This has been a painless project for me. I handed Coty a set of plans and a log house shell that had already been stacked. Within days, he had an estimate prepared for framing the second story/roof and the price was actually better than anticipated. Work began within another week, with the crew of 4 working rain or shine (mostly rain, bless them). Excellent communication between crew and homeowner (I am acting as general contractor on this build), very receptive to last minute changes such as different window size or configuration. There was a lot of head scratching for portions of this build -!not everyone has the chance to construct a hybrid log house like this. My new home is already the talk of the neighborhood even though far from complete. I’ve already had numerous visitors wanting to see the construction and comments on how gorgeous the job has turned out. VERY PLEASED!!

Coty and his team of builders are group of professional individuals who get the job done right and work fast. We encountered a few hick-ups during our build and every time we were met with collaborative and supportive troubleshooting to find the best outcome for the situation. This team is respectful which makes them easy to work with. I highly recommend Coty and his team.

What can I say about solid building Corp. that the world does not already know. They are the most talented most hard-working the best worth ethic, extremely time manageable, beautiful work. The owner Cody parks is a blast to have on the job and is always looking for new opportunities to do better in every outcome. Cody expect perfection on his timber frames and that is exactly what you get.Cody bring a mix between fair prices and outstanding beautiful work. His crew of guys are outstanding and self mangers on any project. He works with the best of the best.

Coty and his guys did a great job on my patio cover. Coty was great to work with through the whole process, he took care of everything on my job including concept / design, engineering (subcontracted), permits, the build, and cleanup. Highly recommended.

Coty and crew made a timber frame roof cover for my residence. Was done custom and by his own mill. During the process, Coty(owner of Solid Building Corp).made suggestions that took the finished product to the next level. They were professional, and fun to deal with, they answered my questions and quick to problem solve. My wife and I are ecstatic with their attention to detail and craftsmanship.
