Constraction reviews in Bellevue, Washington

Dusty and Steve and team were great to work with from budgeting through close out. Very responsive, professional and attentive to detail. Navigated complicated phased tenant improvement work in an occupied building. Solid GC for commercial work in and around Bellevue.

I have worked with Dusty (project manager at TCI) on multiple projects and have been utterly impressed by his integrity and professionalism. Under his supervision, TCI redesigned a 40K sf co-working space in Bellevue for my company. Their bid was very competitive and they walked me through the pricing and timeline prior to signing the contract.

They set expectations well and communicate throughout the duration of the project.

I cannot recommend TCI enough.

Best Construction company in the area.

Excellent attention to quality materials for condo balcony replacement and code upgrade.
All pleased with the final product.

I have used this company for many years, for a large variety of jobs at our home. No matter what I ask them to repair, replace or create, they seem to be able to do just about anything! Indoors or outside, they can do it successfully. I highly recommend Lake Washington Construction to anyone and everyone. I have never had any problems at all.

Denis and his ace team of Tom and Ron gutted our master bath and created a beautiful, functional bath for us. They did great work, were friendly, communicated well, and were always up front about costs. I am so happy with the result and would recommend LWC unconditionally.

Top quality construction with most affordable pricing in the entire PNW region. We chose LWC inc after almost 1 year of detailed research for our home remodel project. Denis and his team completed a major home addition, that included new foundation, new structure, roofing etc plus total home remodel including kitchen, bathrooms, garage etc all within the agreed timeline with atmost quality. I would highly recommend LWC for all kind of renovation projects. Thanks Denis and team !

For several years, I have been using Lake Washington Construction for a variety of services, building a deck, repairing siding,
replacing wood rot damage, and many other handyman jobs. Denis and Ron are a pleasure to work with, are trustworthy and do a wonderful job dealing with whatever needs arise. I recommend them highly. Thank you!

Had Denis and his crew out to my place a couple times, once for a medium/large job to renovate a sunroom and another time for a smaller job to complete some demo work. He ensures his crew does a good job and his pricing is transparent; I highly recommend getting a bid from him for any work you are planning.

I've worked with Denis and team on a number of projects over the last 5+ years. I appreciate Denis' construction expertise and commitment, fair pricing, and responsiveness, all of which are critical to execute any project with excellence. I look forward to continuing to work with him on future projects.

Denis and his crew completed several remodels in our house over the last 3 years (3 bathroom remodels, a full basement buildout, and several other smaller projects). As one can tell from that list, we are happy repeat customers :-)

Transparency, integrity, and responsiveness is what I appreciate most about Denis' work. No surprises!

Denis has been providing my customers with various services for over 10 years. The feedback from my customers has been great, and believe me I follow up. As a paint contractor, I need a General contractor that I can trust to refer my clients to, and that is Denis and Lake Washington Construction.

Working with this general contractor was a fantastic experience. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, everything was handled professionally. The crew was respectful, hardworking, and detail-oriented. They kept the worksite clean and updated us regularly on progress. The final results turned out exactly as we envisioned. I highly recommend them for any construction or remodeling project.
