Once we put in a request, Omar responded immediately within 24hrs and come over to assess the problem on the same day and gave a written estimate in hours. He answered many questions competently and since Master Bore LLC doesn't utilize subcontractors, the work was scheduled and done within 3 days. A nearly 50-foot main water supply pipe was installed from the street to our house climbing about 10 feet all underground with minimum soil disturbance, new fittings and shutoff valve are utilized along with 30-yr warranty. The work passed inspection and the two access ditches were patched up nicely. Working crew are nice, polite and professional. Definitely recommend Master Bore LLC this is type of difficult job.

Last week I had a broken water line on my property and contacted three companies to get an estimate on a water line replacement. Master Bore (Omar) was one of the companies I contacted. Omar showed up the very next day and provided me with a reasonable estimate that worked with my budget. He was professional with explaining me in details on how the company would be replacing the water line. When the crew showed up on Tuesday 3/26, the foreman knocked on the door to introduce himself and to let me know that if I had any questions to not hesitate to ask him. I was very satisfied with the work they did for me and how fast they completed the job. I needed an urgent main water line replacement, meter to house, over 70 ft. I contacted three contractors for a prompt estimate.
MasterBore (Omar) arrived when promised for an estimate, provided estimate and definitive work statement, and a start work date. When I said "do it", they showed up as promised, did the work as promised. The city inspection passed without problems. They have the right equipment and their crews knew what they were doing, very professional, thorough, and courteous. The final bill was same as the estimate, with no hassles. Our project was replacing the water service to our home. They were fast, clean, and the final product is excellent. They excavated 4 pits for our job and bored Pex pipe. They reconnected the irrigation, installed a yard hydrant, and switched over to the new line flawlessly. We were without water for about 2 hours.

Seattle Public Utilities inspection was coordinated and passed with no concerns, and they came back to backfill and restore the areas where they dug the next day. They even did an exposed aggregate finish on the sidewalk to match the existing.

Ron and crew came out to fix a break in my water main. We had been without water due to the issue, and Ron demonstrated the urgency that returned us to regular operation. Throughout the process Ron made the project simple and approachable for me as homeowner, yet was professional and attentive to every detail of the work. Great job Ron, thank you! Ron cleared out our laundry line drain (hydro-jetting) and tested it to confirm it was open. He also did a camera inspection of our sewer line, did a spot repair and installed a new 2-way cleanout outside the house. We asked him to do these things. He did not try to upsell us either. He had superior equipment to the prior service we had called.. that failed to clear the drain and wanted us to spend $22K to replace our galvanized pipes. Thank goodness we found American Rooter and Ron responded immediately.

Ron is most friendly and nice plumber I know in our neighborhood. American Rooter just finished a job for me and the outcome was amazing. I had water backups in a driveway catch basin and two downspouts. I hadn’t had them cleaned or flushed in almost 40 years. Ron was beyond amazing we had an emergency Clog Sunday on Father’s Day in Renton. We had water coming out from the bottom of our toilets we called many people but they said they couldn’t help because there was no clean out system but Ron came within 20 minutes to assess the situation and fixed the situation.
