Constraction reviews in Bellevue, Washington

BLC remodeling exceeded all expectations with their masterful remodel of my bathroom. Bogdan and his team’s professionalism and attention to detail were unparalleled, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, they exhibited expertise and creativity, resulting in a stunning, functional space that surpassed my wildest dreams. I highly recommend BLC Remodeling for anyone seeking top-notch luxury remodeling services!

The BLC team did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I was impressed by the transparency of the quote and the accurate estimation of the time it would take to complete the job. I appreciated the consistency in the crew that worked in my home and the fact that they were all employees. This was my first remodel so I was nervous about the process. I’m thrilled with results and have already booked the team to remodel another bathroom. Very strongly recommend!

5 stars isn't enough for the incredible work that BLC Remodeling did on our home remodel! From the initial consultation with Bogdan (the owner) to the final walk-through, their team exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail, the quality of craftsmanship, and the dedication to delivering a top-notch result were truly impressive.

The kitchen and bathrooms are absolute showstoppers! The master bath is now my happy place - I never want to leave! The way they transformed the space, incorporating our style and preferences, is nothing short of magic.

Their team is professional, courteous, and communicative throughout the entire process. They made what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable one.

If you're considering a home remodel, look no further. Their passion for their work shines through in every aspect of the project. We feel so lucky to have had them by our side, and we can't wait to enjoy our beautiful new home for years to come!

Absolutely incredible experience with Bogdan and BLC Remodeling! They completed remodeling of three and a half baths for us. Top quality craftsmanship, delivered all work on time, highly responsive and communicative, and the crew was a pleasure to have around! Helpful beginning to end in all steps of process. THANK YOU! We will only be calling them for all future work!

We've hired BLC Remodeling for 2 separate projects and would highly recommend reaching out to them for your next home project. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with and were very attentive throughout the whole process. They understood our vision for both remodels and executed them beautifully.

The first project was a complete gut of our main floor that included kitchen, dining and living room. They leveled out a sunken living room floor and moved our entire kitchen to fit our dream kitchen island. The crew worked on this massive project while we stayed at a separate location. We were impressed by their communication while we were remote and their adaptability with the supply chain issues to meet our project deadline without sacrificing quality.

We hired BLC recently to remodel our laundry/half bath. They once again helped reconfigure the layout to make the space more functional and fit a new shower. This modernized bathroom has become the favorite of the house. Photos are the before and after (prior to shower glass install).

We are absolutely delighted by the transformations they've done and plan on contacting them again for future project.

High-quality, trustworthy, passionate, and hard-working is how I'd describe Bogdan and his crew.

I initially received a few quotes for our master bathroom remodel and BLC Remodeling was right in the middle. I decided to go with Bogdan for his passion and energy. You should feel confident that they'll stay within budget and won't attempt to bill you for any small things that come up. As for our bathroom, they came in under budget and finished much earlier than expected.

Overall, my entire experience with BLC Remodeling exceeded my expectations. I've already recommended them to three other family members and are planning on our next project with them.

We recently completed a kitchen and bathroom remodel with BLC (who was referred to us by a family friend) and are so happy with the results! The kitchen remodel was focused on adding a new island (with lighting) and heated tile floors, and the bathroom was a complete remodel (new cabinets and sinks, shower/bath, wrap around tile, mirrors, etc). Both projects were completed on time and within budget. We can't say enough good things about Bogdan and his crew; they were always on time and were great about asking for feedback and giving us design advice along the way. They were also super respectful of our house (which we lived in the entire time demolition and construction were going on), and were diligent about cleaning up as they went. When we (inevitably) ran into issues that were unforeseen at the time they put the quote together, they worked with us to come up with affordable solutions. We had many "change requests" along the way, and Bogdan and his team were very flexible and responsive, accommodating all our requests. BLC has an expert in every field too, which is great for unplanned work (we added some electrical); our fence even blew down during construction and damaged our siding and he had a team member fix that! At the end of the project, his team worked diligently to complete the touch up until we were completely satisfied. We can't recommend Bogdan and BLC enough and will definitely be using them again for future remodel work. Thanks again!

We are so happy with the remodel BLC Remodeling did of the living spaces in our home and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Bogdan and his team were a pleasure to work with, performed the work on time and on budget. We couldn’t be happier and will use them again for our primary bathroom remodel.

We worked with BLC Remodeling on updating our home in the Factoria area of Bellevue but mainly the living space and entrance. The team replaced the floors, repainted the interior and made several design changes that really refreshed the house. Communication was easy, the process felt organized and the results were exactly what we were hoping for. Overall it was a great experience and a solid choice for home remodeling.

Bogdan and the BLC Remodeling team handled a small bathroom remodel in our Kirkland home and we are very happy with the result. The project included a new toilet and sink, a glass shower enclosure, updated flooring and integrated lighting. Even though the bathroom was compact and they paid close attention to details and delivered a clean, modern finish. We would definitely recommend BLC Remodeling for any bathroom remodeling projects.

We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with BLC remodeling, including new flooring, countertops, and cabinets, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

The project was actually delivered ahead of the contract schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. They work with licensed plumbers, electricians, and mechanical contractors, and they also handled all the necessary permits. Both the rough-in and final inspections passed on the first attempt.

The team not only did the main remodel but also helped with a lot of small extra tasks around the edges. They were very patient in adjusting cabinet alignments and doing touch-ups until everything looked perfect.

We especially appreciated their clear and timely communication. Any changes we requested were discussed and confirmed right away—for example, after the rough-in, we decided to add a vent hood duct, and they adjusted the plan smoothly without delaying the schedule.

Overall, the workmanship, professionalism, and customer service were excellent. We highly recommend BLC remodeling to anyone looking for a reliable and detail-oriented remodeling company.

We hired BLC Remodeling for a full kitchen remodel in our Bellevue home and the result exceeded our expectations. The house had not been updated in over 20 years and their team completely transformed the space with custom cabinetry, a new kitchen island with quartz countertops, updated flooring, integrated lighting and new appliances. Everything was well coordinated, and the workmanship was excellent. If you are looking for a reliable kitchen remodeling contractor in Bellevue, we highly recommend BLC Remodeling.

We have now done multiple phases of remodeling with BLC Remodeling and they are the best! They helped us remodel our kitchen, three bathrooms, laundry room and more. Our 20 year old home feels bright and modern and amazing. Bogdan and his team are masters in their craft and do it all from construction, plumbing, eletrical, tiling...you name it. They take pride in their work and the quality is always excellent. They are friendly and trustworthy. Having worked with other contractors in the past, it is clear how much better this crew is. Only positive experiences with BLC and highly recommend them for any work you may be doing!

We recently worked with BLC Remodeling in Bellevue on a garage conversion project, turning the space into a modern entertainment room. It was a complicated remodel due to the existing layout, but Bogdan and his team handled every challenge with skill. They installed two large windows to bring in natural light, replaced the flooring, and reconfigured the interior to create an open, well-lit space that feels connected to the rest of the house. The result is a clean, modern room that works perfectly for gatherings, movies, and family activities. If you’re looking for a general contractor in Bellevue experienced with garage conversions and custom remodels, I highly recommend BLC Remodeling. Thank you guys for a fantastic job!
