David and his field crew (led by Jose) were a pleasure to work with. They were prompt in all aspects, great communication and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

I had a free video call consolation on a fence repair with George Portillo from Ergeon today. In 30 minutes, he walked through the details of the project and provided me with an estimate on my project that was reasonably priced. When we get the fence repaired, I will update this response if we use Ergeon.

Pedro did a great job of explaining everything and I really liked that they had a aerial view of the yard and they could use their computer skills to create the fence so that I can visualize it and he asked all the right questions gave me lots of information that I didn’t even think about and I have all confidence that I will really enjoy the new fence. They will build me.

Adrian an assistant did great work and checked in frequently to make sure that I was good with measurements, etc. Very pleased with the work and workers.

Guys! This is the way! I was a little bit worried when Ergeon contacted me for my quote request on Yelp as it’s not a local company but from California. Usually you would think it means higher price tag and a longer chain between the people who you talk with and the people who show up to the site. However, the first thing that impressed me is their super smooth high tech quoting process. Hector setup a video meeting on my phone, we went through the project using camera. Hector shared his screen with me, showed me all these options from the fancy web UI, we selected what we want from dropdown, then the quote was just ready. Fully transparent and super efficient. After I accepted the quote, David contacted me for all the details and the process was quite flexible. Basically I don’t need to do anything from our side but just to confirm the date. Jose always shows up on time. And today he and another coworker worked whole day and finished it beautifully. I was told by other company that it might need two days. But now I have brand new sections in just one day. The details are all good. The material is quality and the craftsmanship you can tell. When the founder of Ergeon said her company has a NPS of 72 I thought it’s bluffing but now you can tell that I’m totally buying it.

Jennie, via phone and texts, stepped in for her part of the fence process and showed great patience with me after I had received last minute fence ideas by my house mate causing a stall of the project and me second guessing what I wanted for my fence. Ultimately I went back to square one to the original plan Victor first wrote up for me. Thank you Jennie for updating the contract back to my original desired fence. I am very glad I chose ERGEON. Ergeon, did a great job! Though it was a little expensive, about 5,300 for 150 ft. From the orientation, to them calling to make sure all the electrical, gas, and waterlines were marked to make sure they didn’t get damaged. They really made it an easy process. All of this was done in 6 hours! Well worth it.
