My wife and I were moving and found ourselves in a crunch for time as our move-out date approached. We hired Vanessa Maids last-minute to handle the deep clean for us so we could focus our time on packing and loading. She worked with us to fit into both her and our schedules and got the house clean for the move-out inspection. They did a great job and our inspection went smoothly. Thank you!

Ladies are very nice and trustworthy. The floors are squeaky clean and the house smells amazing when they are done.

We paid for a deep cleaning and they only did a regular cleaning, the owner kept on rushing the ladies so they couldn't do the job right. When I tried to talk to the owner about what I paid for she just replied by saying that she had other houses to clean so I told her that if she charges a certain price then it has to be done until its clean if not then she should charge per hour. She started being really rude to her employees also about their job but I told her that she can't blame then for not doing a great job when she is rushing them. She began to be rude to me also which turned into an argument because I told her that she was being very unprofessional. At the end she didn't care and left. Didn't even apologize for anything.

We have been a client with Vanessa Maids for several years. We have been really lucky: we have a set day, a set time, and almost always (and most importantly for our family), the same team who is on our service. We have Vanessa Maids come to clean every other week.

A refrigerator (with food) was left (door closed) without power for a month. I thought it was good for the dump, but Vanessa's girls did an amazing job cleaning it up. It looked like new!!! I should have taken a before and after picture.

Vanessa maids have been cleaning my house for about 5 years. Starting with a move out clean when i found them. Rodney showed up as scheduled and got right to work. Total time to clean 2 stair cases, a hallway and 3 rooms was about 2 hours. Carpets look fresh and fabulous! Rodney is a true professional!

It was easy to schedule and confirm a date for a future cleaning and, on the day of the cleaning, Rodney notified us when he was in route and provided his expected arrival time. Within one hour, he had completed three bedrooms, a hallway, and two stairwells! Impressive! The carpets look like new.

Rodney did such a great job cleaning all of the carpets in my home. We were putting our house for sale and he responded diligitenly while accommodating our schedule even though he has another full time job.
