The process was very easy. The came out quickly. Figured out what we need. Made an offer. Got the financing in place. Made the appointment. Showed up on time. Worked diligently and respected my property. Finished on time. And the system is amazing!

Overall I am very satisfied with the equipment, electrical, & mechanical installation. The entire job was on time and within to quoted price, and the installation technicians were professional and did high quality work, and there was no cleanup on my part. One of the things that I found most impressive is that they began work the very next day after the deal was done.

I have been having furnace issues for a long time, and although the furnace we have was installed 7 years ago, I was thinking it was time to get a new one. I called Essential Heating and David Sharpov came over. I have never had such a friendly, and knowledgeable tech at my house. He answered all of my questions. He gave me intense, incredible information about your company and how things work. He was so nice, so patient and when we change out this furnace, your company is definitely going to be the company we are going to use for our new furnace. Thank you so much, David. From the initial meeting with Christian to today’s installation of my new HVAC system, this company met and surpassed my expectations. Dawson and Joe, the installers arrived on time, were pleasant and worked diligently non stop all day. They completed the job in less than time estimated, went above and beyond to find the thermostat I preferred, and left no sign that they were even here except the very quiet new system and even heat I’m feeling this evening! Dawson even called later to explain something and ask how it was working! I couldn’t be happier with the entire process with Essential Heating. I met wih salesman Ryan after communications from front desk professionals of Christine D. & Rey after a call for pricing of an in house heat/ac unit, and removal of my Daikin mini split.
It was all well organized and professionally done by a first class team of installers that were all up in my attic, my crawl space and every nook n cranny of my home to ensure a proper sized unit and flow thru out was cleanly done and did get what was an affordable, very quiet heat pump unit put in by Alex, Filipp, Taras & Serhri. Then another clean and well presented Essential Heat and A/C van pulled up and Fred the electrician showed up. He did his part well of in and out after details were talked about and done as discussed.
Like a well orchestrated team, they were all on task, organized, clean as you go mentality, humorous but very professional in doing so. For me and my package i ordered with help and considerations from Ryan's input on my needs, it was the perfect fit from a great company of true professionals!

This team from my initial phone call at 6.30 am on a Sunday morning, thinking I would get a recording, but an actual, attentive young lady, (sorry i cant find your name now) said her team would be able to set up my needs shortly and did that same morning.
My entire experience with Essential heat was flawless and highly recommended!
Anyone that truly knows me, does know I don't do this often as I do have a critical eye for defects along with my witty personality. So to give this team this much credit, IS well earned and WELL DESERVED of a solid review! Thank you all for a fantastic job and exceeding what was written on paper! Essential Heating and Cooling did an excellent job installing our HVAC system. The team was knowledgeable, efficient, and followed proper installation standards. The system was sized correctly, installed cleanly, and tested thoroughly. Everything is running smoothly, and the workmanship was top-quality. Highly recommended for professional HVAC installation. They worked very long hours to get the job done.

Essential sent a whole crew of experienced guys to do the job on my townhouse...it took about 8 hours and it seemed obvious they all knew what they were doing.

The best feature of the system for me is that I added value to the house, so, in a sense I just moved money from the bank into my dwelling. On top of that it improves my quality of life and provides a very efficient and quiet system that is easy to use.

My initial contact, Christian, was so incredibly knowledgeable and convincing I just couldn't say "no" and his involvement plus a slew of other positive reviews simplified the decision.
Also, a 10-year transferable warranty, covering everything (including labor) was an excellent bonus.

We had Essential Heating and Air install a heat pump system last year, and we were very satisfied with all aspects of their work. They were professional and efficient and did a great job. We just had our 1 year service performed, and had a great experience with that as well. I would highly recommend them!

Christian came out to our home, took detailed measurements, and then sat down with us to put together an estimate. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure we understood the process and the options available. Christian has a great ability to connect with his clients, which made the entire experience comfortable and professional. We truly appreciated his time, knowledge, and attention to detail.

I had Essential install a ductless system to replace a broken one. Their quote was competitive and their service was fast and people were friendly and very clean. It was a pleasure having them in my house. I knew they would have to cut the drywall in my ceiling to enlarge the access to put the new heat pump in, I was not expecting them to do such a neat job which made the repair easy to do.

Love these guys!! We had our new system installed in just a few days after eddie discuss and give me a great qoute.. we had an old furnace that brokedown… we had this installed YORK have new heat & cold for all the year!!! It was done in about 9 hours all in one day...

Had a great experience with Essential Heating and Air. They came out, did a quote onsite and told us how they came to their recommendation about what we needed, and gave a very fair price. They were out the next day to install the furnace and A/C, and when they ran into issues they didn't expect, we didn't get charged any extra. So far everything with the new system is going great! They even told us that we didn't need something extra another company had talked us into and explained why so we felt comfortable before proceeding.

David came and helped me get a new ac/furnace unit for my son’s house. He made sure he measured for the correct unit. The work was done and it was amazing. Michael and I didn’t get the other young man’s name did a wonderful job. The put in new wiring, piping and made sure everything was good to go. I sent pictures to my son and he was amazed at how it looked and the safety features on the new furnace. His old one was 23 years old and bit the dust. Thanks, for a job well done and great customer service.

Generally shy of receiving services from a YouTube commercial, but we were without a working heat pump for four years due to cost. The service was surprisingly quick and inexpensive considering an entire system replacement. The team was extremely friendly and professional. I could easily forget they were working and never saw the electrician who replaced the electrical outlet. We are so happy with the results. This was the best decision I made all year! Thank you.

We just had a new furnace and central ac installed with this company. The guys who did the job were friendly and respectful. They did the job, cleaned up and explained how our new thermostat works along with the app you can get to work it through your phone. We are very please so far and excited to have a cool home this coming summer and for years to come! I would recommend this company.

Well what a great experience! Christian was our sales rep and did a great job he was extremely knowledgeable and so fast with his responses you can tell he didn't even have to think about the answer he already knew it. Been with the company for about 10 years and you can tell. Alex and Vlad were the installation team and we're extremely friendly and felt safe leaving them unattended in the house. They did a great job and everything looks clean and level, then David and Fred came in for electrical and did exactly what I asked them to do even when other companies said it might be a problem they were efficient and very knowledgeable, couldn't have asked for a better team and I will be recommending essential to anyone in need of a mini split heat pump

Absolute Heating installed my system over a decade ago, and it has been great. I have only had two issues in the life of the system, and both times Absolute quickly diagnosed the problem and implemented repairs. They are also proactive with safety checks and inspections.
