Premier has helped me now on two different water damage projects at two different properties. Both experiences have been nothing short of amazing. They saved me from massive problems both times and everyone from the techs to the office staff were all very helpful and kept me informed so I knew what was happening and what the timeline was. Having kids in my home made choosing the right company even more important and their thorough approach made me feel really comfortable that my house would be safe for them. Can't recommend them enough!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Premier Emergency Water Removal after a sudden water damage incident at my grandparents' house A angle stop burst in the middle of the night and it was a stressful situation for our family. Thankfully, Premer came to the rescue, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

This spring we had 2 separate water issues. In the first case, our plumber recommended PWR--they sent out people right away to begin water remediation and demolition even though it was a holiday weekend. A few weeks later, we had a different issue and we immediately called PWR--as before, this occurred on a Friday evening and they were out right away. They were responsive, worked directly with our insurance, and made sure that our house was dry. In order to keep things moving, we also used them for our rebuilds which included a new shower, replacing and painting drywall in a number of rooms, insulation, new carpet and refinishing hardwood floors. Everyone who came in to work during the process did a good job. Throughout the 4 months we worked with them, they were responsive and professional.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Premier Water Removal during my recent water mitigation loss. From start to finish, they were professional, prompt, and incredibly supportive during what could have been a very stressful time.

Premier has been an awesome company to work with. They were very prompt in their service. Due to my work schedule I'm not able to be at my house for their visits, but they have walked me through the whole process of filing the insurance claim. They call me when they're on the way to my house and when they're finished for the day. Britny and Victoria have truly been life savers. Full of ideas and suggestions. YNt go the extra mile. I would highly recommend their services. I can't wait to see my finished project. Thank you Premier.

Watch out for this company. As many other reviews have stated they come in with a low price but "the game" they play is that they promise to come get their equipment the next day but then they say "they're too busy" and come the day after and do this a couple more times all while you're paying for equipment rental at multiple of hundred of dollars a day. Then when the bill comes they "forget" that they couldn't come because they were too busy so you get an extra $1500-2000 on your bill. So if you go with them, either remind the cs rep that since they can't come get the equipment today that they should comp you for that day or have them come after hours and get their stuff. Ultimately the price you pay, you can go get all of the air movers yourself and sell them after used and still be cheaper.

I had a great experience with Premier Water Removal! From the start, they were efficient in explaining the entire demolition process, which really helped ease my concerns. The technicians were fantastic — they made sure to protect the floors and other areas of my home, and I was genuinely amazed at how quickly and cleanly they demolished my bathroom.
They kept in constant contact throughout the job, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. A big thank you to Victoria and Britny in the office — they always made sure my phone calls were returned and that I felt supported every step of the way. Excellent service from start to finish!

Dan's team was able to squeeze my house in while they were in my neighborhood. They completed the job at a good price and worked through weather and supply chain issues. His team was professional and courteous.

They made a tough repair on my 70 year old home in West Seattle and installed a chimney cap...I will definitely use them again.

We hired this company to clean our chimney and install a liner for a pellet stove. They started the job several weeks ago, and were supposed to come back and finish it thr next day, but they never showed back up. We have called several times and have been promised that they will come "tomorrow" and they still haven't showed. Finally I called last Friday and gave them one last chance to be here first thing Monday (today) and they didn't show up.

Good competitive price. Everything done on time with excellent quality. I've used them twice on 2 seperate homes, and I will continue to use them whenever I need their skills.

Absolutely amazing work these fine folks did, at an excellent price. They were able to renovate the top third of our chimney, working around freezing temperatures. They had to clean and re-use the brick, as well, since the type of brick used in the chimney is no longer manufactured. They made a beautiful cap and topped everything off beautifully. I was really impressed, and have recommended Hanson's to other folks.

Hansons chimney did a fantastic job installing a new pellet stove. They removed an old heatalator built in wood burning stove, fixed the brick and installed the new pellet stove. Other businesses wouldn’t touch this project but Hansons communicated well, showed up and got it done!
