Constraction reviews in Bellevue, Washington

We hired Pacent Construction to install siding on the south side of our home due to extreme weather. The siding we had leaked around the windows and was weather beaten. We couldn’t be happier with the job Pacent Construction did! They replaced a failed window and even aligned windows that had been installed incorrectly for no charge! The crew were courteous and experts at their jobs. We are hiring Pacent Construction again to replace more windows.!

We finished a lovely full kitchen, flooring remodel and installed new railings as well as updated our fireplace. We loved the attention to detail provided by the Pacent team. Phillip provided excellent communication during the entire process and listened to everything we had to say. We felt really understood by this team.

We had two bathrooms remodeled and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Phuong, our designer, brought incredible ideas and a creative eye that shaped the design beautifully, while Phillip and his construction team turned that design into reality with flawless craftsmanship. The two worked together seamlessly, balancing creativity and precision. The tile installation is especially stunning and truly elevates both rooms. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Pacent Construction on a complete home renovation, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every aspect of the project.

The team was incredibly professional and communicative throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand my vision and offered valuable suggestions that enhanced the overall design. The craftsmanship was top-notch, with meticulous attention to every detail, from the custom cabinetry in the kitchen to the elegant tile work in the bathrooms.

I was particularly impressed with their ability to stay on schedule and within budget, without compromising on quality. The crew was always punctual, respectful, and kept the work area clean and organized. It's clear that Pacent Construction takes great pride in their work and strives for excellence in everything they do.

Overall, I highly recommend Pacent Construction for any home renovation needs. Their exceptional detail work and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set them apart from the rest. Thank you, Pacent Construction, for making my dream home a reality!

I realize I'm the first one to leave a review on google but I'm just going to say that you should give them a chance as they won't let you down. At least they did not for us. We didn't know what to expect, but I have to say that I'm very pleased with the results.

My wife and I used Pacent Construction to remodel our bathroom, bedroom, and closet. It was a big job. We moved walls, changed layouts, and pretty much gutted our old bathroom. They did such a good job that we went ahead and remodeled our kitchen as well. Whenever a section was completed, Phillip always followed up with us to make sure everything is going well along the process.

Everything went well and if something came up they were always on top of it making adjustments and taking additional time to get it right.

My wife and I aren’t big design people so we used Phuong who works closely with Pacent and she did an amazing job. She listened to what we wanted and came up with a solution that best fit our interest. She advocated on our behalf with our vendors and when things from vendors weren't right, she followed up and made sure it became right.

I would highly recommend using both together, they work closely together and compliment each other well to get the results you want.

I’m really happy with the work that they did with our bedroom and kitchen and I will call them again if we want to do another remodel.

The work looks good and feels good. Contact them if you're thinking about a remodel! Also, they're really chill and easy to work with and very helpful.

Pacent does the most beautiful work. The company has an in-house designer that coordinates all the products that go into a renovation project. For anyone who has been told by a contractor, “Go and pick out your tile, plumbing/light fixtures, paint color” etc., you know what a great thing an in-house designer is. And Phillip’s work is exquisite. All the finishes and trades work is of the highest quality. I highly recommend Pacent for any renovation or ground-up building project you have.

The Pacent team is top notch, bar none. They pullef off a complete renovation that transformed an old home with 3 BR/1 BTH with a tinny closed off kitchen to a gorgeous 4 BR/3 BTH in record time. Phillip and Phuong were meticulous and took great pride in the quality of their work. I can’t say enough about the incredible end to end results they delivered (from architectural design to layout, permits, construction, material selection, and interior design) and the smooth and stress free experience working either them. The house was like new and got offers just after being listed for one weekend. I can’t wait to work with the Pacent team on my next project. Highly recommend!

The Pacent team recently completed a remodel of my vaulted ceiling living room. The end result is so beautiful! The designer helped me reimagine the furnishings for sitting/viewing areas as well as the display and storage I needed. Two walls now have beautiful white oak shelves and cabinets. Carpeted floors were replaced with wood floors that blend seamlessly with the existing wood floors in adjacent rooms. The lighting in the room is also so much more inviting with layered lighting that illuminates my books and artwork while providing a warm, inviting, relaxing feel to the entire area. New furniture was selected to create a room that can be used for TV viewing, conversations, reading, needlework and even a good nap! The designer worked closely with the construction manager and the project stayed on track to finish in a reasonable amount of time. All of the workers were polite, skilled, and in some instances went above and beyond to get it right. It was a great experience working with the entire Pacent design and build team!

We just wrapped up our kitchen remodel with Pacent. It’s not our first home project, but it is the first time we didn’t DIY. Because we wanted to knock down a wall and open the space to the living and dining rooms, we knew it was time to bring in a design-build team.

