Coty and his team at Solid Building just completed building a 16'x32' workshop on my property. They did everything from excavating for the slab foundation, pouring the concrete, framing, roofing, and siding. Coty also made a number of excellent suggestions throughout the process - from design to completion - that resulted in a much better end result.

I couldn't be happier with the finished product as well as working with them throughout the design and construction process. They were professional throughout the process with excellent attention to detail and completed the project within the timeframe they told me they would. Coty was also very helpful recommending other tradespeople for me to contact to complete the build.

Coty is a great guy, straight shooter. All his lumber is top choice. He can get you raw lumber or a beautiful custom timber product. I get lumber from him here and there. My experience is awesome every time!

While on the freeway a BIG rock hit my windshield (chipping it), As I drove up to check out the construction trailer in front of me I noticed they had rock and dirt they picked up while loading a attachment for a logging truck on the trailer. I took pics of the trailer and pics of truck, sent them into there office, she was unwilling and didn't care called it, A Road Hazard and they are not responsible. As well as sending pics back lying saying there wasn't any rocks on the trailer. Dishonest people! SWEEP YOUR TRAILERS OFF!

Shawn and his crew are great. Very helpful throughout our kitchen remodel process, and hiccups that have come up they have handled with grace. They stick to the schedule and have stayed on budget. This is the second time we have used them for a remodel project and will be using them again should the need arise. Highly recommend.

Stellar service, Shawn was patient while we deliberated on the specifics of a project for several months, and once we scheduled a start date the work was completed quickly and without incident.
