Constraction reviews in Bellevue, Washington

We’ve worked with Beaver Build twice now. They’ve handled everything from roof repairs to door installation and various minor fixes around our house.
Alex is incredibly responsive and professional. He replies to messages promptly and provides accurate, detailed estimates that give you confidence in what you’re paying for. There are no surprises, just honest, reliable service.
What really stands out is how pleasant and straightforward the entire process is. Alex and his team are respectful of your home and your time, and they genuinely care about getting things right.
We’ve already established an ongoing relationship with them for future projects, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality construction work. It’s rare to find a contractor you can count on – this is one of them.

We recently hired BeaverBuild to remodel our staircase, and overall, we’re very happy with the results. The work was completed quickly and with great quality. Their team clearly holds themselves to a high standard — they made several thoughtful suggestions along the way that actually improved on my original plans, which I really appreciated.

Most of the crew members didn’t speak much English, so communication was a bit challenging at times. For example, since we have a small baby at home, I was particularly concerned about VOCs and dust control. It took a few conversations to fully align on that.

I’m already considering hiring them for a larger project in the near future, and I feel confident that our next collaboration will be even smoother.

I recently hired Beaver Build to repair several water leaks in my home, which included fixing damaged drywall, replacing carpets, and restoring wooden flooring. I’m extremely pleased with the results and the professionalism of their team.

Even though the wooden floor needed patching in a specific area, Beaver Build went above and beyond—they sanded the entire floor and applied a fresh stain, making everything look seamless and brand new. The drywall installation was done with great precision; the repaired sections blended perfectly with the existing walls, and you can’t even tell where the damage was before.

The new carpet installation was equally impressive. They managed to install carpet for the entire top floor—including the stairs—in just one day, and the finish looks clean and professionally done.

All the work was completed on schedule, with no delays, and every worker on the team was efficient, skilled, and respectful. The whole project was smooth from start to finish.

We worked with BeaverBuild to redo our bathroom and add a small kitchenette, and the experience was excellent. Alex is professional, punctual, and very clear in explaining issues and options as they came up.

His team was hardworking, polite, stayed on schedule, and kept the area clean. They even went above and beyond by helping us return a washer/dryer that arrived damaged when we couldn’t transport it ourselves. Highly recommend BeaverBuild.

As soon as Alex and his company got the job to rebuild my condo from a water leak flood, they got right on it and worked steady and long hours to get the job done. The work and finish work is excellent! Alex was easy to work with and communicated often. Discussing fixtures, plumbing, lighting, paint color, flooring, etc. was easy and decisions were made quickly. He always called whenever he wanted our opinions on how we would like something done. We have other property that needs work and we will be hiring BeaverBuild to do future work for us.

We worked with Alex on a full kitchen remodel. Alex and his team were super responsive, thorough, and easy to work with, and we're extremely happy with the results!

We were pretty particular about what we wanted, and Alex helped us bring our dream to life. He helped us navigate what options were practical and cost-effective while meeting our needs. He weighed in with suggestions and nudges when it was useful, while still respecting our creative control. He kept track of the details and accommodated our last-second asks.

There were some bumps in the road that came up during the project as would be expected on a large remodel. This was usual stuff like unexpected vents and wires that had to be moved. Alex was very clear about what changes were needed and why, and it always felt honest and transparent.

It was a big project, but Alex was very diligent and thorough. His initial time and cost estimates were accurate and reasonable. The entire project took approximately one month (plus some time spent waiting for cabinets, which is not in their control), which was quite reasonable. His work was completed on time, and he clearly communicated the status of all the moving pieces. There were many things to keep track of, as we had new countertops, cabinets, appliances, floors, shelves, pantry, and more—yet Alex was on top of it all and made it feel simple. We could trust that all our miscellaneous requirements were accounted for in the end product, including small things like the location of extra outlets or switches.

His team was clean and careful. They set up plastic walls to contain dust, and cleaned up behind themselves at the end of the day, so nothing was ever out of hand.

As mentioned, we're pretty particular, so we had a few things here and that we pointed out to Alex to get fixed, such as a wall being slightly crooked or a part of the floor being creaky. He was always able to quickly fix things and get them to a great end state. As with any contractor, it's always best to be up front and honest about how you feel about the results—and with Alex, we were always able to make things up to our standards.

The final result was very polished and lived up to all our expectations! We're very happy with our new kitchen and we would recommend Alex to anyone looking to remodel part of their home. It's quite hard to find a competent contractor and Alex and his team are a breath of fresh air. We really enjoyed working with him and his entire team, and look forwarding to using them again for our next project!

Alex and his team of professionals did an amazing job flashing several windows of my home. From start to finish, they were punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely detail-oriented. Alex took the time to clearly explain the issue, the solution, and why the flashing work was necessary, which gave me a lot of confidence in the approach.

The crew worked efficiently and cleanly, protected the surrounding areas, and treated my home with care and respect. The workmanship was excellent—everything was done properly and professionally, not rushed or cut short. It’s clear they take pride in their work.

Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process, and the pricing was fair and transparent. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Alex and his team again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality construction or window flashing work.

I highly recommend Beaver Build construction and remodeling business. They remodeled my kitchen and I could not be happier with end results. This compony and the ownership have high standards for customer service and professionalism. They’re very knowledgeable and they take your concerns seriously and respond to them on timely manor. There was not one problem that I brought to Alex, business owner and manager, that did not get resolved. I think they deserve every penny I paid them and I am grateful for their hard work. My kitchen looks beautiful. Thank you to Alex, Pavlo, Denis, and everyone else involved.

