I had a leak somewhere in my house. Not knowing who to call i reached out to City Construction Solution. They scheduled a time with me and came on time to inspect the house. They were prepared with all the equipment to inspect and respectfully told me that the scope needed wasn't scope they perform. When I asked how I could pay for the inspection they declined and even followed up to see if there were companies that could do the work instead.

Had City Construction install drainage lines for my six downspouts that were just draining around my foundation. Also had them lift and even out my front walkway to the house. Erick was friendly and efficient in his estimate. The crew came out and did a good job on everything, completing it in two long days. They work long and hard even when it drizzled one day while they were working. Only wish they spent an extra couple hours on a third morning to clean up a bit better than what they could do in the dark. But it’s not a big deal.

They installed a helical pier system to repair and stabilize our foundation. The team of five worked quickly, and the entire project took just six days. We live on a sloped 3.5 acres. We were having flooding issues in the basement when it rained. And during a thunderstorm the water came through the walls of the basement bathroom. We could hear the water running down the outside wall. I called Erick and he came out right away. He explained everything that needed to be done and showed us diagrams on his computer. He gave us 2 options. We had 92 ft. of French drains put in the basement and updated the drainpipes coming off the gutters. Had some mold on the flooring, walls and framing that had to be removed. What a journey! Buying a home knowing it needed foundation work was a lofty undertaking and finding the right company to help was key. And I sure did with City Construction! Erick was a fantastic project manager; he was attentive, responsive and walked me through the project the whole time. His team included one of the hardest workers I have ever met, Sergey, who dug drainage in 20 degree temperatures to make sure the winter rains got routed away from the home. Our permits got approved in early summer and he was right back here in 90 degree weather with another worker to get all new support beams installed under my covered porch, cracks repaired, and of course a deep trench so that support piers could be burrowed underneath the house. Erick also helped with this and everyone was so thoughtful and never left a mess! Great experience all around. Thanks City Construction, even the cats enjoyed watching the progress!

Erick and Sergey were great to work with! They were always very accommodating to answer all my concerns along the way. Rather than get annoyed with me, they were always very kind and understanding of my concerns.
I have a split level home with a partially subterranean basement on one side of my house and during heavy rains beginning of November, water found a way in. I had just finished a basement remodel not 1 month prior so addressing the problem from the outside was the only way. The work that I had done to my house was exterior foundation waterproofing with a french drain system with sump pump and dedicated downspout drainage pipes that both go to a rockwell in the backyard.
I had got 5 estimates for the work and city construction came in the most expensive but for some reason my gut was telling me to just bite the bullet and go with them because Erick's explanation of everything was very thorough and he was the only one who had a whole brochure to show exactly what would be done. City construction was the only company to know the correct French drain pipe setup as far as the correct layers and order of those layers. In the end, although it hurt financially, I am very thankful that I chose City Construction because their knowledge of concrete and foundations was needed halfway through my project when they discovered that from my previous remodel, extra concrete had been poured down towards the footer for extra support since we had beams put in with their load running down to the foundation. Well, city construction said the concrete was horribly poured and really was not doing anything to help the structural integrity of the footer and it was also in the way of the drainage pipes for the French drain. I am pretty sure that any of the other companies that I got an estimate from, had they done the work and run into the same issues, they would have just run the French drain around the concrete mounds thus creating a bunch of extra bends in the line ultimately making the French drain not very efficient, as well me being stuck with a structurally compromised foundation/footer. City construction ultimately demo'd out all the bad concrete and put in large metal posts that they drill down to the bedrock which the footer then rests on. Not only did this clear the way for the French drain system, but it also makes that part of the foundation so it won't ever settle any more and also safely take the extra weight from the beam's load resting on the foundation wall.
In the end, both Erick and Sergey even came back late one night to clean everything up and put my landscaping back the best they could which I really appreciated.
I would definitely recommend City Construction to anybody needing basement waterproofing and/or foundation work.

City Construction Solution helped us address a leak in our finished basement by building a French drain leading to a sump pump built into our backyard patio. We appreciated that our project manager, Erick, did not try to oversell on the scope of work, provided a fair estimate, and clearly explained each step of the project. He was very responsive, helpful, and understanding. The project foreman, Sergey, was very knowledgeable and quickly addressed unforeseen issues that came up. For those that would like to read on, here's more information about my experience with City Construction Solutions. Thier customer service was top notch from start to end. I called to have them assess problem with water coming through my foundation and they were out within a couple of days. The person I worked with, Erick, was extremely knowledgeable. He identified the issue quickly, took the time to thoroughly explain how he was going to fix the problem and was able to show me several photos from previous jobs where he'd fixed this kind of issue at other houses. I had talked to another couple of companies about my foundatiin issue and none of them were as knowledgeable or as prepared as City Construction Solutions. When they came to my house to fix the issue they worked quickly and effectively. They didn't waste any time on the job, but they took the time needed to do the job right and very very well. They were at my house in December, when it gets dark by 4 in the afternoon, and they stayed after dark to finish the job instead of coming out again the next day or just calling the job good enough and leaving. They also did a phenomenal job with site clean up when they were through. I took a look at where they had been working the next day, when it was light out, and it was spotless and free of detritus. They followed up with me via text the next day to see if I was satisfied and came back in person the following week to ask about my overall satisfaction. I hired them to address serious settlement issues at my commercial building in the Redmond area. Part of the building had settled, and cracks had developed. I spoke with several companies and reviewed multiple inspections and proposals, but after everything, I decided to move forward with CCS and it was the right choice.

Their knowledgeable estimator thoroughly assessed the problem and clearly explained the scope of work. Erick provided an excellent assessment and estimate for foundation post repairs and a crawlspace drainage system, complete with a sump pump, after my crawlspace flooded. All the work was completed on the timelines provided and the workers were courteous and respectful of the property. The crew had to dig wider trenches and bring in more backfill rock due to the saturated earth, but they stayed on schedule and budget despite the unexpected situation.
