Besides system maintenance and repair work I have had Absolute install new systems at 2 of my properties. They are professional, friendly, and honest. Their hard work and the quality of the service they provide is real value.

SUPER happy with my experience with Dante a couple of weeks ago. Apologies for my late review! He was polite, courteous and really made sure we would have heat before someone could come out and finish the job with a new part. He really went above and beyond! The job was finished today by Isaac and he was great, too.

Aaron showed up right on time. His quiet confidence assured me that he was a professional, who knew what he was doing. He serviced both of our furnaces and reported that they were in very good shape. I’m always afraid someone will come in and tell me of all the repairs that are needed and they’ll present me with an estimate of all the associated costs and I won’t know the difference! He also serviced the air conditioning unit that sits outside. It is really not anything that we have ever paid any attention to. It was covered with grass and moss, and he cleaned all that off and said that it strangles the air intake. He suggested when the lawn people come that we should turn it off so it isn’t pumping any air in. What a marvelous suggestion! Just common sense. I think Aaron and Absolute Heating are common sense people! Thank you for coming out.

Super responsive and efficient! Our furnace went out after a power surge and Absolute Heating & Cooling sent someone out the same day- within an hour of us calling! He was able to make the repairs and get us back in business ASAP. Very courteous and professional. We now have our ‘heating and air guy’- will definitely call back for any future needs and recommend to others.

A friend of ours referred us to Absolute Heating and Cooling a few years ago. They helped us enormously at our old house, as we were getting ready to sell...and then again at our new property when we converted our garage to a studio. They were responsive, friendly and knowledgeable, which reduced the stress level to zero. You can tell it's the kind of company who values customer service and quality work, from the top down. I won't use anyone else after meeting Jay and his team at Absolute.

When my heater went out, I called numerous places, Absolute heating and cooling was the only one that returned my call within the hour and had a technician schedule to show the same day.
Jay show up within the time frame given and fixed the problem right away.
He also give us advices on how to avoid the problem in the future.
Very knowledgeable and caring person.
Im already recommending absolute heating ans cooling, specially Jay to my friends ans family, because Im confident they will be taken care of, as much as I was.

Dante cleaned and serviced our heater and was very thorough and professional. He explained as he worked and answered all me questions. Really great team. Jason also visited this month for a repair and he was fabulous as well. Great team and communication!

Update: Aiden and Aaron visited for a different service. They were both very friendly and explained everything i needed to know to optimize my heating. They also helped me reprogram my thermostat to improve service reminders. It's pretty nice how every single employee I've been in contact with at this company has been outstanding in providing service and communication.

Jay, the owner, conducted a thorough assessment of my existing furnaces, discussed options for replacement and provided an estimate that fit my budget and needs. His team, Lautin, Max, and Aaron installed 2 furnaces, installed filter boxes, wired in a fan switch, and cleaned up in 6hrs. They were all professional, friendly, and efficient. I will be recommending them to neighbors and friends.

Great people to work with! They were very personable yet very professional. They did excellent work communicated well and cleaned up after they finished. We love the new furnace and the insulation. Absolute is my HVAC guys and I strongly recommend them.

Would recommend their services to everyone. Needed to replace a very aged water heater. Able to schedule service very fast and easily. They were able to take out the old heater and install a new tankless heater, while running all required piping and fittings. Everything was done extremely professionally and quickly. Thanks to their services I now have as much hot water on demand at the temperatures I like. 6/5 Star Service.

Aaron and his team were terrific! Professional, polite, experienced, extremely thorough, thoughtful, clear and clean.
Aaron went over every detail of our new thermostat and furnace, allowing time for questions and spent extra time ensuring that I understood how everything worked, where, when and how to change the filter, what type, how often to change, the best place to buy them, offering suggestions on how to get the best value and the most with lowest cost, or they will even set up a service to do the regular maintenance for you! Some really great guys and we are so happy with our new furnace! They worked efficiently and were respectful of our home, making sure to remove their shoes before entering the house, being tidy and clean. Aaron took time to correct and label the breaker switch on our electric panel, he and his crew cleaned up after themselves and seemed to go the extra mile to make sure everything was done professionally. Thanks Aaron and all of you at Absolute heating you definitely have my recommendation! 👍🏽

Jay came out for an HVAC quote, he explained what he thought would be the best direction to take for my needs. Really nice person. By the time he left I already knew I was going to use these guys!

Dante was so wonderful, and explained everything he was doing and even showed me all the components of my gas fireplace. He did an excellent job cleaning the fire place!!

I was so impressed with their fast response! Our heater stopped working and they were at my house within hours. The technician explained everything clearly, had the part on hand, and got us up and running the same day. Really grateful for the excellent service.

Absolute Heating & Cooling were like the company name Absolutely the best I could have asked for. Great communication before during and when done. On time and respectful of making sure even the invasive holes for drains, electric, and hoses were minimal in appearance and look like they had always been there. Employees were great to work with. Knowledgeable on product and never seemed to tire of questions. As easy a recommendation as I’ve ever given.

The furnace in my home stopped working today due to how old it was getting but Aiden came and replaced the igniter and also fixed the flue tube, it'll last until it's time for us to get a new heater and we'll be sure to use this company to buy our new heater when the time comes. He was very respectful and very cheerful, he was effective at his job. We just heard of this company from an worker from Puget Sound Energy and now we know an good and wholesome company to count on if we're having problems with either heater or AC problems. We had 4 companies come out to look at our failing gas furnace and get bids/recommendations. Jay from Absolute was easily the best. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and genuine. Even offering to add the install of a new gas water tank we needed for a small additional fee. My #1 choice right away and ended up being the lowest estimate. Aaron and his crew that came for the installation were equally great. Each member introduced themselves with a handshake and a name which was pretty cool. The install went smoothly and they communicated throughout. It looked great and more importantly has worked perfectly. Aaron walked me through all the details when they finished. As a final touch to their great customer service Aaron offered to take a new set of filters I had just purchased that would no longer be compatible and give us a new set. Making a separate trip to deliver them to us a couple days later. I highly recommend Absolute Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for replacement or repair of their furnace.
