Today we had a team pack back of 8 storage units of furniture and boxes. The whole team of Joanne, Patricia, Eduardo, Arturo and Josh worked carefully and efficiently taking and placing our belongings in each room.
Joanne and Patricia really went the extra mile in making it easy to open and stack boxes. They were superb!
In the original pack out right after the fire, Sandra and Ninoska and their teams and Alex were wonderful. Not only did they pack, label and stack all belongings with great care, they also cleaned and scrubbed every surface of the studs and ceiling joists throughout the house.
All these people were easy to get along with, had a great sense of humor and worked well with each other.

I would never work with these people again. Servpro was awful I had a flood at my house. The came and tore out half of the tile flooring that did not need to be replaced . I replaced it because they tore it up partially. Yes the only pulled up some of the tile. I was forced to have to remove the rest. Then they came to pack out my stuff and take it to storage . And well the took a handful of boxes to storage and left 80% of the boxes writing not transferable on the boxes. They took two dressers and one end table to storage left my living room full of my bed and the non transferable boxes a lot of boxes. So the dust covered everything when the floor that did not need replacing got replaced. Then they charged me $ 2600.00 to pack up and store the little bit of stuff they did take. Now the project is over and they want to charge me another 1000.00 to bring my two end tables and two dressers back. After they partially removed the tile flooring I never heard from them again. I would have thought they would send me a bid to replace it with new. I called and asked a half dozen times and never got back to me with a bid to replace. These people were a total rip off. I would never call them for anything again

Your people are awesome. Abe and his crew, Manuel, David and Cody were wonderful in every respect. A water pipe leak wiped out half of my house flooring but they were quick to bring in their equipment, fans and dehumidifiers to dry out everything. They were professional, answered my questions, assured me of good results, thorough in examining the wet areas and making sure they found all the water damages places. They were careful and conscientious, friendly and made me confident that they would do their best work. All gold stars!! Best workers ever.

Luanne, Robert, Milton, Darren , Trenesse. This group did an amazing job of packing up my house! They were very careful with my things, and confirmed with me about where to move and store them. They were on time and finished in a little over 2 hours. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a careful, great job!!!

Today, I had the pleasure of having Veronica, Darren and Eduardo come to my home. I say "pleasure" because they are such nice and caring people.

A year ago, when I had a flood in my home, Darren and Eduardo were part of the team that came out to pack and move things out of my home. Here we are, a year later, and I needed SerPro's help moving some things. Veronica called and sent me a text letting me know when they would arrive. I was pleased to see these 3 smiling faces when I opened the door.

They moved and reassembled some furniture in less than an hour! They were very careful with my belongings. I so appreciated their TLC.

I'll have to come up with another reason to have them come out again.

ServoPro did a good job. They came out quickly on a weekend when we had a water leak. They handled everything through insurance and was always available to answer questions.

Home flooded this last Dec due to levy failure in Pacific. Stayed in home in attempt to keep water out of inside of home which I did but crawlspace was flooded. I had just had crawlspace completeley redone a year ago by NW Crawlspace who did an excellent job so I was going to contact them the day water receded but Servpro was in area with several trucks immediately. Told them I would go with them since they were there already and was told they could have restoration done in 3-5 days and stressed that was critical since I was still in the home without any heat. Signed contract which states 3-5 completion time and that they would monitor all equipment daily. Important to note that almost every house around me needed extensive work due to water intrusion inside home so Servpro was out working on all these homes at same time and completely neglecting me. I had to call Servpro several times. First to get more pumps under home and then "several" days later to come remove them pumps as water was gone and then "several" days later there were no blowers under home and we are already well over 1 1/2 weeks so well over the 3-5 day completion estimate. Then I had to go out on the street to talk to a supv who was coordinating the major restoration work being done on several homes around me to explain that we are already well beyond the contract estimate for completion and I am still living in home without any heat. He understood and immediately had several blowers placed under home. Ten blowers running 24/7 for an entire week without anyone checking again! I went to the same supv again and explained that the crawlspace was totally dry and blowers should have been removed days ago. Asked him if Servpro was going to pay for this huge electrical bill. He immediately had all blowers removed. Now we are over "3 weeks" with zero communication from anyone from Servpro. Then almost a month later receive a bill from Servpro Puyallup. I had to call their office to see if this was a legitimate bill or scam since I was dealing with Servpro Auburn. Was told they bill out of that office. Requsted in writing from Servpro Puyallup a detailed bill and explanation for why bill was over estimate. I received nothing. Sent 2nd letter informing them no one has contacted me once and no one has told me the job was done. Contract states I should have opportunity to do a walk-through with a supervisor upon completion. That never happened. I contacted NW Crawlspace who came out right away to give bid on completing restoration. They informed me that they recommend reinstalling the vapor barrier as it was in bad condition. Servpro also left misc equipment on my back deck and still in crawlspace that they have no idea they left behind. There are other issues with this job I'm not going to mention as I feel this is enough already. Was promised by the girl who signed me up on da one that she would call me back to see what could be done to get total restoration completed but I waited a week and she never called back so that is when I contacted another contractor to complete the job. I have been flooded twice now. Last time went very smooth by NW Crawlspace. This time was the worst possible example of customer service and professionalism one could imagine. If you do your research you will find out this is far from an isolated incident. Not only was the job done poorly but they just left without any opportunity for inspection. On top of all of this someone put an initial on my contract that was not mine.

Very satisfied so far. Brittany the office manager was great at answering all my questions. She made a very stressful situation a little calmer. Luanne, Robert , Arturo, Eduardo, Scooby, and Milton were in the pack out crew. Very happy with how they packed it out . They even put stuff they thought we needed in a room not damaged . Sam & Dillan were on the demo crew . They work fast and efficiently.

I loved Elegant Duster. Very customer service oriented, responsive and they did an excellent job. I had them clean my house for getting ready to sell and it sparkles. Also there was a slight misunderstanding about what was to be done - my fault for not fully reading the list of things on the contract - but they still made it up to me at no cost.

Jaydon and D’Andre were very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning our vents. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who would like the job done properly.

They did a great job on cleaning my air ducts. Very pleased by the service I received today.

CARPET looked better than when I moved in. The price was super affordable. Did not take long at all and Anthony was super cool and was clear about what he was going to do and what all I needed done. Very professional and got right to it. Will be using the again.

Cameron from the Auburn store was our tech, great kid, hard worker, seems to be a very valuable asset to his company I hope they appreciate him. As a small business owner I can spot young people that want to work and really care about the work that they are doing. Nice work, in and out quickly, thorough and didn't leave until I all the cautions and expectations were laid out...Money well spent

Stanley steamer and Colby specifically are fantastic. The two times we have had them out they’ve done better than we could have even imagined. I highly recommend them!