Alex and his team completed two projects in our home this year. They were punctual, responsive, and very professional. The quality of work was solid, and everything turned out as we expected. Communication was smooth, and the team was respectful while working in our home. Overall, we’re happy with the outcome and appreciate their effort.

Beaver Build did great work for a fair price. I highly recommend Alex and his team of professionals for any project you may have.

After interviewing several local contractors, we hired Beaver Build to remodel our primary and guest bathrooms this fall. I am very pleased with the results, as their workmanship was top notch. The team was detail-oriented and meticulous in their execution. As most of the bath is tile, its installation was of utmost importance to me. I am extremely happy with the job they did. The grout lines are perfectly level and even - a feat unto itself!

The Project Manager was on top of his team, on-site as needed, provided timely progress reports and properly set expectations with us homeowners as the work stretched beyond the expected timeframe. Beaver Build was true to their estimate and did not add on extra charges for the bumps they inevitably encountered working on a century old house. They handled change orders gracefully and were not punitive in their charges to cover them.

We contracted BeaverBuild to remove all the carpet on the second floor and basement of our home and install LVP flooring. In addition, we remodeled all the stairs at the same time.

Alex and his team were wonderful to work with throughout the entirety of the project. Communication was proactive, clear, and punctual. If there were any issues, the team was extremely transparent and we worked together on the best path forward. His team was very polite at all times and accommodated any needs that we had.

We were very happy with how the final product turned out, and wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to BeaverBuild for future projects or recommend them to others!

We had an excellent experience with Alex and his crew with our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Projects were timely and organized. Alex was very responsive with our questions or concerns. Everything was upfront and open. We had some last minute changes- “no problem.”

Could not have had a better group to work with. His team worked long hours to meet the deadline. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and polite. Their demeanor eased our stress. We appreciated their hard work. We will definitely use them again.

I approached Alex with a job for custom doors for my music studio space. I had several other contractors give estimates beforehand, and Alex was far and away the right person for the job. He explained the work to me perfectly every step of the way, easy communication throughout the process. His team showed up right on time and got the job done perfectly (and for a very fair price). I highly recommend Alex and his Beaver Build team for all home projects!

I reached out to Alex again after a plumbing issue required opening part of a wall, and I really appreciated how quickly he responded and provided a quote. His communication was clear, prompt, and the pricing was very fair.

It’s always reassuring working with someone who is responsive, straightforward, and easy to communicate with. I’m grateful for how quickly he helped me move forward with the repair planning.

Highly recommend Alex and his team.

Alex and his team were super responsive and very fast. We needed help adding an interior door for access to our attic and they did completed the job on a short timeline and it looks great! I would absolutely recommend Beaver Build to anyone in need of general contracting services.

I hired Beaver Build to help repair my first-floor bathroom in Southwest Seattle, which had suffered moisture damage due to poor ventilation. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded expectations.

They arrived early for the estimate and quickly followed up with a transparent, detailed quote outlining both material and labor costs.

Scheduling was prompt — the project began just a few days after I signed the agreement.

The crew showed up on time each day and kept the workspace clean and disruptions minimal.

Changes that came up during the project were communicated clearly, with straightforward pricing and no surprises.

Most of my communication was with Alex, who was always warm, responsive, and incredibly professional. I don’t have much background in interior design or materials, so I left a lot of the design choices up to them. They did a fantastic job selecting parts that not only looked great but also matched the style and finish of the rest of my bathroom.

The final result looks clean, cohesive, and better than I imagined. I’ve attached some before-and-after photos to show the transformation. I would absolutely hire Beaver Build again and recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled contractor in the Puget Sound area

Beaver Build was SO easy to work with! Alex was quick to give us a fair quote, work with our insurance, and get the job done in a timely manner. He was super responsive to questions and made sure the job ran smoothly;giving us a timeline and what to expect each day. On top of all that, all of the work was very well done. I would definitely recommend to any friend or family member and will use Beaver Build again for any future contractor needs. 10/10!!

The process was very smooth and fast. We booked a consultation and Alex gave us an initial quote. The work started a week later and everything was finished in about a month. We wanted to remove a wall from our bathroom and replace everything in it, as well as removing the wooden planks in our basement and install drywall. We also replaced the carpet and baseboards in all the bedrooms. Alex communicated everything to us and we were very hands off during the entire process. We picked all the materials and the team worked on it very fast. Overall it was a great experience and we will go with Beaver Build again in the future if we need more remodeling.

Alex and team are great. Specifically Pavlov from his team was able to change out the range hood in our kitchen pretty effortlessly. Alex is great at communicating and almost always responds to all our texts . We are very happy with the quality of service that we got. Will most definitely hire them again.

We worked with Beaver Build recently for a medium/large project involving our Kitchen Island, Cabinets, Countertop, Back splash and Garage remodel into a new bedroom and bath. Alex and team are truly hard-working professionals with knowledge about all aspects of construction. They worked on the required permits/inspections, scheduling, framing, painting, carpet installation, bathroom tiles, fixtures, plumbing, electrical: the whole setup. Communication was always great, and Alex was available for all our questions. So, after work for 4-5 months, we are finally extremely happy with the end result. Looking forward to recommending Beaver Build team to all our friends. You should try them out!

Beaver Build has been very communicative, punctual, and professional for a small bathroom update project in my condo unit. Alex got me scheduled for a consult, arrived right on time with a heads up via text, and got me an estimate right away with an option for a super quick project start time. Pavlo knocked out the job within about half a day, and my new bathroom baseboard trim looks great!
