I contacted city construction solution to repair my foundation after it had settled by about two inches, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team stabilised the foundation using helical piers, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The only delay was the permit process, which was due city requirements and outside of their control. Throughout the project communication was clear and consistent. I had a really good experience with City Construction Solution. We’ve lived in our house for over five years, and lately we noticed some cracks on our drywall and ceiling. We reached out to three different foundation companies for an inspection, and City Construction Solution was one of them.

Stefan from their team spent the most time checking our home compared to the other companies. He explained everything he found and showed us exactly what the issues were. He also told us what solution they’d suggest and even showed us examples of their past projects, which was really helpful.

A couple of days later, I got a very detailed report and estimate from them. It described all our problems, included a clear solution, and even had a drawing so we could easily understand it. Because of this positive experience during the inspection, the detailed report, and the fair price, we chose City Construction Solution to fix our foundation.

The project required a permit from the city, and Stefan and his team handled all the paperwork, which took a load off our shoulders since we didn’t really understand that process. After about six months, we got the city’s approval and started the work. Stefan and his crew worked quickly and carefully, protecting our lawn and covering the siding to keep it from getting damaged or dirty. They finished the whole project in just five days!

We had a persistent water leakage issue in our daylight basement that had already been repaired twice by other contractors, unsuccessfully. Because of those previous failures, we were extremely cautious about moving forward again.

That’s when we found City Construction Solution, and the experience was completely different.

When Erick, the project lead, came out to provide the quote, he was very patient and professional. He took the time to clearly explain their proposed solution using drawings and visuals, and carefully answered all of my questions. What really gave me confidence was that Erick’s proposed solution closely matched the plan from an independent architectural designer I had consulted, while also leaving room for future upgrades. On top of that, the pricing was reasonable and fair.

The construction team — Sergey, Alan, and Elisei — did an excellent job. They were punctual, detail-oriented, and responsible, kept the worksite clean and organized, and consistently documented the project progress. Throughout the entire process, whenever I had additional questions, Erick was always responsive and patient.

After the project was completed, they also restored the area to its original condition, which we truly appreciated.

After two failed attempts with other companies, City Construction Solution finally delivered a professional, well-thought-out, and trustworthy solution.

My experience with City Construction Solution was great!

I had cracks in my walls and ceiling, and one corner of my house was sinking. I called four different companies for inspections, but CCS really stood out. They spent the most time during the inspection, explained everything clearly, and gave me the most detailed quote. The other companies just gave me prices without details.

Their price was very fair, they offered a 50-year warranty on the piers, and they took care of all the permits. It took about four months to get city approval, but the actual work only took three days. They removed my deck, installed the piers, lifted the corner of the house back up, and rebuilt the deck.

I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend CCS if you need foundation repair. They are fast, professional, and their customer service is excellent.

We had a water leak in our basement after several days of heavy rain. We talked to a few companies, but after thinking it through, we chose City Construction Solution. From the first inspection, it was clear these guys are real experts. Stephan spent almost two hours checking everything, explaining our options, and showing examples from their previous projects.

A few days later, we got a detailed report and estimate, which was great because this type of work isn’t cheap and we wanted to know exactly what we were paying for. Stephan recommended installing a French Drain system. Other companies suggested basement gutter drains, but after talking with him and doing my own research, I realized basement gutter drains aren’t a good solution for basement protection. The system City Construction Solution installs goes deeper, protects better from soil clogging, and reduces hydrostatic pressure on the walls.

Stephan and his team worked for four days, kept us updated the whole time, and cleaned everything up when they finished. I’m really happy I trusted my choice - no regrets at all. 10 out of 10.

We had a list of repairs including full painting to get our townhome ready for sale. IAleksander went through the list and knocked them out one by one. He prepares a thorough fixed quote with everything itemized. Sets up a day and the. Finishes the job on time and with meticulous detail. Costs are very reasonable and on low end compares to others. He also does the work himself.

We have now had Alex do several jobs for us, building shelves, installing range hood, and repaired flood damage replacing insulation, drywall, mudding, and painting throughout the entire boat house. He is very skilled, detail oriented, and delivers impeccable work. We will continue to use him on all projects big and small.

I had Alex change out a kitchen stove exhaust, replace a couple of faucets, tighten kitchen cabinet door hinges that were coming apart and install tint film on a clear pantry door. Outstanding work.

I hired Alex to help remodel after a water leak. He installed new flooring, baseboards, repaired and painted walls, and set up new appliances. He’s very detail-oriented and takes pride in his work. I’ll definitely be using his services again.

Alex worked on several house maintenance tasks for me including kitchen sink sealing, re-grout of the kitchen countertop and shower, and fixing doors that did not lock due to misalignment.

Alex showed up on time, worked very hard, is very detail-oriented, and came up with a brilliant solution. One job in particular could have cost quite a lot but he came up with a very economical yet functional idea that solved the issue. The bottom of the shower cabin was to re-grouted but then the new grout color would have made the grout above where years of usage accumulated would look old. Alex scraped off lightly the existing grout and sealed. So the job was much cheaper than replacing all the grout between so many tiles in the shower.

Alex works very quietly and clean, I could not even tell what job he was working on. He was also very efficient with his time, so that he did not have wasted motion.

I would hire Alex any time when I need help.
