Constraction reviews in Bellevue, Washington

I got a quote from Alberto and he was so helpful! The process was quick and efficient and I appreciated his expertise while my family gets prepared to have our project done.

We had a great experience they were easy to work with and helpful for any issues we may have come into and they worked fast and did an amazing job. More than satisfied with our new fence. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful through it all.

They did amazing job and beat a lot of other suppliers pricing. I excellent use of virtual technology and estimating to maximize your time. Great integration with Lowe’s

Gustavo was helpful during our video consultation. We were able to text beforehand to clarify what style we were interested in and he shared how the estimate was created while he used the software. It was nice to watch him build the itemized estimate and to be easily able to change, style, height, gate, etc.

After worrying that we would have trouble finding a contractor that would be able to make a solid durable repair for our fence, we are happy, and want to let others know, that we found a reliable company. Our experience started with an online meeting where the knowledgeable quote advisor used accurate views of our property and clear 3D-modeling, tailored to our requests, to set up the job and generate a quote within an hour. Communication about the schedule for the work was prompt, and when a delay occurred, the re-schedule was flexible to fit our needs. Workers arrived this morning and checked in with us about details, for instance just how we wanted the gate positioned, so that the results would be exactly what we wanted. Within a few hours the work was done and they left the site clean and tidy. We are really impressed with how this repair progressed, and so pleased that the quality of the work and materials was precisely what we were promised.

I asked for a quote on a small fence replacement job. Getting the quote was easy, using a video consult feature. She listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to pressure me into anything else. The price was very reasonable and beat other quotes I got. And the timeline to start the project was great.

😃After making some projects with YS General Contraction LLC as the Electrical subcontractor I found that this company is very responsible. They require top quality work as they provide the same to their customers, and pay on time.
