Constraction reviews in Bellevue, Washington

I initially hired Albanorth Construction to remodel a little apartment's bathroom. However, due to the quality of their work, I was able to recommend them to all of my other friends and family members who were working on their own projects all around King County.
My unit changeover and several of my other homes were finished by Albanorth Construction very quickly.
Owner, Noja possesses excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of current design and color trends. Noja was constantly flexible and prepared to help the team find solutions when challenges arose.I will continue to use Albanorth's services for any upcoming projects and highly suggest them for both personal and professional goals.

Great company for full renovation. I hired them to renovate my apartment with kitchen and bathroom. They were fast, efficient and always there for any questions during the project. I highly recommend them for your project. Thank you Albanorth!

Work was amazing. Had all new cabinets installed and I couldn’t be happier. Cabinets were handled with care and by the time they were up they still looked brand new. Alba north really makes sure the quality of the work is top tier and everything gets done right. No corners cut and it really shows in the final product. Would definitely hire them again when I’m ready for my bathroom remodel!

Noya is my first call for house projects. I’ve used him over and over again.

I first met him during a major remodel of an old quirky house (pics). Since then, I call him every time I need a contractor and will continue to do so.

He’s a clear communicator. Everyone he has brought into my home has been first class.

Highly recommend.

Albanorth Construction did an amazing job remodeling multiple bathrooms and a laundry room in my home. They took great care installing tile, cabinets, and premium finishes, ensuring everything was perfect. They were a pleasure to work with, operating efficiently with the highest level of service. I would highly recommend this company given its high quality work, professionalism, and amazing service.

We are so happy with Albanorth Construction and the work they did for us. Their estimate was fair and their work was excellent. They were very professional and friendly and proud of the work they do for their customer. They remodeled our primary bathroom first and we were so happy with our beautiful new bathroom we had them do the twin bathroom and powder room as well. They were on time and on budget. Highly recommend!

Noya and his small crew did a phenomenal job from starting when he gave us the estimate and helped us design our bathroom remodel. He gave us a reliable start date and then completion date once the project began. Once he started our project, he was here every weekday until it was done. He wasn’t running off or other jobs and delaying our project like we’ve experienced in the past. Look forward to using him again in the future.

Awesome crew!

Highly skilled and professional team to work with!

I've worked with this company many times and they always do very good work. I'm amazed at how nice their remodels turn out, how they can take an ordinary looking house or room and make it look completely custom. They're very professional and organized.

Our master bathroom turned out great. Doru said that work will be done in 2 weeks and he and his crew did full bathroom renovation in 2 weeks, from gutt to finish. They opened and installed new window, did the plumbing and drywall where needed, tiled the whole place, installed cabinets and quartz countertop, did seamles glass shower with invisible line drain, installed freestanding tub and new toilet with bidet shower next to it. Protected everything, worked very organized and clean. Tile work is exceptionally good. Everything works great.
Thanks Doru for bringing our master bathroom into this century

Are you looking for quality craftsmanship, competitively priced work, a friendly crew, and an engaged management team in every detail of your building project? If so, than Remont Construction is your answer.

I am so thankful for Viktor, Denys, Nick, and David. Their thoughtfulness, professionalism, and attention detail is above and beyond. You will not be disappointed with Remont. They are quick to respond to your emails, texts, and calls.

The Remont guys are amazing. Super attentive and responsive, really excellent work, and all around a great experience. Definitely hire them if you have construction and remodeling needs!!

Our Interior Design firm LOVES working with Viktor and the Remont team. We appreciate their collaboration immensely, the team asks the right questions, they are proactive throughout the process, and the finished product is stunning. They've risen to the top during the COVID months - taking things in stride and proving you CAN still be professional, transparent, and detail oriented in a market that feels challenging at times. 10/10 - highly recommend. ~Stacy & the WLI team

Remont Construction is exceptional. Personally knowing the owner reveals a company with extreme attention to detail, humility, and effective management. The owner's commitment to going the extra mile for customers is evident, making it a trustworthy and reliable choice for construction needs. Highly recommend this well-run company!

We had a great experience with Viktor and Remont Construction. We needed to remove a kitchen wall and open up our kitchen space. They needed to remove the wall without damaging the existing cabinets. They did a professional job on time. They also moved the electrical wire on the wall. As soon as I contacted them, they planned the project within a couple of days, and they finished it within two days. He did give us a regular status update on how the project is going which was pretty helpful. I have work with many contractors, and rarely you can find someone who does their job so perfectly that you don't need them to call them back again for fixes. Viktor personally managed the project, and we had no issue. They also cleaned the project area and removed all the garbage. We will work again with him on our future projects.

Could not ask for a better construction team! They completely transformed our home in such a beautiful way it was finished better than we could have imagined! From the owner to every employee on their team they were so helpful and such a nice team to work with! Highly recommend.

Remont construction is an example of a quality company that has integrity and goes above and beyond! Communication is amazing and they’re so relatable and understandable. Highly recommend for any remodeling and building services. Working with Victor is awesome!!

I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Viktor, Denys, David and their team at Remont. Like any big project, our kitchen and living room remodel involved some complicated challenges due to the age of the house, the city codes in place, and trying to capture and then maintain the look our designers and Remont had envisioned. They were so professional, thorough and patient. Whenever a wall was opened and a new issue arose, Remont came up with alternative solutions with sensitivity to costs, design, and ultimately "wanting to make us happy." Viktor was always more than fair to us whether it was an initial estimate, a workaround or a new opportunity. This crew will go the extra mile for you. Ultimately, their workmanship is beautiful. They are not just dependable contractors but true craftsmen.

I hired Remont Construction to do my apartment remodel and they are amazing. Viktor and David (and the rest of the Remont team) were a pleasure to work with and are very nice, genuine people. The whole process of working with Remont was professional, fast, and reliable, and they delivered top quality workmanship, end-to-end. It's not often you get the quality results and service that Remont Construction delivers. I hope I have the opportunity to work them again in the future!

Remont Construction is one of the most pleasant companies I’ve ever worked with. On time, detail oriented, customer service focused, with frequent updates, quick & efficient. Every member of the team was friendly, pleasant & courteous. They took their time & explained everything including written detailed estimate of the projected cost. It was a bit more than I expected & Viktor worked with me to make my remodel more affordable. Once I saw the finished work, I’ve decided they were worth every penny. Also, I wanted a different style & design initially but Viktor steered me in a different direction (more modern & better investment for resale value) & I now feel grateful. I am in love with my new bathroom!! I am already looking forward to remodeling my other bathroom next year, & I only trust Remont Construction.
