They handled all insurance. Made things less stressful on me. I was always in the know of what was going on with the work. The people in the office and in the field was always professional and knowledgeable. I hope I don't have to, but I wouldn't hesitate to call them! Thanks guys...and gals!

I recently had a pipe burst at my commercial property this past weekend. Trevor and his team were quickly onsite to start the cleanup process. Multiple levels and rooms were affected but they were able to tackle the job. Luckily I was open for business the next morning with minimal disruption. I’m very glad I signed a pre disaster plan with premiere water removal, they saved my business!

Just has Premier Water Removal help remove water from our crawl space. The team was quick to respond to the call and respectful of the home and property. The team even reduced the bill from what was originally quoted since they finished early. Want to thank Elijah, Alejandro, Will, and Tammy in the office for helping out with the project and .

Had a pipe leak and premier came out right away. Kyle who is the project manager gave a lot of information and made sure I understood everything. The whole process was very professional. Highly recommended.

We had as good of an experience as you can have with Premier Water Removal. Obviously, we didn't want to have to use them, but I would highly recommend them. They were all very informative, professional and helpful. Santos and T.J. were absolutely awesome with their communication and knowledge. Hopefully I never need to use you again, but if I do, you'll be the ones I call. Thanks!

I was referred by a friend for the water mitigation from this company. Indeed, their professionals were super impressive and they performed water mitigation with high quality and in a timely manner. I will definitely refer Premier Water Removal to anybody with the same issues!

I had called around to different companies asking for a quote to get my ceiling fixed. Premiere water removal was the first company that actually answered the phone and called back to schedule for them to come give me a quote. I specifically said there was a leak and I needed to get it fixed and wanted them to come out and give me a quote. They came out and took a sample of the wall to check it for asbestos (even though my condos were built after the year asbestos was band). They then returned to open up my ceiling and dry it out. I continued to ask them to give me a quote because the above owners home owner insurance were cutting me the check. Their response was “it depends on how much work has to be done, we usually send the insurance the bill when everything is done.” I told them the insurance had already came out and took a look and cut me a check for me to pay whatever company I decide to go with, so I need to make sure the cost is not more than what they gave me and if so I need to send them an invoice. Never once did they provide me with a quote and then when they were coming back to “finish the job” that’s when I was told they were just a mitigation company and they would not be repairing my ceiling that they opened up. I spoke with 3 different employees from their office during this entire time and nobody would give me a quote after the sample they took or when they came to open up my ceiling. I now know why, they were never fixing it. I didn’t need a mitigation company, my HOA provides that. I specifically said I need my wall opened up and fixed NOT just dried out. Long story short they told me they were just a mitigation company and came to dry out the wall only the day they were coming to pick up their equipment. The equipment was picked up, they left my ceiling opened up and I am still looking for a company to come out and close it up.

10/31 update: after posting the below, I received a call from Andrew who wanted to know more about my situation. He was very helpful and accommodated my estimate pricing with a refund check. He explained he definitely doesn't want the below happening at Premier and would talk to his employees. I appreciate his prompt reply and help!
10/30: This company was recommended to me by my plumber (they get a referral fee) and showed up the same day I called for an estimate. I was given a verbal estimate ($1300-1500) and told I should just call to book the service. When I called to book service, the woman on the phone re-confirmed my estimate and was able to get people out to my house the pretty quickly. I asked for pictures to be taken after the job was complete as I wouldn't be home when they were there to repair. Good so far!
Day of repair comes and goes, don't hear anything. So, I call to ask about payment and ask for the pictures. I'm told they are behind in billing and someone will reach out to me. Someone sends me pictures but they are from the initial inspection, not after the job is complete. I tell them this but never receive a reply.
Weeks go by before I receive a call asking about payment. The lady on the phone just asks for my credit card number. I have to ask what the final payment amount is and she tells me it is more than one thousand above the estimate. I tell her my estimate cost and she says she will look into it since the difference is so much.
Another few weeks go by, I don't hear anything and then I get an email with the bill requesting payment. I call and ask what she found out and she said there is no estimate on file (even though they sent me the pictures from the inspection...) and that the final bill is the price. However, she'll take $250 off. I ask how the estimate can be so different than the final price and she gives me a generic explanation.
The whole point of an estimate is to get a ballpark figure of what to expect. I know things come up, etc. but this was way off. Maybe the estimator needs to be retrained, maybe they need to keep better records in the office. I struggle with the discrepancy and how things were handled, hence the lack of stars. Definitely not happy with how it all played out... -
This company worked for me in September 2018. Promises were made for prompt removal of damaged materials.. actually took a week to begin removal of damaged dry wall, insulation, flooring, cabinets. Overall, I was dissatisfied with organization and communication. Different employees were sent to my home, I had to reorient staff each time. Workers would show up late in the day (330 or 4pm) and working later causing disruption to family (without giving notice of this). Workers actually showed up not knowing what they were supposed 'DEMO'. I would not use them again, nor recommend them to anyone else.

