House Cleaning reviews in Woodbridge, Virginia

The low rating has nothing to do with the services provided. I've used this company several times and they do a very thorough job cleaning. The most recent time, they caused electrical damage to my condo by shorting an outlet and it needed to be replaced. When I messaged Claudia about this issue, she was rude and did not take responsibility for the damage. The outlet worked when we left the house, they did not work when we got back. The only people in the home was her cleaning crew.
Claudia insulted the state of my home telling me how dirty it was. She has done this in the past, but I had let it go because I was pleased with her services. This to me was the final straw. I told her I would not employ her again. Clearly my home needed some help which is why I hired her in the first place. Insulting your customers is NOT the way to keep them coming back.

We had the damaged evaluated and it was due to an appliance (like a vacuum) being pulled out of the wall improperly. The damages cost more than the service itself. I wrote to Claudia again regarding the damage and she never responded. I'm assuming she blocked my phone number. Regardless, although the cleaners do a wonderful job, it is not worth dealing with Claudia and her unprofessionalism. There are other services in the area that also are through and more pleasant to work with.

Two guys came out and pressure washed the outside of my house making it look so clean and nice. They definitely knew what they were doing, were fast and efficient. Next time I need the outside of my whole house cleaned I'm calling these guys.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Showed up late. Then set our sofa down on wet steamed area rug which caused legs stain to bleed onto carpet. Stained permanently ruined a $1000 area rug. They claim to have a money back guarantee. They don't honor it. Didn't do any of the things they said they would to make it right. Don't use them for anything.
