I use this company three times and it came out decent clean at least a little cleaner then on September 14 I use them again and they charge me the usual price of $69 but then this time the guy came out and told me that you needed deep clean and he charged me $115 Total for the work he did work. The rug looked worse than anything. He never cleaned up the stain. He never took out the stain. He never cleaned the rug. It was like he threw water and left my carpet wet this is the worst company I experience that’s the fourth time I use them , do not call this company to clean up your carpet and the guy told me when I asked him. Why is my rug still dirty and that you didn’t do nothing he said I’m not a magician you need deep clean and clean for a sanitizer. I didn’t ask to have my rug sanitized. I asked to have it deep cleaned And he took my money upfront and paid them $115 and now the company would not answer my call or either clean my Carpet or either compensate me to get my money back and they won’t even answer so run away from this company do not use them. They’re the worst. I know I talk a lot, but I have to explain my story , please please run away

Rodney was wonderful to work with. He and his team were pleasant, professional and reliable. All of the carpets that he cleaned now look brand new. He and his team cleaned my sofa set as well. Rodney at DMV Carpet Cleaning Services did a fabulous job cleaning the carpets in my home. He gave my an accurate, detailed estimate over the phone. On the day of my appointment, I received a text when he was on his way and he arrived promptly. He was very professional, did an excellent job removing all the stains on my floors and the carpets never looked or felt better! I would highly recommend and will definitely use his services again.

I moved into a house I just purchased and needed the carpets cleaned. First cleaner I hired no-showed. Rodney and Rudy were over that evening. They were able to get both red stains and pet stains out and my carpet looks almost brand new. It you need someone to clean your carpet who is going to do a great job and are good people go with DMV.

Wonderful service! We have a puppy who is finally potty trained and made our carpets pretty stained and discolored. Rodney made our carpet look literally brand new. Plus he was on time, very kind and super efficient! Also, it was very reasonably priced. I’d recommend to all!

EXTREMELY IMPRESSED!!. I’ve had my stairs cleaned multiple times by other companies to include Stanley steamers (not impressed). The guys from DMV Carpet Cleaning took it to another level. My carpets are the best they have ever looked. The guys were hard working, quick efficient and customer service was top notch. If you need your carpets cleaned don’t hesitate to contact them! Excellent, excellent job. When I called Rodney, I knew it would take a miracle to clean some areas of the home. Well, miracle maker he is! I could not believe how well the cleaning turned out and how effective his methods were. Rodney is the consummate professional, and also went above and beyond to schedule my appointment at the last minute. I would recommend DMV Carpet for any job, and most assuredly for tough jobs.

Rodney is professional, prompt, and even provided me with some suggestions/education on how I could better protect/care for my carpets going forward. But what really sold me on using his service in the future is his going above and beyond when he wasn't able to get out all the carpet stains the first go round. Without complaint, he came back to our house and got the stubborn stains out using an elevated technique, and I could not be more grateful. I will only use him/his team going forward. I tell you DMV is a first class.Co, Rodney got here and looked at the carpet that had spots on it, then he put some Solution on the spots. to make sure the spots came up, next he brought his equipment in to get started. With in an.hour the job was over the carpet looks fantastic, Rodney told me the carpet would take about three hours to dry. And that’s what it took three hours to dry the carpet looks great. If you need your carpet clean call DMV. Thanks Rodney.

Geo was awesome! He arrived exactly at the time I requested. Came in and walked the spaces that needed to be cleaned and he was wargaming how he was going to tackle the morning. He is very detail oriented and you can tell how much he loved the chemistry behind it all. He was mixing and explaining what he was getting after. He paid extra attention to not damaging my home and put up wall protectors to prevent his hoses and vacuum lines from damaging my walls and corners. I will be a repeat customer and specifically ask for him. Great guys represent great companies. I urge you try them out. Highly reputable.
