Heater fan broke over xmas. Called Griffis at 8 am next day and heater was fixed by 11 am. Very reasonable price. Pleasant and experienced service person.

They replaced a part. Cost was reasonable. My heat pump is old and they give me tips on prolonging the life on it. We have used them every time we have an issue. They sre wonderful. I recommend them

The job seemed about $150.00 - $200.00 less than it should have been. I actually had seen all that was done. They did not cut corners and put the 🍒 on top at the end. They rock. Way to go Griffis. They have been our go to people for at least the last 15 years for service of our furnace and AC. They are quick to respond to an "emergency" when needed and provide us our yearly service on both systems. Prices are very fair and the office and service personnel are great.
