We had the worst experience with Premier Water Removal that I can imagine. They evaluated our water damage and we did not engage them for the remediation. They sent a bill for their time and inflated the time spent in our home from 30 minutes to 2.25 hours. I called their office and emailed and nobody responded to discuss the invoice. I filed and insurance claim and the amount of the bill was adjusted from approximately $550 to $1,400. My advice, beware and don’t sign any paperwork without the advice of an attorney.

Premier was very quick coming to my home when my toilet started leaking due to a broken wax ring, they showed up the evening I first called and got started the very next day. Overall I am satisfied with what they did, they dried out the water in about 4 days. But I did have some frustrations, the folks on the phone (dispatch?) often contradicted what the people in my house (the actual workers) were telling me, and there was a lot of miscommunication, it was very confusing. Adding to the confusion, they took down my email address incorrectly so I never received an estimate until well after the fact which was very frustrating because I called and asked for it several times. I also wish they had been more forthcoming about how exactly the process worked from beginning to end as I was without a toilet for several weeks. They led me to believe that they would restore the bathroom to how it looked prior to the water damage AND (this is really important!!!) I was under the impression that the verbal estimate they gave me would include the rebuild, when in truth all I was paying for was for them to demolish the floor and dry it out. They left a huge unfinished, water damaged floor with holes and rusty nails sticking out of it and I have a 4 year old in my home, it was very dangerous. When I asked if they were going to fix the floor they just gave me a phone number to the contractor that they work with and I had to arrange the rebuild. If they had told us that up front we could have started contacting contractors sooner but we lost almost 2 precious weeks (weeks without any working toilet in our house!) before getting the floor fixed and the toilet reinstalled (a 2-day project). Part of that had to do with the Thanksgiving holiday but also because (again with the miscommunication), the contractor didn't understand that it was the only toilet in the house and basically ignored my phone calls for a whole week.
Giving 3 stars because ultimately Premier did do what I needed them to do in a somewhat timely manner. I just wish they had been better at communicating. They are also very pricey, their bill was larger than the contractor's bill! Only writing this review because they promised to take off 5% of the bill and dang do I need every bit of a discount I can get!

Premier Water Removal was terrific! We had a broken sewer that leaked into our basement. They came out the next day and finished the work within 2 days. Both the frontline and the office staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommended.

I am recommending Premier Emergency Water Removal for water and mold remediation services because, after considering all of the circumstances, Premier completed the work we agreed to in a professional and fair manner, as well as at a fair price. Premier identified the source of the water, provided demolition services (including removing the tile, toilet, and vanity from two bathrooms), and coordinated with my plumber. The one place where I think Premier could improve is the communication among different technicians who came to our house during the remediation process, so that each technician who comes in knows exactly what the previous technician learned and identified as next steps. If I were to do this again, I would work very hard to have the same “Technician Master” come to my house for every important step in the process. I especially appreciated how professional, knowledgeable, and helpful Justin, one of the Technician Masters, was during the project. He went above and beyond in terms of finishing what he started each day, was thoughtful about how to move forward, and is an amazing communicator. Moreover, I appreciated how Krystal, the office manager, listened to my concerns and worked with me to make sure they were addressed in a fair and professional manner. Finally, I think that, collaboratively, Justin, Krystal and others made an appropriate decision about where the company’s role should end and a contractor’s role should begin.

Do not make the mistake by calling anyone other then the team at Premier Emergency Water Removal! Waking up to your basement flooded is a nightmare, some how their team was able to make this stressful situation not so stressful. Aaron and Santos treated my home like their own, answered all my questions and completed our project with no issues and FAST! I have referred them to another friend who had the same experience as I did. Thank you so much Premier!

I have two story home, upstairs toilet supply line failed ,affected hardwood flooring in the hall way and affected my kitchen ceiling below. They used special EQ to save the flooring upstairs. Explained the process to my understanding. A very respectful and nice team of people. I would recommend them to everyone

I used Premier for a burst pipe in a second floor pipe days before we were supposed to close on the sale of the house. They immediately responded and resolved everything very quickly and most importantly to the satisfaction of the buyer. I highly recommend Tony and the team to anyone.

Alejandro and Oscar showed up, assessed the situation and immediately dug in to repair our massive leak. The leak occurred from a slipped drainage line from our laundry room on the 2nd floor into our entire living space downstairs. I was in such a panic, and these guys settled me down with their calmness and professionalism. They educated every step of the way as they stepped through their work, which was awesome! Premier was recommended to us by a very reputable plumber. We discovered a leak in our master bedroom closet and when we called Premier, they promptly responded. Considering it was the week before Christmas, They worked diligently to dry out the affected area so that we could get new plumbing installed before Christmas. We especially appreciate the efforts of Will and Tyler who came to the house every day to check on the status of the drying out efforts, assisted by Alejandro. We also sincerely appreciate the assistance of the office personnel - Tami, Tondi and Shaka. We would highly recommend this company.

We were referred to Premier after calling in a plumber to address a leak from our upstairs bathroom that damaged our ceiling drywall. Elijah, Roger, Lino, Tyler, Alejandro were the field techs that worked with us over that last several weeks. They were all professional, friendly and knowledgeable and gave us clear details on the process and what to expect. Premier worked with our schedules and their staff arrived on time each day. Premier office staff (Tondi & Chrystal) scheduled the work and coordinated with our insurance company with professionalism and efficiency. Shaka arrived today to scope the bid. She was awesome, knew her "stuff" and clearly explained what to expect for next steps. Over the last several weeks we have had a lot of contact with Premier personnel and overall we are happy them and their customer service. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs water remediation service.

