I had a roof leak right after a wind storm and had RestorX come out to help with mitigation. Barb offered to come out the same day to prevent any more damage to the house. She was very diligent in putting a tarp on our cedar roof. Even the roofing company that came out later was impressed with her work. Alex, our project manager, also came out and was very transparent with the whole process. He was very responsive which is always appreciated with an emergency like this. Aaron and Kevinson came to work on the deconstruction, drying, and disinfecting the mold. They worked super quick and were very considerate when we were in zoom meetings. Everything went very smooth and a lot quicker than anticipated with RestorX. I would definitely recommend their services. Thank you to Barb, Alex, Aaron, and Kevinson! You guys did a fantastic job! They deserve a raise!

Julia, our site mitigation lead, was awesome! She was focused on the job but was also very engaging and patiently answered all of our questions. At the end of the day, gave us a recap of what was accomplished and what to expect next.

The female packing teams were very thorough and were very mindful of our possessions.

This entire team- from managers to demolition to packers-were professionals. They were all engaged and hard workers.

Allie and Julia responded for the flooding situation at our home. Contact was made immediately and the crew was out in no time. These things are very stressful but both team members took time to detail what was going to happen and how long it may take. I had a ton of questions and every one was answered by two very professional and competent workers who knew the situation and provided answers that were reassuring. Within minutes of them being on scene, our stress level was put at ease knowing the problem was turned over to someone that immediately mitigated the issues and showed they had everything under control. We had Eden Tree Works remove five large dead trees from our backyard, and they did an outstanding job. It wasn’t an easy project, and I even double-checked with them beforehand because of how tight the space was, but they handled it with total confidence.

They showed up on time, worked professionally, and communicated clearly throughout the process. Watching them work was actually impressive, carefully dropping large limbs exactly where they needed to go without damaging anything around them.

Great price, great execution, and a team that clearly knows what they’re doing. Would absolutely recommend.

5 stars isn't enough! Smooth process beginning to end, job was done sooooo much quicker than expected, gave me the best quote and sooooo friendly! I will definitely be using them again!

Tree snags on my property looked like they could fall and cause damage. Ben was quickly available to assess risk and gave a reasonable quote for removal. He really listened, even agreeing to leave (at my request) a bit for the birds and critters to enjoy. I'm sharing his name with my homeowner friends, he's good.

Justin gave me a bid. I accepted. He limbed the tree a bit, then noticed some overhead cable lines. He tried to clear the problem but then walked away demanding more money to complete the project. I said no and cleaned-up his mess. (Yes, the lines were hidden within the tree, but TOTALLY obvious from the street that they went into the tree.) He was very professional until he didn't stand behind his bid.

Justin does excellent work for an honest price and I recommend him very highly. He took down several large Fir trees for me and a large Deodar for a friend, both jobs done smoothly and safely. Paul Nickelson, Kent, Wa.

If you have trees you need cut down at a fair price, then Justin Robison is your man. Justin is honest, reliable and will get the job done for a fraction of what other tree services charge.

Arborist came to give us a quote. Very personable and truthful about issues. (I already knew the health & issues of the trees.) Contract basically stated that any damages to property or staff would be our liability. Very quick to schedule work.

Justin did an amazing job cutting one of our huge messy trees. The process was very smooth. He's so efficient and professional. He was recommended by a co-worker, and I will definitely recommend him to all the people I know that need tree services.
