Vadim and Alex did a terrific job installing both the split unit and the condenser. Both were very professional and respectful. I would highly recommend them. Anton, the salesman, very knowledgeable and helpful on recommending his team of professionals.

Everyone was so nice. Everything was picked up when they were finished. Couldn't even tell they were here. Except for the heat in the living room ,very nice by the way. I would recommend them to everyone. Awesome people!!!!!

Nothing but kind words to share about this company, from start to finish every single person I interacted with was absolutely wonderful! Christian came out to survey my house two days after I called and spoke to Theresa, he was so knowledgeable and so friendly that I was instantly comfortable with the entire company. I also found out that this is a family owned and local company which most HVAC companies are not any anymore, so I’m very happy to be able to support a family owned business that takes care of its employees.

The service that I received from the three installers, and two electricians, that came to my house was absolutely superb. They made sure to ask questions and get confirmation from me before proceeding with any work that may have been a little out of scope, for instance, moving something even just a few inches from where we had expected it to be.

The teams were very nice, absolutely clean and very respectful of myself and my home (they even vacuumed my house before they left to get any scrap they may have left behind).

The good news is also that I have AC in a three-story home now and they got all of the work done in one day! Absolutely incredible service from start to finish, and if I ever have a need, I know that I will use them again!

The last bonus is that they provide a 10 year parts, labor, and installation warranty, which is by far the longest in the industry that I could find around here so I cannot recommend Essential heating and air enough!

Essential Heating just installed a 3 ton expensive Mitsubishi heat pump replacing an all electric furnace. We had 3 bids and essential was the best bid and the most responsive. The installation was careful and installed our system in a long work Day. After a month we have more even heat and our electric bill has dropped and it is very quiet. Very pleased with their sales Rep Christian, he coordinated everything very well!

The sales people are very friendly and nice, no high sell pressure. The price was good and they installed it the next day. The installers were also very nice and helpful to make sure we understood how to run our new system. I would highly recommend this company.

Very professional and price reasonable. They were able to start working the next day and install our furnace with no issue. They respected our house and cleaned up after themselves! The workers worked hard to get the heat running as our furnace was out in a cold week.

Simon first came to do the tune-up on my system, and about 2–3 days after he left, I noticed that cool air was coming out and the house wasn’t warming up like it used to.

I called the company again, and Simon came back for a second visit to check everything. I’m not sure what exactly wasn’t right the first time, but now I’m happy to say my heating system is working very well again and the house feels warm and comfortable.

We had heat pump installed by Essential about 5 months ago. We were initially out off by the rush sales tactics, but they did give us a great rate. We were initially given misinformation about a unit's qualification for tax rebate.

Day of install, after I hacked back a bush for the location, we were suggested a different location. The new one made sense and we went with it. The initial suggestion to put a heavy unit on top of wood planks seemed bad for the long term and they did cut out and use rocks underneath at my request. They left a lot of debris despite their clean work guarantee (including a SHOVEL) we had to text about multiple times to get back to them).

We have not tested the AC yet and are generally happy with the work, although our power bills have almost tripled.

About 2 weeks ago I noticed the unit wasn't working, thermostat kept turning off. A call to Essential for service was useless. They told us they'd call us back tomorrow and never did. This was during the one week of SNOW and they were perfectly happy to leave us without a working unit in the cold. My partner eventually figured out a fuse had blown so we managed to get it working by ourselves, but there is still the question why the fuse blew within 5 months of install. Disappointing Essential doesn't look out for their customers or follow up on service requests at all, much less a timely manner.

I had a good experience with the sales person plus I had good experience from the people that work in the front desk and the insulation team that installed the new heat pump and furnace. The installation Person was very knowledgeable and was easy to talk with about the procedures on running their equipment and what maintenance to perform each year. We also had some electrical issues. They scheduled an appointment with me to install the electrical system to the heat pump. They were very friendly and knowledgeable on the installation. Everything works well. I appreciate their service highly recommend them for friends and family.

David and all of the Essential staff, that we were in contact with, are top notch! Not only did they beat our lowest bid, but they helped with our financing needs and billed the PUD for a massive rebate. We got the quote from David on a Thursday night and by 9am the next morning, the crew was here to install our new system! We can't thank you enough!!

Aaron and his assistant were very professional. They arrived on time ready to work. Protected the carpets with drop cloths and vacuumed up any debris after the new meter was installed. They were open to answering my procedural questions without hesitation. Their expert electrical background made it easy to get the job done on time for the electrical inspector to review their work. Essential Heating and Air is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Their time management was excellent—they arrived on time and were very respectful. The customer service was outstanding, and the employees were highly professional and knowledgeable.

My wife and I absolutely hate fake reviews, so I want to be clear that this is a genuine account of our experience. We recently hired Essential Heating and Air for a new furnace and heat pump, and they were exceptional. Their main office is in the Tacoma/Auburn area, but they have mobile crews available throughout the entire Seattle area and far beyond.

We live about 45 minutes away, but our installer, Allen, explained that they are available for jobs across a massive radius, traveling as far as Port Angeles, Cape Disappointment, and Ellensburg. It is rare to find a company that makes themselves so accessible to such a huge part of the state, from Ocean Shores to Snoqualmie, while still maintaining such high standards.

Our Comfort Specialist, Jordan, gave us clear options with zero hidden fees. My wife tends to worry about equipment breaking or high electric bills, so the 10-year guarantees provided her with true peace of mind. The installers—Dennis, Jason, and Allen M.—were punctual and relocated our unit to a much better spot, running brand-new lines perfectly. Our electricians, William and Adam, routed the new electrical line to the panel with a very professional finish.

They finished in one day, left the house spotless, and the new unit is incredibly quiet. We even got an upgrade to a higher-quality unit at no extra cost!

Extremely happy and satisfied with Essential Heating & Air. We were able to schedule an appointment within 24-hours right before Thanksgiving to fix our heating/ thermostat. The Technician was called Marcello who was polite and explained everything very clearly. He was able to make the repair and gave us excellent advice about preventative maintenance. We would not hesitate to call these guys again. Great communication with Maria in the office too; very helpful coordinating the appointment and service requirements. Highly recommend!