We had a leaking pipe in a bathroom wall that we were unaware of until it had caused major damage. Wasn’t sure who to call but a friend had recommended Premier to us. Was very impressed with their prompt response and quality of service they provided us. Would HIGHLY recommend this company for water damage or mold issues!!

We had a minor hose leak from our washing machine that leaked to the floor below. The team at Premier Water Removal was fair, honest and reliable. An outstanding team from start to finish. They communicated and documented daily with me as the drying process took place. Highly recommend the entire team at Premier Water Removal.

Premier Water Removal installed new insulation in my crawl space after I had a water leak. Kyle was great to work with. Very thorough when assessing what exactly needed to be done and answered all of my many questions promptly. Highly recommend.

They did not secure the sandbags on our roof properly and 5 50lb sandbags blew off in the wind, landing all over our yard, including where our children play which is terrifying.

When they came to fix that, thier employee was blasting music and dancing on our roof, slipped, and a 50lb sand bag went through our patio awning and on onto our children’s picnic table destroying them both. It has been 2 months and they have done nothing to fix it. They also refuse to provide their insurance certificate. (RED FLAG)

Unprofessional, unknowledgable, no care at all about the damage they made to our property. It took them 7 weeks to finally come back and pick the trash from the sandbags and huge tarp. Don’t make this mistake!

Premier Water Removal was excellent from the first phone call to the final steps of my flooded house! I cannot recommend them any more strongly for any water/sewage damage issues you may have. They are extremely competent and professional at all times.

Efren came out quickly to assess the sewage damage to my home. He was thorough and answered every question I had honestly and truthfully, in a way I could understand. Efren called a couple of times and made sure I didn’t have any questions or issues. I had a crew in my home for almost a week. The lead, Tyler, was an expert, and made 100% sure to protect my home for my 3 year old daughter whom has tons of allergies. Tyler’s crew, Oscar, Isaiah, Elijah, worked with extreme diligence until their work was completed. They cleaned everything every day when they were done and as they worked. They left nothing out as they worked!

If you ever have a need for flood/sewage restoration, I cannot recommend Efren, Tyler, Oscar, Isaiah, Elijah enough. They define professional work and ensure nothing is forgotten or left undone.

Very happy with the response time and service from Premier Water Removal. Santos came on Thursday initially to look at the water damage, my plumber suggested I reach out to them as he felt I had water damage from a leak he was helping me repair. Santos was ready to start the work immediately when he was here, but I was still not sure about it, he was very patient with me and advised my insurance company would want the work started sooner than later to avoid further damage. I was in shock as he advised my cabinets and flooring would all have to be removed. Eddy & Vinny came out Tuesday to begin demolition and get the dehumidifier and fans going. They were a great team to work with! Even during this crazy lock down with COVID19. All were professional and did a great job. Very happy I called Premier Water Removal and highly recommend them!

Well where do I start, I had a problem with my plumbing in my house that backed up into my house in both bathrooms, didn't know that I had sewage water underneath my floors. So my insurance company told me to call someone out to see if there was any damage to the house, so I called Premier Restoration out to see if they could check out the house for damage and they found sewer water underneath the floors in both bathrooms, so ( Victor Vela and Wilfredo Argueta)came did the work and treated my house like it was their own. If I should ever have another loss of any kind they will be the first call I make .

What an amazing experience says no one after having significant water damage. However, that being said working with Premier was amazing. Their team went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right! Also, my husband and I were on a tight budget & shopped around and Premier had the most competitive rate. We couldn’t be happier with the kindness and professionalism. We met with Joshua who couldn’t be nicer & Manny took great care of us with his outstanding customer service. Amy, the owner puts her customers first. I hope we never gave water damage again, but if we do, we know who to call!

Billed me nearly $500 for an inspection that lasted less than two minutes. No work was done. Will be reporting to better business bureau. Do not sign any agreements with them. Find your own contractor. Never go with insurance recommendation. Scammer company, beware!!!!

When disaster strikes, it's never at a convenient time. So when a water pipe burst on a Sunday afternoon, who do you call? We called Premier Emergency Water Removal. My wife read a review about them, and we were sold. Tony and Diana responded immediately to our desperate call and within the hour were here assessing the problem and taking actions. They had with them all the necessary equipment to do the job professionally and did so. They and their team were very professional and respectful to our home, as well. They and their team were here on a daily basis, for the better part of a week, checking on the progress and adjusting when necessary. Great communication. Their team goes beyond just them. They brought in a terrific plumber named Mark and he was great. He took care of the problem in short order. Lastly, Tony and Diana brought to us a contract firm called Ridgeline and introduced us to Trevor. We are looking forward to working with Trevor and his team, to bring back the portion of the house that was damaged.
My wife and I would highly recommend Premier Emergency Water Removal and Diana and Tony. They are family now.

We had a fantastic experience with Premier Water Removal. The office staff were friendly and helpful, and very communicative about arrival times for the next day's work. The workers were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and communicative. We had a tricky situation where multiple companies had to come out in order to find the origin of a leak in our garage, so Premier was drying out the walls day after day until it was finally resolved. They came each day to check on the equipment and give us an update. Can't say enough great things about this company. Thank you all for your help!
