Net Promoter Score of 10. Doug and James were fantastic. Great communication and smooth process to schedule the appointment. Their actual service was above and beyond expectation. Friendly and professional and they provided us with pointers for future maintenance and flooring care. We have had years of kids and pets and flooring wear and our carpets now look like new. Truly a rare and valuable experience. Thank you Doug and James for making momma happy!!

Alex, Abe and Jonathan did a super job cleaning the air ducts and some bathroom remediation work. They were very professional, timely, courteous and explained the process each step of the way. I would recommend their services.

We noticed the dreaded spongey baseboards in our living room and found the folks at ServPro after searching for water damage professionals on Google. We've never had an issue with anything like this before so we really didn't know anything about the process and we have twin toddlers and a very active 6 year old that are in that space constantly. Jerry came and gave us a thorough estimate and was really patient in explaining the process for us and answering all of our questions, especially addressing our concern with our kids having been in that space with the mold. Chase contacted me and made sure the testing/demo/work was all scheduled promptly. Alex stopped by to get testing done and was personable and fast! Then Eli and Nehemiah showed up right at the scheduled time. They stayed for hours removing all the contaminated area, which was way bigger than anticipated. They set up a sealed off area and have worked for several days behind the partition and in the crawl space with absolutely minimal disruptions. Literally, not one nap of the aforementioned twins were disturbed. Eli even had to deal with our crazy dog while I was busy upstairs and he had to get a drain line out in the backyard but he was totally unphased and so easygoing about it even though I was mortified. He kept me updated constantly and in detail about what was being done and scheduling their return trips. Everyone through this whole process has worked incredibly hard to keep us informed and also made us feel like they really care about resolving this issue completely so that our kids/pets/family are in a safe, mold-free environment. We aren't quite done with the process yet but Eli and Nehemiah make sure I feel confident that it will be done thoroughly and quickly as they show me the daily progress. If we ever need ServPro's services again, I won't hesitate to call them and would highly recommend them to all of our family and friends.

Had a mishap with the washing machine and needed clean up and restoration services. Found Servpro from my carrier. The crew of Hugo, Mariel and Carlos did a great job. Imagine going downstairs to get something to eat and you step in standing water - this happened to us!! The Servpro team had AMAZING customer service and they addressed our issues immediately, and in a way that minimized interruptions in our household, which was important to us with 2 kids and 2 dogs running around. We can't thank them enough; we thought we were going to have to remodel part of our home but they were able to get us squared away in just 3 days with very minimal costs. THANK YOU!

Never had an emergency pack and eve Tualatin unpack before. Team treated our property with respected care. This was a well organized team led by Patricia. Team members included Luanne(detail oriented) and Eduardo and Darren who both did all the heavy work carefully moving through are condominium complex.

Robert, Keith, Richard, Nemi, and Brittany, came to our house the same day as our flooding. They worked fast and were polite and professional. They gave me updates throughout their cleanup. I highly recommend this company and especially this team from Puyallup!

We could not have asked for a more detail oriented, conscientious and professional team to deal with our clean up from a broken water pipe. The pack out crew, headed by Patricia, that helped us remove all of our belongings, both salvageable and non salvageable, were efficient, knowledgeable and most importantly, personable. We were put at ease with their care for our belongings and they provided a much appreciated distraction to our daunting situation with their light-hearted conversations. The water mirigation was completed quickly and very efficiently with daily progress inspections. Communication from everyone was clear and consistent and never left us wondering what was next.

Someone decided to relieve themselves in our elevator and Ninoska and Allen saved the day! They did an amazing job disinfecting and scrubbing all the cracks and crevices. Not to mention, whatever cleanser they used at the end smelled SO good, I didn't want to leave! They were very professional and very quick. Thanks again!!

Had a pipe burst in my downstairs and noticed it around 8pm. I called my insurance, who told me Servpro would call me. Jeremy with Servpro called me within 10 minutes, and had Eli, Richard, and Robert dispatched out to the house within 20 minutes of our phone call.

Eli was a lifesaver, immediately identifying the source of the leak and taking all necessary action to stop the water flow. Richard and Robert worked with him at my house well past midnight. Having work the next morning, I was able to go to sleep with them working downstairs knowing they had it under control.

They then sent a team of people out every day to monitor the situation. Carlos, Jorge, and Hugo were the maintenance team assigned to me, and they were great at keeping me informed as to the progress of the remediation. They had everything dried out and treated within a week, and kept the rest of my house impeccably clean.

If you have a flood. Call Servpro. They are 100% worth it, and I’d bet your insurance works with them too.
