Had a couple guys come by a week ago, and waited to write my review after it dried completely and was able to see results.

Definitely a great experience. They gave us a call and their ETA which was very helpful. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and were very personable. We had our entire basement floor cleaned (I think the same size as 4 rooms). The service lasted for a few hours for just two guys so that was great. They were very mindful that we had animals and ensured the doors closed when coming in and out. They were also respectful of furniture and items in the basement. The floors were very clean and dried overnight. The work was very thorough for the floor and staircase. I would highly recommend! We will be calling them again for another cleaning in 6 months or so. Very happy with this service and the price was better than others that were not as efficient.

Had Kangaroo Carpet Cleaners come out last week to clean my carpets and tile floors. They did a wonderful job !!! Very courteous, on time, called to let me know they were on their way and most importantly did a great job cleaning carpets and tile !!! Thank you so much, keep up the great work 😊😊‼️

Kangaroo Carpet Cleaning Services cleaned our Carpets in August 2023. Jeff did a great job and was able remove some tough stains with ease. We will definitely use him again.

Jeff at Kangaroo Carpet Cleaning Services does a terrific job of cleaning my carpets. I've used his services for five years and never had a negative experience. I have shell pink wall-to wall carpeting in my downstairs level, installed approximately 30 years ago. Jeff keeps it looking new. I think part of Jeff's success is the roto-vac system he uses for cleaning - it's absolutely superior to steam or dry chemicals. He also takes the time needed to do the job right and uses non-toxic solutions. This past year Jeff power washed my decks and house and I was equally pleased with the results.

Highly, highly recommend this great business for carpet cleaning service! We have been using Kangaroo for almost 7 years and they always exceed our expectations. We didn’t have to replace our carpets in 2 of our properties because they made them look new again. Crazy! Dog smell, out. Grease stains, out. Paint stains, out. Dried wax, out. Mystery stains, out! Always professional, fun, and very thorough. Extremely affordable and honest. You won’t find a better small business.

This is the second time I hired Jeff to clean the carpet at my property. Like my experience from 2012, Jeff did an excellent job removing stains, deodorizing the carpet, and leaving the place like new. I admire his attention to detail, easy-going personality, and a genuine care for getting the job done right. Helps that his prices beat the competition every time too. Very happy with his service. Had carpets clean to remove stains and pet hair prior to my baby being born. Jeff did an amazing job removing stains that we didn’t even know we had from the carpet! I feel confident in letting the little one practice tummy time in the clean carpets!

We have used Jeff twice now. First to save a couch we thought had been ruined by our toddler and then afterwards to clean the carpets in our entire 3 floor, 4 bedroom house. He did an amazing job! Also, using all natural and non toxic solutions is big for us with a toddler and a puppy in the house. Jeff is a gear, hardworking guy who simply gets the job done. We will certainly be using him again for all any and all carpet cleaning needs and recommend him highly.

I didn’t request their services, my wife did, but I’m writing this review based off of my reaction to their “work” when I arrived home.
Nothing burns me up more than someone that takes my wife’s kindness for weakness.

Early last month my wife hired them to do a deep cleaning of our home to get us ready for a host open house appointments for potential buyers.

Two ladies arrived to “clean” the required areas. Apparently one of them was fairly new and had to be given instruction how to clean.

No deep cleaning was done. They literally must have ran a sponge over the surfaces once.

Only “deep” cleaning done was the stove.

We even asked that the baseboards and laundry room be cleaned. Wasn’t done.
She kept telling my wife the dust was permanently stuck to the wall. Only for my wife and myself to clean it ourselves with soap and water!

Oh but made it a point to grab that extra money before leaving.
I wish I has been there. My wife doesn’t like confrontations and is too sweet to tell someone she doesn’t approve of something.

Shame now we’ve sold the home, we have to search for another cleaning company.

If you want basic half cleaning you can do yourself, by all means give them a call.

They have been professionally cleaning our house monthly for over 5 years. They're definitely a life saver and I can't think of what our house would be like without them coming by. They send texts to remind us of the upcoming cleaning. When we're not available for a scheduled cleaning, it's not a problem to reschedule for another date. I would highly recommend Vanessa Maids.

Cleaning service started out ok. It wasn’t until our “normal” cleaning crew was augmented with new help that I assume had no cleaning experience that we had issues with Vanessa Maids. Our kitchen sink, basement sink, and kitchen cook top was severely scratched after a cleaning service. We immediately reached out to Vanessa Maids and provided pictures. Their solution was to have a friend try to repair the scratches which failed because of the depth of the scratches. We reached out at least a dozen times asking for a solution but they either did not respond or asked to have the friend come back and try to repair again. Now, months later, we’ve tried to have Vanessa Maids pay for the damages and they have refused to reimburse us. I spoke with the owner and they said it was too much money to reimburse me and they refused to clean for me again. Do yourself a favor and find another company for cleaning services. Vanessa Maids will NOT resolve any damages that may occur.
