He thoroughly explained the work that would be done, shared upcoming EPA standards changes that we weren't aware of and no one else had mentioned, details on rebates and federal credits, provided updated estimates promptly when we were evaluating different options, and responded to questions even on the weekends. We had a great experience with Green City coming to our house in Everett. Tylor came out and correctly diagnosed why our furnace wasn’t working and restored heat when another company incorrectly diagnosed the problem. He gave us a competitive quote for replacing our 33 year old furnace.

Highly recommend! Our 18+ year old gas furnace went out. Alex was out quickly, talked to us about options and within two days we had Ben & Robert out installing our new furnace. All three guys were such a pleasure to deal with and honest and knowledgeable.

Very professional, fair prices, clean & informative. They are GREAT with same day appointments if an emergency arises. Ive had them install a new furnace 3-4 yrs ago & follow-up maintenance. The most recent service an unexpected repair following a power outage. The repair guy called immediate (Tyler) and was at my door an hour after I called office for a same day service issue, NO HEAT! Very competitive prices and excellent service/repair people and installers.

I just replaced my 20-year-old gas furnace with a new dual-fuel heat pump and gas furnace system, and also replaced my 20-year-old water heater. The Green City team (Josh, Kurt, and Jasper) were fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. They offer excellent warranties and services at a very reasonable price. Green City Heating and Air Conditioning took excellent care of us from start to finish. Jeff created a thoughtful plan tailored to our 100-year-old home, rather than pushing a high-efficiency system that wouldn’t work perfectly with our radiators, he recommended a new cast iron boiler that’s both compatible and exponentially more efficient than our old one.

The installation team was incredible: professional, respectful, and detail-oriented. Robert has come out twice to answer our follow-up questions as we learn our new system; he’s kind, patient, and communicative.

Highly recommend Green City for anyone looking for a family-owned business that operates with integrity and truly cares about getting it right.

Claudia at Green City promptly responded to my call on Thursday asking for a technician to service our gas furnace which had stopped working that day. She was able to assign Damon to come to our house the next day to look at our furnace. Damon quickly diagnosed the problem and made nine calls to find an available part. He then went to pick up the part and repaired our furnace within the two-hour service window. We appreciated the prompt, friendly service and quick repair of our furnace.

Green City replaced my dying and leaking tankless water heater with a new one. I was switching from non-condensing to condensing, so some drain piping had to be installed along the length of my garage and outside to a rain drain. All the work was very carefully and cleanly done, and they were very patient with all of my random questions. Got the whole thing done before noon and the heater has been working fine.
Green City has also been my annual maintenance people for a few years now and I don't plan on switching anytime soon.

It was totally a great experience having the technician Jasper from Green City performing the maintenance on my three units, the tankless water heater the furnace and the AC unit. Jasper took his time working on each unit and clearly answer all my questions, he was very professional and courteous.

I had 2-zone heat pumps installed in my older home; Justin provided me with all of the info. I needed to make my decision to go with Green City; he had both install and sales knowledge and experience as well, had a straight forward approach to providing me with HVAC background info. and options so that I felt both informed and understood my options. No pressure sales, like some of the other companies I vetted, which I also appreciated. The installers were great, easy to work with, respectful of my home, communicated what they were doing and why, answered my questions and were done on time and cleaned up well. I'm a happy customer and would recommend them for your heat pump needs.

I’m very pleased with the service. No heat in January is never fun, but they came out same day. It took a few days to get on their instal schedule, but everyone was so nice.

They took the time to explain my options, gave me a great price, and even worked with me on payments. As a single mom - man am I grateful!

Green City installed an A/C unit in our home a couple of years ago and we are super happy with the system. They are very responsive if anything needs repair and the technicians that do the maintenance care very much about the results of their work.

I've used Green City for several years now, and multiple different projects, and they've always given me a fair price and done great work. They've done work for me other companies weren't interested in, and most recently their price was vastly better than the other quote I got. When I had a problem, they went the extra mile (literally!) to get things fixed. Great company!

I had them install my gas furnace in 2024 and everyone was great and professional. I just had them do annual service and they provide excellent support and are efficient and friendly. My only criticism is that they should have boot stocks to put on when they come into the home. I didn’t ask them to take their shoes off, but they should anyway since we have carpet. People generally don’t like people to wear their shoes in their home, even if they have hardwood floors cause pebbles and other things can scratch the floor. So, I think they should have boot socks with them to wear when they go into people's homes. I’ve had many other types of businesses come to my home and they usually do put on boot socks or ask if they should remove their shoes. It's kind of a pet peeve of mine if you have not figured that out yet...haha.
Aside from that they’re a great company and I really like them, from the owner Jeff to the techs and office support. Always friendly and helpful.

The folks from Green City Heating & AC, (sales, and installation are) were great. Sales knew the product line. The Installation crew were friendly, respectful and knowledgable. Very detailed work. Made sure I had no questions before the left. Cleaned up after themselves. Even vacuumed the back porch where they were working. I will be using this company for any service I need in the future. The Green City team provided an excellent service replacing a very loud fan in our server room the quietest possible equipment. They were super fast and clean. Their customer service team is also super efficient and responsive. Everything can be resolved with a quick phone call or e-mail. I highly recommend their service.

This effort was replacement of a 40 year old furnace and required modifications to exhaust venting and duct work interface. The team was focused on the scope of work, were attentive, non-disruptive and professional. Green City coordinated the pre-install duct and vent cleaning. Upon completion, I was given a thorough walk through all work and all my were questions answered. As they were packing up, they even offered to move the heavy basement entry cover I had moved back in place. All areas of work and staging were thoroughly policed. They team even ensured the gate I had open to provide access was closed and secure.

I've engaged Green City on three occasions since 2015 and have never been disappointed. During the bidding of each engagement, Green City was neither the highest, nor lowest but time after time, they were focused on the issue at hand, Plus after my first interaction - a redesign and replacement of a radiant heating/hot water on demand system at a separate residence, I knew the level of product and services were going be be top-notch. All personnel I've interacted with are always professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Never was there a surprise on price, product quality nor workmanship.

Staff is very competent, know their craft and have fun performing their work. It’s a joy to see a smooth running installation. Duties were distributed between electrical and HVAC and two crews worked simultaneously with oversight by
Alex assisted by Jasper and the two electricians ensured existing panel was to code as well as any outlets.

HONEST!! HONEST!! HONEST!! After a different company came out and told me my 10 yo furnace needed to have the motor replaced and that the parts were “discontinued” so they would just have to replace the whole thing, we decided to get a second opinion. We called our aunt, who said to call Green City because they are an honest, family owned company. I’m so glad we did! Damen came out, he immediately started cleaning the fan and that was all it needed! Seriously, all it needed was to have the fan cleaned. Damen was extremely pleasant and very kind and honest. He talked very highly of the company he works for which was refreshing honestly. We need more companies as honest and caring as Green City heating and Damen. When the employees are happy and taken care of, it shows in their work. Thank you so much for helping us get our heat up and running again! In the future, if I ever need help with my furnace, I will definitely call Green City.