We have had a very bad experience with the billing team of Premier water removal. They did do a follow-up job in our house after the original water mitigation issue for which they made up an invoice with 3/5 incorrect items increasing the actual scope of work they had done and sent it to our insurance without even informing us. Luckily our insurance company send the check to us instead of paying them directly and that is when we got to know and questioned them about the charges in the invoice.
Instead of fixing the incorrect charges in the invoice, they demanded us that we pay them what was quoted in the original invoice since the insurance company sent us the check.
However we were very persistent that they correct the invoice. This time again instead of correcting the invoice, they came up with an "under the table" offer that we can pay couple of hundred dollars less than the amount in the first invoice.
we did not take up this offer and insisted that they correct the charges in the first invoice. The third time around, they completely removed all the line items in the invoice and changed the billing into hourly basis and some how brought it up to the magic figure that was in the original invoice.
They also threatened that they send it to collections when all we were asking them is to remove the incorrect changes in the invoice and bill us only for the work actually done.
With all this experience with their billing team, I would strongly recommend anyone to stay away from them. -
Outstanding Experience!! We had water accumulation in the crawl space under our house due to a broken drain. They were very responsive. Arrived the next day ready to fix the problem and completed it fast. Mike and Jose the technicians that worked on the problem were so personable and professional. Thank you for a great job!!

Premier was wonderful, Eddie and Santa were wonderful. Everybody communicated very well, especially appreciated the way they communicated with my adjuster and sent all the pictures this went so smoothly. It was a major job. It started on February the first couple days of February and where is still today is the 13th. Yeah, today's the 13th. And this is the last day they're taking the heater out. They had to take out 10 inches of water out of my crawl space and Sewer. It wasn't water with sewage. And also they had to take up the floor. They tested for bacteria or microbes and had to take up the floor in my bathroom and pull up the toilet and immediately they they were very clean they filled out the bathroom put a dehumidifier in their heater and gave me directions as to how to you know what I mean and tenant and they doubt especially with a difficult client which was me and it was very demanding and forgetting things because I was almost hysterical because it was such a big job. Anyway, I think them so much and any could very well be a supervisor iPhone. He was here most of the time. I mean, he was the one that actually was on site Santos was Santa was right behind him and very responsive to every phone call. I've never had better service from any contractor. That's for sure. Thank

I had a water leak in our townhouse, and I had Premier address it. The technicians are all nice, but the administration of the company was very slow to respond. It ended up costing $700 more than the upper limit of the estimate without any advance notice, and their excuse was, “You didn't ask for a more precise estimate.” I'm totally fine to pay the fee as long as it was communicated well; it's not a good way to run a company.

