I dreaded the thought of having to hire someone to do the work at my house. However, I am not capable of doing the work that I needed. I asked a friend who he uses for his a/c work. He just pointed to the mans' house.
I needed to have my a/c lineset formed and brazed, then the a/c units first start-up.
The workers showed up on time! Okay, we're off to a good start. They listened to what I had to show them and then they took over. These workers were not slackers, but worked efficiently and diligently. In about 3 hours they were finished and I could not be more pleased with not only the work that they did, but also the final bill was fair.
I will definitely hire this company again and will also recommend them to more of my friends.
And one last note, the workers never used profane or otherwise course language.
I give this company 10 thumbs up. I had to borrow four of my friends so I could get all 10 thumbs up.

City Energy Systems recently installed our hot water tank and fire insert. We had been pleased with our purchase and installation of a Trane furnace from them about 10 years ago and, as their prices were comparable to others, we chose to go with City. When you find someone whose expertise and service you trust, you stay with them. We experienced the same professional service as year's past. The crew were prompt, friendly and respectful wearing their Covid PPE .Both jobs were completed in 7 hours. Working on this 100 year old house, where nothing is square or level, always seems to present its own unique problems. Solutions were found.They made quick work of removal of the old hot water tank and installation of the new one. Tom had answered our questions about the size, energy efficiency, and cost as well as a comparison with a tankless option. We had multiple conversations with Tom about marrying the insert look with preserving the charm of the old stone fireplace we fell in love with years ago. He also visited to verify our measurements. Wise move. The insert we chose is exactly what we wanted. Thank you Tom! Thank you Ben and crew!

I neglected my regular filter-cleaning and my heater popped an error code (my bad!), City Energy had been out to fix this issue about 2 years ago, but this time they walked me through fixing it over the phone - it was quick procedure, and the heat's back on 10 minutes later! Great people, will continue to use them in the future, no question!

I shopped around and got bids from several providers, so I had a good point of comparison when I chose City. Their rep, Tom, was prompt and professional with no pressure. They were reasonably priced and clearly know their stuff. Best of all, they were able to work my AC installation into their schedule quickly. Ben and his installation crew, including the electrician and duct cleaners were all very friendly, courteous and thorough while answering all my questions.

Through my interaction it's also pretty apparent that City Energy Systems cares about their customers after the sale. I'll be calling them again, and would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for HVAC services.
