Constraction reviews in Bellevue, Washington

Remont recently completed a major remodel on my condo in Kirkland. I was very impressed with their communication. Whenever I had a question, they were quickly answered. Their finishing work was impeccable. They took time to do the work right the first time. The final walk through had very few items to complete.
I would highly recommend them. They were great to work with!

We have worked with Remont for over 5 years! I highly recommend their team as their attention to detail is well above our industry standard. As a designer who recommends Remont to our clients, it’s extremely important that they care about our clients homes as much as we do, which Remont excels at.

Communication is always timely and the software they use for client communication makes it easy on everyone.

We spend a lot of time planning up front to work out the budget so clients don’t have surprises along the way. Viktor does a great educating clients through the process and helping dig into all of the details upfront prior to construction starting.

Denys is an exceptional project manager, he is extremely detail oriented and always has a calm presence which is so helpful as building and remodeling can be stressful.

You will not be disappointed with Viktor and his team!!

Remont construction gave me the bathroom of my dreams. They designed and executed our primary bathroom remodel flawlessly. Viktor and the team are excellent communicators, and their craftsmanship is unmatched. From the first meeting where we gave them our vision they went over and above. They're honest, creative and excellent at what they do. Our bathroom is beautiful and I would recommend them to all my friends and clients. Cannot wait to work with them again on another project in the future!

Remont were originally referred to us by an interior designer as part of a larger project, but I came back to get closet bifold doors replaced with sliding doors. The end result was really nice.

We have been working with Viktor and the team at Remont for a few years now and we cannot say enough great things about them. The quality and craftsmanship it top notch and we are so happy to call them partners in this construction community. No matter what challenges come our way, they are dedicated to finding the right path forward with integrity and professionalism. We hope for many more years of collaboration ahead.

Modern Lake House - Updated Review for Remont Construction

We first collaborated with Viktor and his team at Remont Construction during our initial remodel, and returning to them for our recent project has only reaffirmed why they are our go-to choice. Our lakefront home, once frozen in the 1980s, now stands as a testament to their exceptional craftsmanship and commitment to making dreams a reality.

From the outset, Viktor impressed us with his attentive approach, swiftly grasping our vision for a modern transformation. His insights on incorporating glossy accents, black metals, and refreshing paint schemes resonated deeply, setting the tone for a personalized journey towards our dream home. This time around, the entire team seamlessly executed our vision with a blend of professionalism, care, and a keen eye for detail.

Throughout the design and implementation phases, Viktor remained not just a contractor, but a trusted partner. His innovative ideas, patience, and willingness to address every query underscored his belief that homes are more than just spaces—they are sanctuaries where families forge memories and futures. This ethos was palpable in every interaction and decision, ensuring our project stayed true to our aspirations.

Viktor's leadership during execution was exemplary. He maintained a rigorous schedule, preempted potential challenges, and orchestrated every aspect meticulously, culminating in an outcome that surpassed our expectations. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction remains unwavering, evident in every corner of our rejuvenated home.

Working with Viktor and the Remont Construction team has been nothing short of transformative. They have not only elevated our living environment but also forged a lasting partnership rooted in trust and mutual respect. Our home now stands as a testament to their craftsmanship and our shared vision.

Looking ahead, we are confident that any future home projects will find their perfect partner in Viktor and his team. Their commitment to excellence and client-centric approach ensures that each endeavor will combine timeless design with a fresh, innovative vision, mirroring the classic yet modern aesthetic they have masterfully crafted for our home. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Remont Construction for all our future endeavors.
Before & After of one of the many projects we collaborated on - full refresh of the kitchen

Remont was extremely professional, responsive and detailed oriented. They kept to the schedule, were sensitive to added costs and just really demonstrated care for the work. Really enjoyed working with Victor, David and the whole crew as they were all very communicative and accommodating. The contractors they chose for specific jobs were also very craft-focused. Would highly recommend again.

Viktor and the Remont team are top notch! I would love to work with them again. We went through a complete remodel of our Bellevue condo in the summer of 2019. Leading up to the remodel, I went through a fairly rigorous vetting process to select a general contractor. Remont stood out from the start of the process, communicated consistently throughout the project and delivered on time. Everyone on the team was professional, respectful and cared about their craft. As issues arose, I was always able to find a fair way to proceed with Viktor. We love the final result :) Thank you!

