Constraction reviews in Bellevue, Washington

YS General construction LLC should be your preferred choice for any electrical need. They are the only company that I know of that actually take unique and complicated projects as a pride of their company. They are skilled in what they do, and every job is installed with quality and style. When you visit their job site, you will notice a unique quality about them.

I am very pleased with the work that was done. Eugene correctly identified the problem, unlike the other companies I had contacted previously, who failed to do so. The job was completed to the highest standard and worked around my tight schedule.

We invited this company to carry out electrical repair work on a commercial property. We were provided with very professional consultation. All work was completed on time, with high quality, and most importantly, in accordance with the previously provided price list. After that, I recommend them to all my friends, who have their own businesses.

I purchased an electric vehicle and had to install a hardwired 48A charger. My old panel did not have any space for additional breakers and all existing breakers were doubled up. Eugene installed a new oversized panel with extra space for my future projects, complete with new Leviton breakers, a generator interlock, surge protection, and extensive grounding. The Wallbox charger was installed on the external wall with the conduit hidden inside the wall. Additionally, Eugene examined every circuit, identified the corresponding load for each breaker, and marked them accordingly. This project took two days, and Eugene agreed to complete it over the weekend since my wife and I work from home full-time and could not afford to be without power during working hours. The inspector came the next day and approved the work without any issues. Great job!

Highly recommend. Fast and professional installation of an electric car charger and needed home repairs. We will work with Yauhen and his team in the future.

We hired YS General Construction to perform electrical work on our project. They did excellent work, were very professional and knowledgeable. We passed the city inspection and the inspector even complimented their work.

Diagnosed our electrical problem (loose switch for garbage disposal) quickly. Also went to the trouble to replace the plugin since the ground prong was broken. Much appreciated service.

A few days ago we discovered we needed some wiring done to install a new range. When Yauhen started working, he discovered a wire under the house that had been chew bare as well as a mis-match on the A/C breaker. He completed the original work as well as fixing our other issues. He seemed very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor! He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to friends!

A+++ contractors. I used their service on multiple projects (electrical panel replacements, sub-panels installation, multiple units panel/meter Installation, multiple bathroom ceiling fans installation, whole house re-wiring), and I was always happy about them.
They are very confident electricians, always trying to find an optimum and cost effective solution. Their work is completed on high quality level. Work is completed without any problems or complains from inspectors. And they always leave work site clean.
Again, I would recommend to use YS General Construction LLC.

“Electrica did great work — fast, reliable, and professional. Highly recommend.”

Eugene is fantastic. He came to finish the remaining electrical work for my remodel after the original electrical ghosted. He was communicative, prompt, and professional start to finish. When he arrived I showed him what needed to be done (finish the wiring/installation of my dishwasher and range hood) and he took a look and knew exactly what needed to be done, and got to work. So happy to have a working dishwasher again! If I need electrical work done in the future Eugene will be the first person I call.

We recently hired Eugene to replace our main electrical panel and rewire entire house. The best quality and reasonable price. Very happy with the result have been done by the company.

Great company to work with, really know what they are doing when it comes to electrical work. Just completed our coffee roastery and bakery. A lot of challenges with the project but in the end everything worked out great!

I was referred to Eugene by his earlier customer. I needed to add a 40amp power connection for a mini-split system compressor. This included adding a new panel to branch out the 40amp connection from an existing 125amp conduit, on a tight schedule before the compressor installation was to begin.

Eugene did a site visit the next day, provided an estimae, proposed how to make the resultant electrical work to look more aesthetically pleasing.

Then Eugene completed the work on the project within 1 day after the needed materials arrived, meeting the original tight timeline.

I recommend Eugene's company as a quality contractor for your electrical needs.

Eugene did some electrical work for me and it was probably the best experience I had with a contractor. He showed up on time and started right away. He was working very fast, yet very accurate. He finished in a few hours and was very kind to point out a few mistakes the previous electrician made in my panel. He was very kind to fix those at no cost. He ended up even having a few breakers that I needed and forgot to buy. Overall great experience and great quality. Definitely recommend.

Highly Recommended! Saved me ton of time and money, stress free with Eugene's help! They got all the permits for me, which saved a lot of my time to research what steps do I need to take, where to go, what forms, etc... They did everything for me. Quality of work is exceptional. Couldn't be much happier! 🙌
Definitely highly recommended!!! 👍

We did a smart home for a new construction residential home and had to work closely with the electrical crew at YS Construction for centralized lighting and other electrical infrastructure to make sure the smart home system we installed would work without issues. The team at YS Construction was perfectly capable of handling everything and the quality of work was CLEAN and outstanding. Highly professional and very friendly and easy to work with.

Eugene was great to work with. He rewired our oven and cooktop.

Highly Recommended to Eugene's service. His quality of work is exceptional at very reasonable price. He have all required permits and qualification to do any electrical engineering job and would save you a ton of money.

I had a great experience working with YS Construction on a recent electrical project. They did exactly what I asked for, with no surprises or shortcuts. The job included replacing the main load panel and installing ceiling fans in two bedrooms — everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The entire project was completed on time. Highly recommended.