These people are the best of the best. I was in a complete panic and could hardly form a complete sentence. From the receptionist who answered my call and got me an almost immediate appointment, to the office manager who gave me good advice and helped me calm down, to Joshua who got here 30 minutes after I called (wow!!!) - each person I had contact with was stellar. Joshua had all kinds of high-tech equipment and was unbelievably thorough knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He really knows his stuff and is kind and patient also. Still waiting on their quote but I am so thankful for this company and cannot recommend them highly enough

The wind storm in the middle of December damaged an HVAC vent on our roof and caused quite the leak into a closet that I didn't discover until several days later. Premier Water Removal was recommended by our insurance and they were able to report to our home the same night we found the issue. Alejandro and Oscar showed up at the scheduled window of time and accessed the damage, set up fans/dehumidifiers, and answered all of our panicked questions and concerns with professionalism and care. In the days following, Premiers staff checked on the status of the moisture levels and then removed the damage. We also worked with Shaka to get an estimate for repairs. Overall, everyone, including the office staff Krystal and Cassidy, were fantastic, calm, and provided answers and information in a timely manner. Thanks for everything!

We should have done our research. Premier was referred to us from a plumber, and that plumber was assigned to us from our home warranty company. We just went with it since we were anxious to have our toilet seal leak and subsequent mold problem resolved.
All of the staff that were at our home were courteous, friendly, and professional. We had no issues with the folks that came to our house. On the first visit, the two gentleman that did a walkthrough and estimate presented information and led us to believe the work would be at least $1,500. So we went with an insurance claim to cover the costs since our deductible is less than that.
The whole process seemed to drag on. After a week of dehumidifiers running they were not convinced the moisture was gone from under the tile in the bathroom, thus requiring removal of our vanity, toilet, and demolition of bathroom tiles. This is the most frustrating part. The demo was not done properly. They hacked up the back of our vanity instead of turning off the water, removing the plumbing fittings, and sliding the vanity away from the wall. There were also multiple tiles broken - more than what seemed reasonable. We had to scramble to find tiles that matched. Had we not found some, we would have been faced with retiling the whole floor. Then, guess what? The subfloor was miraculously dry after they removed the tile. No need to have any more dehumidification.
Premier only does demolition and water/mold removal. We then had to hire a restoration company. Premier suggested one company. It took them over a week to come and do a walkthrough. Then, they ghosted us. We've now moved on to their second recommendation. This whole thing started on October 15th and we still don't have our bathrooms put back together.
Oh... the real 'kicker' is Premier billed our insurance company $15,000. Yep. Added a zero to their initial 'estimate.' So, they took every advantage of the fact we had this as part of an insurance claim. They also sent a survey of satisfaction to us before we saw the bill - and before we noticed the hack job of our vanity - and had that included with the bill to insurance. In the end, this has all left us feeling like we will not be calling Premier again. -
Premier Water Removal worked on drying my bathroom. Due to some miscommunication, I was not happy with their work. They took serious consideration for customers and they did a lot to make up to make me satisfied with the outcome. They are still a good service company to work with.

Very impressive work, great customer service, wonderful people to work with. I could not be happier with my experience. The ground floor of my house flooded during a rainstorm and Premier was out the next day, Christmas Eve, to do an inspection. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of my home and time. Premier saved my home. Highly recommended.

I got Premier phone number by Tony who works at Plumber Federal Way company. I called Premier, within a day they came out to check the sewage leaked condition in the crawl space. Premier team coordinated with Tony and worked around his schedule. I am glad to call Premier, they did a great job cleaning and made it so easy for the plumber to able to carry on with work. Thanks Premier.

Britny and her crew are amazing. Very professional, down to earth, caring, and friendly. Great communication with all parties involved, which is often rare today.

Very very happy with Premier Water Removal! Everyone I spoke to was professional and competent. Santos came out for our eval and was great, TJ was a excellent project manager, and then the teams of Tyler and Mike and Elijah and Kevin? Shoot I forgot my 4th guy - but he was with Tyler and was terrific too! We had a sewage backup and within a day it was clean and sanitized and taken care of. It looks completely clean and I'm so happy with the results. I'd call them anytime and highly recommend them for your water emergencies!!