The designer was an old acquaintance whose style fits ours perfectly, so choosing Pacent felt right. And we’re so glad we did. The whole team was dedicated, communicative, and made the process surprisingly smooth. Once we explained what we wanted, they guided us through every stage of the process and took care of all the vendor coordination and project management for us.

Living in a half-demoed house for two months wasn’t fun, but Pacent took so much off our plate that it was totally manageable. And the final result? *Chef kiss*

Amazing results. They helped me finish my shed which is now my home office/ music studio. They also installed crown molding lights in a bedroom. Super fast, and amazing quality.

We hired Beaver Builds to replace some baseboards in our basement apartment. Because of water damage part of the wall needed to be replaced as well. Alex’s team was able to complete both projects the same day and the results are incredible. You can’t tell at all where the work was done on the wall.

We have used Beaver Builds before and I’m sure we will again.

Great company to work with. We recently had our kitchen and bedroom remodeled, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and paid close attention to detail. They kept everything clean and finished the project on time. Highly recommend!

My project with Alex is to convert a high-ceiling space into an additional room. The experience with his team is pretty worry free, his team is hard working and we were able to get the project done well ahead of schedule. Alex has always been patient to answer my questions, willing to adapt and rework to meet my expectations, and we build a good mutual understanding during the process. His price for the project is not cheap among the quotes I got, but for the quality of work and experience I would say it is definitely worthy it, I would definitely go with them again in my future projects.

After years of terrible luck with contractors, we went into this bathroom remodel expecting the worst — bracing ourselves for the usual back-and-forth, fighting over every detail, and arguing about mistakes that never get fixed. Alex and his crew completely shattered those expectations.
They finished our entire bathroom remodel in just 2.5 days. They stayed late to keep things on track. They reviewed progress with us at the end of each day so there were never any surprises. And on the few occasions where we pointed out something we felt needed attention, the response was always the same: “No problem” — and they just took care of it. No pushback, no excuses, no drama.
This was a radically different experience from any remodel we’ve been through, and we honestly didn’t think contractors like this existed. Alex runs a professional, responsive, and genuinely quality-focused operation. We cannot recommend him and his crew highly enough. If you’ve been burned by contractors before and you’re dreading your next project, call Alex. You’ll be glad you did.

Beaver Build sets the bar for a general contractors! They helped us quickly after a hectic week of unexpected water damage.

Their communication was quick and clear, and timelines were respected. On top of everything, their pricing was fair for the high level of quality. After working with other contractors through sites like Thumbtack, the difference was immediately noticeable. Beaver Build is transparent, reliable, and genuinely easy to work with. Special thanks to Alex for making the whole process so easy! Highly recommend them!

Beaver Build did an amazing job on my kitchen renovation. I truly appreciate the care, patience, and attention to detail Alex and his team put into every part of the project. They made the whole process easy. Alex kept me updated at every step of the process, provided expert insight and guidance when there were multiple options, and delivered a result that’s better than I could have imagined.

I’m so thankful for their hard work and professionalism, highly recommend Alex and Beaver Build!

Alex and his team did an excellent job for our barn doors and traditional door installation. They took care of every detail and the results are fabulous. I strongly recommend their services and will continue working with them if my home needs any further improvement.

Alex and his team did a beautiful job in remodeling and repairing our basement family room. We had damaged floors due to a water leakage which needed repair and additionally I asked Alex if he can give us a T&G cedar ceiling. His team completed the task and the results were better than I expected. He was very responsive to my text messages and happily made small changes that I requested during the project.

My bathroom had a water leak and I found BeaverBuild online. They did a great job. I love my new bathroom and flooring. The crew arrived on time each day and maintained a clean and organized work area. When I expressed a concern about the water heater cover, they promptly addressed the issue and ensured I was satisfied with the result.

Alex and his team have been wonderful to work with so far. They are prompt, communicative, and consistently deliver high-quality work. Alex himself is extremely responsive, often replying within seconds or just a few minutes, and is always respectful and professional. Everyone on his team has been polite, skilled, and a pleasure to have in our home. The work area has been kept clean, and the results to this point already look even better than we expected. Their pricing has been fair and transparent. We’ve been very happy with the experience so far and look forward to the rest of the project.

We hired Alex and the Beaver Build team for our bathroom remodel and couldn't be happier. From the start, Alex was highly responsive and provided a detailed, itemized quote that made it easy to align on scope and budget. His crew was exceptional—punctual, professional, and incredibly tidy. They handled unexpected issues with total transparency, clearly outlining options and costs. The quality of work is fantastic, and we're already planning to hire them for our next project. They even helped us take some nice photos of the finished work (included photo) Highly recommend!
