Seriously, don’t even bother getting other bids. This company will give you a fair price and outstanding service, service being the most important. Mike and Jeff were our installers for a brand new ductless A/C system and they really delivered.
They went above and beyond to make sure the unit was installed exactly the way we wanted it and with minimal change in the esthetics of our home.
I will never go anywhere else for my HVAC needs.

I've used Griffis Heating for 20 years now for all of my natural gas needs. They've installed gas lines for my fireplace, kitchen stove & dryer, and have serviced all of my gas appliances. They've replaced my gas hot water heater & furnace. The staff is the sweetest imaginable, their products are the best available, their service is expeditious & highly skilled, and they truly care about my needs.

Griffis crew was very expedient, and we love 💕 the Mitsubishi ductless heating system. It is a godsend. Also, Brian, the owner, answers his phone 📱 and questions promptly. He is very thorough as well as having a great crew.

Griffis is a top notch company. They installed a new heat pump / AC unit (from oil heat). There installation was very clean and done quick. The installers were very professional. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our furnace went out on last week. I called around for price quotes on diagnostic. Griffis Heating was the cheapest near me. Plus lots of great reviews. I booked an appointment with Brienne for 2/8/2021.Time between 12pm-4pm. She was very kind and courteous. Answered all my questions.
Tech's name was Mike. He called me at 10am on day of appointment and said he was on his way over. Yay! I didn't have to wait any longer. He showed up and went to work. I told him the issue with the furnace and to work he went. Found the issue and replaced the part. Total time here was around 30min. Very pleased with how everything was done. Mike, you were awesome! Thank you! My family can have heat before the supposed cold and snow show up later this week.

Friendly, professional and experienced staff. Great product and not over priced. I have already recommended them to two of my friends who are looking for air conditioning. I checked 3 companies - Griffis was my choice as the best value. It was the right choice.

In 2016, our furnace died and we contacted Griffis heating for a replacement. They did a great job! When our existing vents had insufficient airflow, they replaced them with new at their own cost. When our air conditioner died, I contacted them again for the air conditioner replacement. Again, they did a fabulous job and we have a brand new air conditioner. I would not hesitate to contact them again - they stand by their work and take excellent care of me, the customer.

Perhaps not the least expensive but without question the best work I have had done on this house in 29 years. Mike and Jeff are super guys who work with skill and dedication. My wife and I have the best HVAC system I think can be acquired. The equipment is great but much more important was the quality of the workmanship. Excellent! With a day or so advance notice I would be happy to show a Griffis prospect what was done here. Sells itself.

I have Griffis’s Complete heating and Cooling set up (Trane) including all maintenance options. I am very, very pleased with their service. In 6 years they have never failed to respond promptly, not that I have called them often. Maybe three times. I do an annual check up and it has been a great investment. All staff is most helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Griffis!

Had my furnace replaced and new heat pump installed just before Christmas. Workmanship is excellent. An unforeseen cold spell, caused the condensation tube for the furnace to freeze up outside and shut down the system. They walked me through getting it running again, when it was not safe to be out on the roads for a service call due to snow, and implemented a fix for it in a timely manner. Iam very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend Griffis to anyone. Thanks guys.

James was great. I gave the wrong address and whenw he called me for directions my phone was dead. He patiently waited as he called a few more times. I'm sure that made him late to his next appointment. I apologized and he was very gracious.

I bought the house (built 1947) in January and the furnace is from the mid 80's. I wanted to know a little about the furnace and what he thought was the problem. He explained a few things, then I left him to his work knowing this type of hovering by a customer can be annoying.

Great service, and the furnace is working better than I thought it could. I'm going to be using this company every 6 months and I will recommend to everyone I know.

Huge shoutout to Brienne. We ran out of heating oil during the snow putting our house into the 40 degree range. When I explained the issue she went out of her way to go elsewhere to retrieve the special part I needed same day and gave me tips on how to troubleshoot/fix it. She was very professional and it's clear this company wants your long term business and not just a quick buck. Their service guys have also been very honest and helpful. We will definitely continue to go through them for all of our future maintenance and repairs.

Heat wouldn't turn on one morning. Checked better business bureau and yelp and decided to call Griffis heating. They came out the very next morning and fixed my heater the same day. I was afraid he would need a whole new heater, but they diagnosed and replaced just one part and it works great again! Would definitely recommend!

What a great company! I was having an issue with condensation in my unit and my house was cold from no heat. They were able to help me with easy instruction over the phone to get it running again in less than 30 minutes. I also got some great tips along the way. This company has earned my business and I will be calling for annual maintenance year after year. Thank you for all the help!

We had Griffis replace our furnace and install an AC unit. I couldn't imagine a better experience. We have done business with Griffis for close to a decade maintaining our previous furnace. Even so, we got several bids and Griffis was the lowest. They showed up when they said they would. They performed the work that was agreed on. They always behaved professionally. They were patient with us and they answered all our questions. Everything was explained fully. Now we have a brand new, high quality HVAC system and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Griffis to anyone that needs a new HVAC system or anyone that needs system maintenance.

After seeking several bids for A/C my sister-in-law recommenced Griffis, the company who had installed her system a few years ago. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The price was comparable if not less than others. The installation team was efficient and cleanup was perfect. They set me up with a thermostat that is scheduled for the optimum temperatures both day and night. I would heartily recommend Griffis Heating to everyone. I’m so grateful I got my system installed just a week before record high temps.
