I needed a miracle and The Miracle Maids absolutely delivered! My wife had to leave for a few days to deal with a family medical emergency and I wanted to have the house super tidy when she returned. I called Michelle and she was able to squeeze me in the very next day. Her team was respectful and efficient!! When my wife returned she was in awe of how clean the house was and probably would have bought that I cleaned the house until she noticed the ends of the toilet paper rolls was nicely folded LOL

This was my first time having Miracle Maids clean my home, and I was pleased and impressed with the results. The work was done by nice people who worked hard (especially on a hot day). I believe their attention to detail also shows that the company has a quality training program and a system in place to ensure consistency in completing all the tasks on the list for each room.

Guillermo and his team were great! We did a move in - deep cleaning service (our seller did not clean prior to moving us in). Miracle maids were able to clean the horrible toilet rings inside the bowl and made it look new! They removed pink residue in the shower, cleaned the inside the cabinet and the window sills looked clean. We were able to add oven cleaning last minute and it looks spotless! I appreciate they were able to remove unwanted items the seller left behind. I would be cleaning for days if it wasn’t for Miracle Maids! They have made it stress free for me. I would hire them again in the future and recommend them for your cleaning needs!

Have been using Miracle Maids for a several years now. The teams always do a great job, show up when they say they will and don't cut corners. We have never had an issue and communication has always been tops. I've used other cleaners in the past and Miracle Maids far surpasses them. They do good work and are priced fairly. Highly recommend!

Miracle Maids did a good job cleaning my Mother's hoarded home. I gave four stars only because they missed a section of the kitchen that should've been cleaned as part of the service, considering the ending cost. But I didn't notice until after they left, even so overall they did a good job.

I have been working with Miracle maids for 4 years now. I own a property management company so the majority cleans are full house move out cleans. I have never had a bad clean in the whole 4 years. Would highly recommend this company.

We hired the miracle maids for a deep cleaning. The first time they came out, they missed majority of what is listed for their regular cleaning. And didn’t do anything in regards to a deep clean.

Now I have to imagine these people understand what clean is since their Google reviews are pretty solid. But if you really want to see how they conduct business, check out their yelp page.

As a professional cleaner myself, I’d be embarrassed if I walked away from a job claiming that was clean.

Not to mention they scratched our stove and didn’t take any responsibility. The ‘part owner’ said he has to do an ‘investigation’. And the other owner said if I had a before picture, they could determine if our claim was legit. Because yeah, we all take before pictures of our stoves?

Unfortunately they had to come a second time, and this time the part owner came as well. Now they operate on a satisfactory guarantee, but understand that is conditional. Cause they won’t be fixing their mistakes, we will. And to be honest, I wouldn’t want them in my home again anyways considering they talked badly about my sisters in Spanish like we wouldn’t know.

Hope they do a better job if you hire them. But I would hate to see what their third try would have been.

The Miracle Maids were recommended to us by a friend, and perhaps they've had better luck with another team, but overall, my husband and I are VERY disappointed with our experience and the fact that we were not offered a partial refund for our subpar "deep cleaning."

Pros:
-Cleaned inside oven, fridge, and microwave well
-Accommodated last minute ask of cleaning other rooms that were not accounted for during booking process

Cons:
-Team didn't speak English, so communication happened over phone through the owner. I think that having at least one person on site who speaks English would be helpful, so that homeowners can align on expectations with the team.
-Online booking process had an asterisk * by "bedrooms" saying to include all rooms in this count. My husband missed this, so he didn't count his office and our detached ADU in the quote. When the owner told him this on the day of the cleaning, he told her to tell the team to prioritize deep cleaning the rest of the house that was in the quote thoroughly, and if there was time to do these other rooms, great, but if not, don't worry about it. As mentioned above, they accommodated all rooms, but we would have rather they were more thorough elsewhere.
-This was supposedly a deep cleaning. However as shown in photos, baseboards weren't cleaned, air vents weren't dusted, photo frames on walls weren't dusted (many of which were eye level or could be reached by step ladder or standing on couch in socks), shelves in living room weren't dusted, windowsills weren't cleaned, bottom of fridge wasn't cleaned. These seem like pretty basic things to miss...
-When my husband told the owner that we were disappointed by the "deep cleaning" that ended up only taking 3 women 2.5 hours and felt more like a basic cleaning (see photos below), the owner said the team would fix it "at the next cleaning." Next cleaning? We should NOT have to pay you more to fix YOUR mistake. Having worked in customer service for years, I can tell you that's NOT the way to gain customers and their trust.
-We paid $570 for this deep cleaning, which feels like a total rip off; being a young family with two kids (including a brand new baby--that was the purpose of this cleaning), we wish we were offered at least a partial refund! As a contrast, we then hired a woman (who also owned her own company) who a different friend recommended, and for ~$200 less, she and her niece did an INCREDIBLE job deep cleaning our house for 4 hours--everything exceeded our expectations and they were so nice!

3 Miracle Maids came today, right on time, and did an amazing job. They were done in about an hour and a half and everything was sparkling clean and fresh smelling. I’m very happy with them.

Miracle Maids did such a wonderful job cleaning our home! We scheduled a deep clean / move in so we could move into our new home in pristine condition and Miracle Maids made that happen!! We also had them steam clean the carpets and the carpets look so much better!! They were so friendly from when I booked the appointment through meeting the cleaners and them being flexible to wait a few mins for me to return to the house to lock up before they left. It was so easy to schedule the appointment too! I don’t have great before pictures except for one with my dog in it but the steam cleaning of the carpet really made the biggest difference!! I am so thrilled with their work and will most definitely use them again!!

I'm 75, disabled and prone to falling a lot. So, I reached out to Miracle Maid Services and I'm glad I did! They were very professional and I feel they went above and beyond in cleaning my apartment. I would recommend them to anyone looking to to get their home or apartment looking sparkling clean. Super job Miracle Maid!!!

Some recent work at our condo left our place dusty and dirty. We had The Miracle Maids do a deep cleaning. We are very happy with the results and will use them in the future whenever we need a deep cleaning. They were thorough, professional and friendly.

I can’t recommend Miracle Maids enough! I moved into a rental that was extremely dusty with dirty carpets, and it was making me sick. Guillermo and the team were absolute lifesavers. They took the time to listen to my concerns and went above and beyond. Their green cleaning products didn’t trigger my chemical sensitivities, and they exceeded all my expectations.

I have disabilities that make moving furniture difficult and was anxious about having the carpets cleaned with my furniture still in place. They were incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and professional. I even had to leave unexpectedly while they were cleaning, and they handled everything perfectly, putting everything back together and even locking up for me.

Their attention to detail, kindness, and thoroughness blew me away. I’m so grateful and will absolutely use them again!
