Called the company based on a neighbors review. Told owner our issue, he asked when we wanted to have it looked at, I said ASAP. He said text me your address and I’ll have someone out tonight. That was on a Friday. Paul showed up and was so kind and gave great explanations to our current issue and offered a fix or options to replace both the furnace and heat pump. Knowing our system was original to the house (1997), we knew it was time to replace. I asked the cost and he gave us such a great offer that we couldn’t pass it up. He scheduled his guys to come out the next day. His guys were on time and got right to work. 6 hours later we had a beautiful new system. Paul came back out after they left to go over the system and complete payment. We are so happy we went with this company!!! We will be referring all our friends!! 5 stars all the way!!!
