Constraction reviews in Bellevue, Washington

We had a great experience working with YS General Construction Eugene. He did a professional electrical panel replacement — fast, clean, and up to code. The team was reliable and paid attention to every detail. Highly recommend for any electrical or general contracting work!

Smooth, professional range installation - the electrician arrived on time and worked neatly. They replaced the old 3-prong NEMA 10-50 outlet with a 4-prong NEMA 14-50R and verified everything was connected and operating properly. Clear communication throughout, and they left the area clean.

Eugene has provided thorough, prompt and quality electrical services for our comprehensive home remodelling project as well as for exterior landscaping electrical repairs. We have been extremely satisfied with the work and would highly recommend their services.

I hired YS General Construction to complete the basement remodel of my house. Eugene and his team were able to complete the project to my exact specifications and were very quick to do so. The team was easy to work with and were able to answer any questions I had and provide suggestions if I wasn't sure about something. Eugene is especially knowledgeable about electrical work and I hope to work with him again for future electrical projects.

Had the team install a dryer vent in a house that did not have one. Super professional and knowledgeable about regulations and safety.
Eugene also assisted with a random electrical wiring issue which saved me a lot of time and money. Glad I asked for help with this issue while they were working on installing dryer vent. Eugene also provided a lot of info and advice on electrical safety improvements given the house was built in the late 70s. Highly recommend.

Met Eugene on a recommendation of a mutual friend and have used his excellent service multiple times . He executed a reasonably complex backyard electrical project adding 4 outlets around the yard! He has also done multiple can-light installs for us. He is a good communicator and hard worker, and genuinely a nice guy. I would and have recommended him to my friends and family!

When our lift charging device stopped working, we called YS General Construction. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue, and repaired it promptly. Later, when our security camera monitor malfunctioned, they again identified the problem and fixed it efficiently.
Throughout both experiences, their communication was outstanding — they kept us informed every step of the way, followed up to ensure everything was working properly, and were always courteous and professional. Their responsiveness, technical expertise, and reliability give us complete confidence in their work.
We highly recommend YS General Construction for anyone seeking prompt, dependable, and high-quality service. We look forward to working with them again in the near future on future maintenance and improvement projects.

YS General Construction has been absolutely fantastic to work with, and I can’t say enough about the quality of their work. Eugene handled both the initial electrical work in my home and some later modification projects, and everything was done with exceptional professionalism and precision. From day one, he made sure the job was done safely, up to code, and exactly to my specifications.

What really stood out was Eugene’s attention to detail and clear communication. He explained everything thoroughly, offered great solutions, and delivered on time. When it came time for modifications, the process was just as smooth—he was responsive, efficient, and left everything neat and clean. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with genuine customer care, but YS General Construction does exactly that. I highly recommend them for any project!

Working with YS General Construction is honestly like finding the contractor of your dreams. You can see from their 69 reviews that it’s not just by chance—each one shows these folks put real heart and detail into their work. Plus, they’re always on time, they promise to finish on schedule, and they actually deliver on those promises. And what’s even better—they always stay in touch. We hired YS General Contractor for a commercial project, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome. The entire team was professional, efficient, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. From start to finish, everything was handled with great care and attention to detail. Special thanks to Eugene for his outstanding professionalism and quick response to every situation that came up during the project. He was always available, provided clear updates, and made sure things moved forward smoothly. His leadership truly made a difference. We highly recommend YS General Contractor to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy team. Just five stars — simply the best!

I had a great experience working with Eugene, he helped me with extensive condo renovations for the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and electrical work. I was very impressed with how fast the work was finished and with his thoughtful attention to detail. For any roadblocks that came up, the communication was quick and transparent, and we were able to find solutions quickly. I feel a bit bad about making a lot of different requests/changes along the way, but Eugene was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Very satisfied with the work performed by YS General Construction. We wanted to have a space and connections for laundary upstairs. Eugene and his team helped us realize our vision by building a platform and space for the appliance and a laundary closet, utilizing unused space above the stairs and in the bedroom. He was very communicative throughout the project and coordinated work well across the plumbers and vent specialists, taking care of the permits. Eugene is an expert himself in the electrical work and took care of a separate issue in our bathroom as well. Highly recommend him for electrical and general construction work.

Eugene handled the full electrical rough-in and trim-out for my new construction DADU. He is very passionate about his work and takes real pride in craftsmanship. He never took shortcuts—he took his time with the installation and was never in a rush. He used high-quality materials, ensured everything was fully up to code, and all inspections passed on the first attempt. The lighting design and execution turned out great, and the house is extremely well lit. I would highly recommend his work.
