I got 3 bids and Jay,the owner,came out and did a thorough evaluation of what I needed,provided me with a very competitive quote and impressed me with his high standards he sets for his installation team.I chose his company to replace my furnace and heat pump and am gld I did. His install team were,in fact,knowledgeable and professional. They definitely spent the time to do things right and keep me posted on progress. As a contractor myself for 35 years here in Washington state I would 100% recommend you get a bid from Jay and give Absolute a shot at your business.

My go to HVAC COMPANY is Absolute Heating & Cooling who installed and is maintaining our heating and cooling system flawlessly. Their technicians are well educated in their field and surprise! They do gas fireplace maintenance as well. Other than cleaning the glass the past 6 years no other maintenance has been done. On their last visit I asked and they do service on them so I was happy to have them back. Pretty sure Aaron was the tech as he has been here a few times. He did a great job and showed a new employee how it’s done. Took an hour and a half but he dismantled it, cleaned the whole inside, repainted the inside box with high heat paint and even changed the batteries for me. Started right up and I’m good for winter. Can’t say enough about them! Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Local small company that cares!!!

Our building has been having some issues; Absolute Heating & Cooling Inc. installed a new system that is working great! We had some trouble understanding how to set it up and the staff was willing to stop by our office to explain how we should be using the system. Thank you!

The Absolute Heating and Cooling team has been amazing to work with. Isaiah has been diligent and patient in restoring this fireplace, that had been used in years…to a working and efficient source of warmth in our home. It has not been an easy process but every step of the way this team has worked together to bring this about. We are truly appreciative of all their support and hard work in our behalf.

This place is the best. My furnace died so I called and someone came out the next day to take a look. Turns out I needed a new furnace (mine was 38 years old and on its last leg) and they were able to come out the very next day and replace it. It was not cheap but it was less expensive than all the other places I’d called. And the most important part is that their customer service is off the charts. Jason is the guy who came for the initial call—he was super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Such a nice guy. The installers, Aaron and Max, were also amazing with their knowledge and professionalism. They even gave me a bag of custom made DELICIOUS cookies that had their logo on them when they left and I made an Instagram post about how good they are. 10/10 would call them again.

After 35 yrs my Rheem furnace finally died. Jay came out an gave me a like for like furnace replacement estimate and water heater replacement estimate. The price was on point for my tight budget. They were able to come out the same week and replace the furnace with another Rheem and a new water heater. Marissa was able to help me get the financing promos I needed to make this happen. The installation technicians, Lau and Max, did an excellent job and didn't mind telling me about the parts and pieces while I looked over their shoulders watching the installation. Now all curiosity satisfied, warm air wafting through the vents and hot water in the taps. Happy and greatful for all the hard work and teamwork this company showed.
