I didn’t listen to the other reviews. Max came to clean our stairs and just steamed the carpet. There was no shampoo or anything. I wasted $100 on my stairs that I could’ve done myself. Thanks for the pathetic service

Called in the morning around 9 a.m. got appointment scheduled between 6-7 p.m. the same evening so that worked out perfectly! Max got here and was polite and kind and did a great job. They were running a promotion for discounted prices which beat out every competitor in this area. I appreciate Max for coming in on time and getting the job done quickly. I was very satisfied with the work thank you!

I used this service for cleaning my carpets in bedrooms, and stairways. There were plenty of easily removable stains that I was able to use a sponge and remove, the carpet was hardly wet compared to the one he shampooed in the basement. He seemed annoyed when he arrived and looked around, never once explaining anything. I was not expecting brand new carpet but was expecting it to look fresh and clean like they show the pictures before and after on their website. My original estimate was not the bill invoice I received and I can see if he did an excellent job but he hardly shampooed my upstairs bedroom and was only upstairs for less than 20 mins and carpet was dry! I sent video and pictures to show how the stains were easily removed same day as service!!! They told me there is nothing they can do... So I will make it my job to make sure no one uses there terrible service!

I should have checked the reviews but I didn’t. I had the same exact experience as the other customer — the technician had the same attitude, arrived late, did the bare minimum even though I paid for the shampoo service, but no shampoo, obviously, because the carpet was mostly dry. I will not call them again.

Every year, we find another company to clean our gutters because they all are the same. This past winter was different. The Infinite crew did all the right things, from arriving right on time to hauling the leaves and sweeping everywhere. Took them 2 hours and the price was right, too.

I found their work to be superb, had my house and deck power washed. And the outcome was excellent, it looked new again. The workers were respectful and addressed any questions or concerns that I had. Would I use them again. Yes- no question.

Sparkling clean windows in no time! The crew was thorough and efficient. The gentlemen removed there shoes when entering my home and were careful as they moved a few pieces of furniture to reach windows.

We were disappointed with our services and the company's refusal to acknowledge that low pressure power washing can damage window seals on our home after it occurred. We don't feel there was resolution to the problem, so while the house is cleaner, wouldn't recommend this group to others in the future.

Excellent service! Very professional, and thorough. Had interior and exterior window cleaning along with power/pressure washing. Did not take before pictures but you can certainly tell it’s super clean. 100/100 recommend.