Whatever preconceived notions you might have about construction companies and contractors, set those aside before your first meeting with Remont Construction. Remont Construction is like no other construction company I have met or done business with in the past. They are in the business of making your dream home come true and not in the business of wasting your time, money, or losing your hair.
Remont Construction was great at communication from the first time I contacted them regarding my home renovation. We live in a 100 year old typical craftsman style home in Seattle and our idea was to give it a facelift--a major one. Our first meeting with Remont was in-person by the owner of the company, Viktor. He walked into my home on time with a binder filled with information about me and my house, knew the scent of the candle I was burning, and got right down to business. I gave him all of my ideas during the walk through, while he gave me some of his, and I already knew I wanted Remont to work on my house. I had a few other construction companies visit after Remont, but no one even came close in terms of professionalism and caliber of work.
After deciding to work with Remont, we met with all of our tradesmen months before our project had a start date, and all on the same day so that everyone would be on the same page of our scope of work and I would know who would be working in my home (all coordinated by Remont's team). I wanted to be my own designer for our project, so my main contact for pre-construction, Rod, worked through all of the details with me and even met me at cabinet companies and shops to pick out all of my appliances, finishes, hardware, everything so that all of our items would be ready to go once our project started.
Our project manager during construction, Stan, is the best in the business. My husband and I believe he might be a wizard or magician because anytime we had a question or something that needed to be taken cared of, Stan would have someone in our house that same day not needing us to tell them a single word, and they would just come in and do their job efficiently. Stan also sent us an email at the end of each week detailing what work was done in our home that week, if there were any scheduling or billing changes, and what will be worked on the following week. Every person on Remont's team, especially one of our favorites, Roman, has been doing their craft for so long that they are so meticulous with every single cut and installation they come across. Our project was scheduled to take about four months from the beginning of August to December, and Stan made sure our house was professionally cleaned and in hosting condition by Thanksgiving.
We lived in our home during our construction, which wasn't ideal since renovations are already stressful to begin with. But working with Remont was not stressful at all. If you are looking for a construction company that offers thorough communication, is detail oriented almost to a fault, and will exceed your expectations on your home, do not hesitate to contact Remont Construction. You won't regret it.

Outstanding experience with this general contractor. The team was professional, organized, and delivered excellent workmanship. They stayed on schedule and kept communication clear throughout. The final result exceeded my expectations. Would definitely hire again!

This process, and finding AG Construction took me a couple of years. I had estimates done and I interviewed several other contractors. But none of them seem to match up with what I was envisioning and expecting, on price point, professional structure, timeline and process.

When I finally found Ag construction, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were they willing to work with my price point, but they also allow me to be involved in the project.

For a while, I thought maybe a construction company like this didn’t exist.

At first I was reluctant to move forward because it seemed just….too good to be true.

I even went to their office in Bellevue to make sure there were real people there. Only to be greeted by a full staff of people working on all different parts a successful construction company might look like .

From the Permit department, engineer, marketing, finance, estimators construction
Managers.
I worked with someone almost daily through out the project.
AG Construction kept me updated with a calendar, so I would know what to expect on a day-to-day basis.

And all of my expectations were delivered!

AG are a great company, very responsive and we are very happy with the ned result. Their pricing was fair and straight forward, communication was a fast and easy, adding/removing items to the "to do list" during the project are not an issue. We did have a slight delay of completion but it wasn't significant.

Super happy we went with AG for our project. After a pipe broke during an ice storm our garage suffered serious water damage. Ilia arrived the next day for a walkthrough of the space and provided a competitive, thoughtful estimate. Eduard’s craftsmanship replacing all of the damaged drywall/insulation and treating the impacted area for mold was second to none. These guys are great. 10/10 would work with them again.

Great seminar! Ilia was an engaging speaker and shared valuable tips on home remodeling . Learned a lot and enjoyed it

After getting several quotes, we chose AG Construction to renovate our master bathroom. The workmanship is top-notch, and the crew was respectful of our home during the project.

We hired AG Construction for a full home remodeling project. From start to finish, they were responsive, on time, and delivered high-quality work. Our house looks brand new!

AG Construction remodeled our bathrooms, and we could not be happier with the result. Eugene, Ekaterina and their crew did fantastic work. Project was completed on time and in great quality. They communicated very well with me on all important steps of the process.

I couldn’t be happier with the job they did on my place. The crew was friendly, professional, and you could tell they take pride in their work. Every little detail was done right, and they kept me updated the whole way through. Highly recommend to anyone who wants great work without the headaches.

We hired AG Construction for a living room demo, floors for the entire house, and a bedroom remodel. We couldn’t be happier with the remodel process and the final result! The crew is very professional, timely and the quality of work is above expectations. We have worked with tons of home improvements groups on various projects around our home and AG Construction sets the bar. Looking forward to hiring them again for future projects.

Worked with Tim and Dmitry on kitchen and bathroom remodel. The team was cooperative and they patiently handled all the unforeseen complexities throughout the project.

We met with the company's CEO at conferences, where he talked about his values in home remodeling. He was so trustworthy and knowledgeable. I am confident that as his client, you will be 100% satisfied with the results of his work.
